Starbucks in Wijk 02 Honselersdijk

Well, I've had several experiences. But I'm going to avoid this restaurant. Not recommended. Compared to all the great Starbucks restaurants out there. What's going on here? When you're ordering, they don't listen, and they quickly assume they know what you want... if you order chocolate milk without whipped cream, you'll get one with it anyway. If you want your drink without a lid, you'll still get one. If you want the savings card, they'll always say, "We don't have that." Everything's gone (it doesn't exist anymore). The staff happily puts their feet up on the sofa in the restaurant and socializes with friends. Also, it seems it's more important to keep chatting with colleagues about colleagues while customers are waiting. What a great atmosphere! It's inviting. For the amount of money you spend there with four people, you can expect quality. I'm not used to this from Starbucks either. There's real work to be done here, and I wonder if there's a manager here.

Very friendly staff, good coffee, tasty cake and relaxed space, plus free parking!

Arrived at 5:30 PM. Chairs were on the tables. Couldn't get in. Only through the drive-thru. Opening hours kept changing.

Always a fantastic experience at Starbucks thanks to Jian and Rossim! Two sisters who work with great kindness and a smile. They're very helpful, make the drinks just right, and make you feel welcome. Truly fantastic people who make all the difference!

This Saturday (September 13, 2025) around 4:00 PM, I wanted to get two white mochas. When we arrived, they had blocked off the drive-through with a chair. There were people in the drive-through, so we decided to go inside. Once inside, it was chaos behind the counter. There was a blonde girl of about 18 working, and a girl who said she was relatively new. They couldn't handle the pressure at all. There were four or five customers, and they were both completely distraught. The blonde woman kept snapping at the new colleague. She was very rude and really mean to the new girl. At one point, the new girl made a mistake, and the blonde girl literally started jumping and stomping on the floor, saying to the girl, "Brother, how can you do this? You're really not good at anything. Go help the other customers NOW!" The other customers were us. We tried to reassure the girl by telling her to take it easy. The blonde girl was constantly screaming and being very mean to the new girl. This is absolutely unacceptable. If this had been my colleague, I would have left the building immediately and resigned. Unfortunately, we didn't get two white mochas, but two regular cappuccinos. Because we were afraid the blonde girl would yell at the new girl AGAIN, we decided to leave it as is, even though we found it a shame, considering you pay almost 13 euros for this. So in short, blonde girl very arrogant and thinks she can just swear at everyone and everything, if it was my employee she would have been fired.

Nice Starbucks cafe without crowd . You get your order fast BUT!!!!!! I'm always ordering my fav coffee and a lot of times they give me ice with milk? It depends a lot of who is working in the shift and only one girl is doing good her job. So I'm giving almost every day 6-7€ for what? Big shame.

I regularly visit Starbucks in Honselersdijk and always get great service from Jian! She's a friendly woman who gave me good advice on choosing the right one for my diet.

I stop by this Starbucks almost every day for my coffee, sandwich, and cookie, and it’s always a great experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is consistently fast. There’s one barista (Jian) in particular who’s especially generous and kind—she often upgrades my small coffee to a medium, which I really appreciate. It’s little touches like that which make this location stand out and keep me coming back. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for good coffee and a positive atmosphere!

I'd like to bring up something I've noticed several times at this location. There's a female employee who, in my opinion, is completely unprofessional. Every time I go there, she asks personal questions and acts flirtatious. This feels very uncomfortable and inappropriate to me. As a customer, I expect to be helped in a respectful and neutral manner, not with excessive attention or inappropriate comments. I hope this is taken seriously, because it makes me feel uneasy about returning.

They should be open at 8 o'clock, at 8.10 there is still no one there, but there is a sign saying "we are open" outside but everything is closed inside. This is a bit strange...

They close at 6pm when they should be closing at 9pm. There is not a single happy face to be seen. The coffee they make is downright bad.

Been a few times already and compliments to everyone!!! Extremely customer friendly and helpful. Went through the drive thru last time and got a cup of whipped cream for my dog, who of course absolutely loved it xD

Something is forgotten with every order. Sometimes a syrup, sometimes the whipped cream. It is often very quiet here, so you can expect that you will get exactly what you ordered. The quality of the products is also good and if you indicate that something is not right, you will receive very good help.

