Speelman oliebollen in Sappemeer

A tradition every year...in the often long lines. I think that speaks volumes. They're truly the tastiest, and always a friendly word. Went again early this morning, thinking it wouldn't be so busy at 8 a.m. 🫣 I'll just have an extra oliebol.

Indeed, the tastiest currant oliebollen around. Nice and big and wonderfully fluffy. Excellent flavor. Deliciously easy to eat.

Everything is fine, but it's a shame they only sell COLD oliebollen. Tip: make it possible to sell them warm with a small microwave net.

I really enjoy these oliebollen; I'd even consider myself a connoisseur. They're reasonably large, delicious, and even a little crispy on the outside. Always go for warm oliebollen; cold ones are definitely less delicious.

Not as good as previous years. Soggy on the inside and not airy at all. Wondering if they still use their own mix or from the factory….
