I had to get a blood test, and since that has to be done on an empty stomach, I thought, "Yay, time for a nice sandwich at the restaurant!" What a disappointment this was! I ordered a cappuccino and a healthy sandwich. The tomato on the sandwich was sliced ​​too thick and there was way too much of it. There was cheese on it, but it wasn't tasty. I didn't see any ham, nor did I taste any. Unfortunately, the sandwich itself was also quite dry. The cappuccino looked okay at first glance, with a good layer of foam, but the coffee itself was weak. I had to pay €11 for this. It was still early, and I have no complaints about the service. However, after reading a few more reviews, I do doubt whether people enjoy working here. Such a beautiful space and ingredients, but it just isn't quite right. Where does this go wrong?

Waiting half an hour for pickup

Crappy food. Poor quality rice, for example. That's not a problem, unless half your pokeball is rice. Shame on you.

Very disappointed. We ordered 2 Kapsalons for over 20 each, and 3 döner rolls for 17.50 each (absurd!!) because, well, we were hungry. Thanks a lot; cold and a Kapsalon with potato and moldy lettuce (!) WHO COMES UP WITH THIS. The 2 stars are for offering a free Kapsalon with the next Kapsalon on the next order; she didn't want to believe that we were getting less than we ordered, which came across as somewhat unprofessional at first. I won't order from there again, although I would have liked it to be otherwise.

Food ordered last week but only arrived after 2 hours. We also had the wrong order; I called, they came to bring the right one, and they picked up the other order that we had opened and delivered it anyway, even though we had handled it. We have dogs, so it's not very hygienic for others. Ultimately, our food was greasy and the potatoes weren't even cooked through. My food was dripping with grease, and my friend's kapsalon was also very greasy with hardly any meat. I felt unwell the next day too. I will never order here again, yuck.
