Good quality food, fast delivery, and friendly staff.

The food was really delicious and freshly prepared. The service was friendly and the atmosphere cozy. Definitely recommended, I would love to come back here again!

We waited 3.5 hours for our order, and we still hadn't even received our ice cream.

Ordered spare ribs and order was confirmed. A whole one hour later order was cancelled because out of spare ribs. Not ideal on an empty stomach, should have been a bit faster cancelling/not accepted the order, messes with our plans unfortunately.

Ordered here and the food arrived within 60 minutes. But honestly, it was lukewarm/cold. The spare ribs tasted fine, but since everything was almost cold, we simply threw away more than half. The au gratin potatoes were just cold. How can you do that? A product that easily stays warm for a long time was just cold. If only I had read the reviews first, I would have gone to bed hungry.

We waited two hours for our food. After calling, we were told they'd never received our order. (The printer was supposedly broken, but I see that excuse being made more often at other times.) We paid and received a confirmation. No one came to tell us anything. They said they'd call us back. They didn't. I called again. "Oh yeah, I just spoke to my manager, we should just talk to Thuisbezorgd." No apology, no solution, nothing. Two hours later, no food and no money. Impossible to communicate with!

Ordered two hours ago but still haven't received anything. ...... Finally received it after over two hours. Everything was cold! The satay was burnt, the spareribs were dry, and the potato gratin hadn't been delivered. Cloths, toothpicks, etc., weren't included either. The loaded potatoes looked like they'd been made this morning. This was food that could have been delicious but was simply ruined. Such a shame. I don't understand why these people make food. It's almost clever to ruin food this way. I honestly feel cheated.

My order was incomplete despite the long wait time. I called to report this, and the restaurant was supposed to call to clarify, but no one called back.

To our great disappointment, we returned the food. We ordered two Angus burger menus, which the website claims are 180 grams, but in reality, they're only 120 to 130 grams. The burger itself disappears into the bun; unfortunately, you can't call it a hamburger anymore. Unfortunately, the actual weight you get with other meats isn't correct either, so pay close attention to what you order and what you actually receive.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. What a terrible experience. We placed an order for €130, placed it at 6:00 PM, and it didn't arrive until 8:30 PM. And half the order was missing! The only compensation they could offer us was a 20% discount on our next order. And then we'd have to wait so long again. Ridiculous! Don't order!

Unfortunately, late again. They were unreachable by phone, and the delivery person only arrived at the door more than 30 minutes past the agreed time.

Waited two hours for food and didn't answer. Still haven't received any food. Ordered through Thuisbezorgd. I'll definitely contact Thuisbezorgd and want my money back. "Still waiting for the food after two hours."

My spare rib was tough and almost cold. We ordered magnum hazelnut but received caramel. This was later exchanged. The herb butter that came with it wasn't good… it was 3/4 oil. Food arrived an hour late.

Waited over 2 hours for an order, only to receive it cold. When you call them to ask how they intend to resolve this with us, the answer you get is that the microwave is the best solution in such situations. Downright ridiculous. A disgrace to the person with this very limited problem-solving ability. A tip for the rest: do not order.

I do not recommend, I ordered a second time, still the same problem, the orders are incomplete, and the waiting time is 2 hours, when I called this restaurant, no one answers the phone, I do not recommend and I won't be ordering anything from this restaurant again. It's the worst place there is. My rating is -1.

Order arrived late and got burnt meat with my loaded potato.

Ordered food at 5:33 PM, but it didn't arrive until 7:10 PM. Chicken satay was bone dry, so dry that I had to spit out the chicken pieces because they were so chewy. The satay sauce was a lump, and the spare ribs barely had any flavor. The food was lukewarm. The hamburgers weren't as usual, they tasted strange. It was like they'd been reheated five times. Called, "Yes, no, 20% discount, that's all we can do." Lost a regular customer, too bad. Stomach ache and nausea from it, it was so awfully hard and dry. My wife got diarrhea from it.

