Often close before closing time

When they're open, I'm happy with them, but lately I've been finding myself standing in front of a closed door more often, even though they're supposed to be open. It's really annoying...

I don't know what's going on here these days but it's not good, what a bunch of slow, sluggish people who only care about themselves and the customer can wait drama, I hope it gets better soon because this is really shit

Always delicious coffee and hot chocolate, when we pass by here we always stop for a nice cup of coffee

Foods and drinks are so nice . But only the service of the staff name NAOMI is very bad , she can be atleast be polite of telling the costumers to leave because they are closing . Not being so rude! 🙄

Just ordered a mocha with a triple shot and one pump of mocha. Well, not crazy about what I ordered. They should learn some decent English first if they can't speak Dutch. Last time I went to SB. I'll get my coffee from Total next time. Because SB has gotten way too expensive for that.

I paid €1 to use the bathroom, which was filthy. Disgusting. And when I bought some food and a Mentos, besides the already expensive bill, my invoice included an extra €0.10 charge. I asked why, and they said it was for the packaging. Seriously, where do we pay for packaging that isn't our choice? Explain that to me. Terrible place. Dirty: it's ripping everyone off. Think about how many people in the world stop to buy Mentos and pay that much.

Known as the coffee specialist...🤷‍♀️ Personally, I don't find the coffee/cappuccino particularly tasty. Rather weak...

Starbucks Dordrecht offers a warm, cozy atmosphere with friendly and fast service. The coffee and snacks are consistently top-quality, and there's a wide variety of flavors. A great place to get some work done. This one is highly recommended; there are other locations that are worse.

Always friendly staff, but the opening hours are wrong. They closed at 4:45 PM on a Saturday.

It's just a regular Starbucks. The food is fine. The atmosphere is nice, but it's a bit cramped. I think they could do with a different setup. The service wasn't great: they simply forgot my cheesecake, and when I asked for it, I got it, but I didn't get an apology or anything for forgetting me. They weren't very customer-focused, and they couldn't even crack a smile.

Always tasty and good coffee, the hot chocolate is also really fantastic

Starbucks, a favorite that I always like to drive by on the highway. Mainly always for a frappucino caramel. Everything is possible if you indicate it and of course pay for it.

For a number of years I have been coming here to get my well-deserved Starbucks after a week of hard work. Before the renovation you could always count on good coffee and the opening hours were always correct. Unfortunately, after the renovation, many new people, things have really changed. Often worse coffee and the opening hours are very unreliable. Too bad because I love coming there so much, and I am always so satisfied with the permanent long-term staff. Unfortunately others have to ruin it for the people and the other good staff

No longer accepts a savings card because it would have expired...little knowing that you throw away a lot of coffee

It says open until 8:00 PM, but if you arrive at 7:00 PM you will be standing there with your carrot and onion face, completely closed. Then simply adjust the opening hours if you cannot make it happen.

A lot of money for mediocre coffee

After the renovation, this Starbucks lacks the atmosphere and experience you are used to from a Starbucks. The old one was a lot smaller, but at least it felt like a real Starbucks. There is nothing wrong with the coffee and the snacks are fine, although both are a bit more pricey than the average coffee bar.

The coffees are very delicious, the selection is large. They are not bad for the price, but it is not worth buying the large, as only the ice is more in it

Great frappuccino, but the employee who prepared it didn't feel like it... the frappuccino was nonchalantly placed on the counter and without saying anything and with an unfriendly look she went to help the next customer. This location was renovated in 2024 and has improved considerably

Ik kom hier graag onze koffie halen... De verbouwing is mooi geworden, alleen voelt het nu veel kleiner/smaller aan dan voorheen. In de drukte zijn we 'sardientjes in blik' en is het erg benauwd... Het menu om te eten is wel uitgebreider dan voorheen!
