It says they are open until 20:00 but they are already closed at 19:20, incompetent fools...

Coffee is a bit expensive but tasty

I ordered a lactose-free Frappuccino here. I get asked if I can have whipped cream on it? Is this lactose-free? Uhm, oh no. A little later, she is making my Frappuccino with regular milk. I ask the lady in question: is that lactose-free milk? Oh oops. Only to then, fortunately, remake the order with lactose-free milk. Imagine actually being allergic to that!

Nice to just have a cup of coffee with something sweet on the side.

The drink is delicious. But employee Naomi is braiding her hair (hygiene?) behind the counter by the pastries etc., while the two colleagues were busy, and she just kept giving orders while it took quite a long time.

We've already gotten coffee to go a few times. Very convenient, friendly staff, delicious coffee, and also tasty croissants/cookies/pastries. Highly recommended for a short break!

Strange service; I was standing in line at the checkout when a lady walked in from outside who was apparently an acquaintance. She walked right past and was served with priority. Oh well, so I continued with my order: a vanilla frappuccino, please. After repeating it three times, it was clear. What terrible frappuccinos this branch makes. The ice is crushed very poorly, so you end up trying to drink large chunks through your straw, and actually listening to your name is quite difficult too. I won't be buying anything here again next time.

Ordered a mocha today. Once on the highway, after the first sip, you realize it's a white mocha. You can understand that once you're on the highway, you don't drive back. Very frustrating.

Stopped at this Starbucks for coffee on the way. Very friendly lady behind the counter. I was served quickly even though it was quite busy. It's a bit less cozy to sit down, but great for picking up something!

I wanted to get a drink but was so lost with the choices on the menu. The staff Chelsea and marina helped me with choosing a drink and explained a lot to me. Very good customer service and the drink was delicious I would definitely come back again and hope to be helped by such friendly and welcoming staff next time too!

At other Starbucks stores, when I order ice frappe, I always get ice cubes, but this one crushed them first and had a real coffee flavor!

Foods and drinks are so nice . But only the service of the staff name NAOMI is very bad , she can be atleast be polite of telling the costumers to leave because they are closing . Not being so rude! 🙄

Just ordered a mocha with a triple shot and one pump of mocha. Well, not crazy about what I ordered. They should learn some decent English first if they can't speak Dutch. Last time I went to SB. I'll get my coffee from Total next time. Because SB has gotten way too expensive for that.

I paid €1 to use the bathroom, which was filthy. Disgusting. And when I bought some food and a Mentos, besides the already expensive bill, my invoice included an extra €0.10 charge. I asked why, and they said it was for the packaging. Seriously, where do we pay for packaging that isn't our choice? Explain that to me. Terrible place. Dirty: it's ripping everyone off. Think about how many people in the world stop to buy Mentos and pay that much.

Starbucks Dordrecht offers a warm, cozy atmosphere with friendly and fast service. The coffee and snacks are consistently top-quality, and there's a wide variety of flavors. A great place to get some work done. This one is highly recommended; there are other locations that are worse.

Always friendly staff, but the opening hours are wrong. They closed at 4:45 PM on a Saturday.

It's just a regular Starbucks. The food is fine. The atmosphere is nice, but it's a bit cramped. I think they could do with a different setup. The service wasn't great: they simply forgot my cheesecake, and when I asked for it, I got it, but I didn't get an apology or anything for forgetting me. They weren't very customer-focused, and they couldn't even crack a smile.

Starbucks, a favorite that I always like to drive by on the highway. Mainly always for a frappucino caramel. Everything is possible if you indicate it and of course pay for it.

For a number of years I have been coming here to get my well-deserved Starbucks after a week of hard work. Before the renovation you could always count on good coffee and the opening hours were always correct. Unfortunately, after the renovation, many new people, things have really changed. Often worse coffee and the opening hours are very unreliable. Too bad because I love coming there so much, and I am always so satisfied with the permanent long-term staff. Unfortunately others have to ruin it for the people and the other good staff

No longer accepts a savings card because it would have expired...little knowing that you throw away a lot of coffee

It says open until 8:00 PM, but if you arrive at 7:00 PM you will be standing there with your carrot and onion face, completely closed. Then simply adjust the opening hours if you cannot make it happen.

A lot of money for mediocre coffee

After the renovation, this Starbucks lacks the atmosphere and experience you are used to from a Starbucks. The old one was a lot smaller, but at least it felt like a real Starbucks. There is nothing wrong with the coffee and the snacks are fine, although both are a bit more pricey than the average coffee bar.

Great frappuccino, but the employee who prepared it didn't feel like it... the frappuccino was nonchalantly placed on the counter and without saying anything and with an unfriendly look she went to help the next customer. This location was renovated in 2024 and has improved considerably