What used to be great was a huge disappointment on Saturday, September 13, 2025. The food was delivered over half an hour late. The reason I was told was that there was a power outage and the car had been damaged in an accident. The delivery driver did apologize. We wanted to eat, and then it turned out the package was for my wife and the service kit was missing. I called, and it went straight to voicemail. Incidentally, we shared the food, and it was all cold. We were almost finished, and someone rang the doorbell. Then the second meal was delivered with apologies. This food was also cold, and we shared it, and again, no service kit. Bitterly disappointed. Sparerib Exprex should have contacted them personally and not made the delivery drivers pay for it. No more orders for the time being.

Scammers! Your order isn't delivered in its entirety. When you try to contact them (if you even manage to reach them), they promise a refund that never arrives. Absolutely never again for me.

The delivery person is always an hour or two late.

The food was excellent, it arrived in about 45 minutes, which I found acceptable, considering it was Saturday and other people were ordering. In short, absolutely fantastic!

Don't start eating, it arrives 2 hours late. And when you call about it, you get a big mouth. There are a lot of better meal delivery people in Hoogeveen. Who can handle the pressure. I feel sorry for the delivery people who probably get a lot of nagging because the bunglers in the kitchen can't save the day.

At a distance of 25 kilometers (29 minutes by car) I do not find it appropriate that this restaurant is included in the selection of my regular holiday address. There is no way that an order meets the temperature and crispiness. Moreover, the minimum order costs of €35.00 are far above my intended budget of 1 person. The delivery costs of €3.50 for this distance is reasonable. So I advise you to adjust the boundaries of your delivery area.

I was disappointed with the spare ribs this time. They forgot to include a can of drink. After a phone call, it was delivered almost half an hour later. I live 400 meters from them. Too bad I'd already eaten some of the spare ribs. I threw the rest away. I'll order from Pyramid again next time.

Ordered food at home delivery at 17:54, was delivered at 20:15. We called twice to ask where the food was. I can understand that they are busy, you are required to add your number to home delivery, a decent company calls nicely. Fortunately the food was warm and good to eat.

7/30/2024. Hoogeveen. Ordered Ribs for Two, incl. 2 side dishes and 2 sauces. They called and told me it would be a bit later. It became half an hour. No problem. After delivery, it turned out that the side dish gratinated potatoes were not included. Calling is pointless because when they deliver it later, the food is long gone. Too bad. Missed opportunity to do it right. Everything is neatly described on the order and invoice. How difficult can it be to pack everything properly. The ribs were fine, by the way. Rob Brussen.

Never ordered anything before and today for the first time. Was delicious food.👌 Only they forgot the corn on the cob for my son. Called and within 5 minutes the delivery person was back with the corn on the cob and some extras!! Son happy again😃 Well organised! We will definitely order again

Ordered food at 6:10 PM and we received it at 8:00 PM. A baked potato with ribs and bacon and cheese, that 10!!!! Euro cost. There were 2 overcooked slices of bacon and 3 mini pieces of spare ribs, and I couldn't find the cheese anywhere either. My friend ordered chicken drumsticks, had them for less than a minute and was already running to the toilet... never again will we order from here.

A second chance, again after 2 hours, cold food is delivered. After telephone contact about this, we would receive a call back about this. They also do not keep this appointment. This was the last time. What a bad company.

1 hour 20 minutes first delivery. The spareribs had been forgotten, no problem, they would bring them to us later. An hour later the spareribs arrived. I think they found it in the back of the oven. Just added a photo and don't even bother calling me again. If you dare to send this out of your kitchen, you're not worthy of calling yourself a chef.

Bezorging op tijd; 1 uur. Eten was warm en goed. Kip was sappig en smaakte goed met de BBQ saus. De angus cheeseburger was redelijk. Brood van de burger was hard, de rest oké. Spicy chicken is naar Nederlandse begrippen spicy. De maïskolven waren goed.

Heerlijk eten en goede service. Vriendelijke eigenaar.

Goede service, optijd geleverd. Heel erg lekker en spareribs heel mals. Lekkere kruidboter en saus. Ook de bijgerechten waren lekker. Echt een van de beste online bestelservice van Hoogeveen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Deze Sparerib express in Hoogeveen is 1 van de beste. Deze ondernemer weet echt waar hij mee bezig is. Goede service en alles is kwaliteit. Absoluut een aanrader om hier je spareribs te bestellen.

Super!! De kids hadden kip sate en vonden het heerlijk de vrouw hard een sparerib menu en was ook geweldig. Ik zelf had een baconburger menu en ook deze kan ik alleen maar vol lof over zijn. Vanuit hoogeveen moesten ze bezorgen in dedemsvaart en met een uur stonden ze op de stoep met netjes warm eten. Vandaar mijn 5 sterren want dit was boven verwachting.

Super lekker eten smaakte echt op en top .. mooi en netjes verpakt vriendelijk personeel ... zeker de moeite waard vaker te bestellen

Heel lekker eten, het is vaak wat langer wachten door het personeels te kort maar het is zeker het wachten waard.

Wij hebben erg genoten van de spareribs met de heerlijke maïskolven. Ze waren erg mals en vielen van het bot! Zoals het ook hoort.

Goede service en heerlijk eten, echt een aanrader in Hoogeveen! Wij halen altijd af en krijgen dan ook nog extra korting.

Ik geef nooit bezorgtijd door; op lekker eten wacht ik vol geduld. Bestel ook bij het filiaal zelf. Doe ik dit via thuisbezorgd kost zowel mij als het filiaal extra geld. Ik betaal graag voor het eten en de service; absoluut niet voor een zogenaamd gratis app.

Eerste keer een bestelling bij dit restaurant; 19.30 uur besteld, levertijd 35-50 minuten, moesten echter wel erg lang wachten (is wel vaker op een zondagavond, maar toch), na 60 minuten telefonisch contact opgenomen, bleek er een personeel tekort te zijn en nieuwe levertijd gegeven, zou nog 25 minuten duren. Uiteindelijk na ruim 2 uur ( ipv de 30-50 minuten) werd het geleverd. Op zich wel als Vervelend ervaren , had dit liever direct geweten bij bestellen, maar Het was het wachten wel waard, het eten was warm, netjes ingepakt en erg lekker, we hadden een hamburger en een kip burgermenu, de burgers waren vers belegd. En er zit idd koolsalade bij😬

Ik snap niet waarom de score van dit bedrijf zo ontzettend laag staat. Ik heb vrij goede ervaringen met dit bedrijf. De wachttijden zijn vaak wel langer dan aangegeven, maar dit is ook logisch. Alles moet vers gemaakt worden en lang in de oven, in een restaurant zijn spareribs er ook niet met 10 minuten. Vanavond hier weer besteld, 1 ding vergeten. Ik heb het bedrijf gebeld en super goede service moet ik zeggen. Ze waren erg klantvriendelijk en begripvol. Meerdere keren excuses aangeboden en de gemiste producten werden vrij snel na bezorgd. Als extraatje kreeg ik het gemiste product keer 2 en gratis ijs. Buiten dat om, is het eten ontzettend lekker. De spareribs zijn zo zacht dat ze van het bot afglijden en de bijgerechten zijn zeer smaakvol en stakehouse kwaliteit. Ook de sauzen en kruidenboter zijn zeer smakelijk. De klantvriendelijkheid en het begrip is wat er bij mij voor heeft gezorgd dat ik toch voor 5 sterren kies.

Heerlijke zalm menu gehad. Daarnaast ook nog 25% korting gekregen bij afhaal! Bijgerechten waren ook super lekker en het werd erg snel bezorgd. Gaan we zeker vaker doen.

De bezorgtijd was goed, maar de spareribs waren verbrand. Erg ongezond. De meegeleverde pepermuntjes waren echt nodig om de verbrandde smaak weer weg te krijgen. Helaas niet voor herhaling vatbaar tenzij bovenstaande verbeterd.