The girl we ordered the lavender latte from was too busy talking to a colleague and made me a regular coffee instead of the lavender latte (which is normally incredibly delicious). I went specifically for my favorite drink, but all I got was bitter coffee.

The staff here are just standing around talking about customers who have just been... I'm a customer too? I guess you're also going to talk about me when I'm gone? Very unprofessional. It also always seems like teenagers who work there (more in terms of behavior). The toilets are also extremely dirty every time. The toilet roll is often completely wet or there is no toilet paper. It's a real shame, because I think it's a very nice location to work.

Staff is not good especially hijet

I always think Starbucks is great, for me this branch is in a nice location with plenty of parking. This time they added the pistachio flavor, which was new to me. The pistachio latte tasted very good and the pistachio cake was also tasty. Fast, friendly service and a nice place to sit for a while.

Latte macchiato was not what I liked Yes, 3 days later I received 2 new lattes for free, which gave me a big thumbs up

As regular guests, we are always satisfied with the coffee, friendly staff, but unfortunately there is a lot of turnover within the team, which is a shame.

Nice coffee bar, unfortunately already received cold coffee twice. We then go back with the coffee, and they will make a new one. As a customer it is difficult to indicate that the coffee is not good, but they make a new one happy, big compliments for that.

Unfortunately not a nice experience for this Starbucks, which I've enjoyed going to so far. Behind the counter there are 3 bored young ladies, busy with themselves and their cell phones. The shop is open, but the doors are locked. You don't see any guests inside, ordering is probably only possible at the drive-thru. Why don't you write this information on closed doors? We drove back without ordering and went to the burger shop next door. It's a shame, because the coffee is actually delicious at Starbucks but the service is subpar.

What a crappy staff. There is a family in front of me and I and my partner waiting for our delivery. Staff are cursing and joking about how busy it is. Then I get 1 of the 2 chocolate milk, the rest I have to ask for. Then I have to confirm my order again. Then I get my brownie with chocolate without any pieces and when I ask for it I am told: "yes, that's not normal, but I saw that you were irritated so I did it to the other person" what kind of logic is that? And when my husband still had to get his chocolate milk, we were STILL not irritated, besides, it is a brownie chocolate milk, it is like this on the picture and everywhere I get it like this? Then 25 minutes later we can finally leave, but the family in front of me was still waiting. The chocolate milk itself was lukewarm and tasted yummy. I have never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks and such lax and customer-unfriendly staff, GOOD LUCK!

As regular customers of this branch, my partner and I were initially very pleased with the experience. Every week (see photo) we take a drive of about 20 minutes to enjoy our favorite drinks. The stamp card, where a full card entitles you to a free drink, was a nice bonus. Unfortunately, our visit today resulted in a major disappointment. When ordering two drinks, we only needed one stamp for a free drink. To our surprise, however, the employee stated that stamps are not awarded per drink, but per transaction. This explanation was not in line with our previous experiences. When I suggested paying for the drinks separately so that we could still benefit from the stamp card, this was also refused. The rigid and inconsistent policy, combined with a lack of customer focus, led us to leave both drinks on principle and leave. It is very sad to conclude that this was our last visit to this branch. We hope that the organization will reconsider the importance of clear communication and customer focus so that other loyal customers do not have to experience the same thing.

I am constantly told that the sweet foam has run out or that I am getting hot drinks instead of cold ones. Things haven't been going very well at this branch lately.

Drive was still closed (a seat in the drive?!) at 9:45, opening hours 9:00-22:00? Looked dark inside. No open/close sign, so not worth getting out of the car. Drove to McDonald's.

I always order ICED and most of the time i get HOT. This happened at least 10times.... I pay 6-7€ for what i dont want/like. Unfortunately i dont have time to wait for new drink. Update FEB: today also i received hot and i said i wanted Iced, i thought they would prepare a New drink but what i received was horrible. She just poured the hot drink over the ice. I paid 7,50€ for something not drinkable. Update June: ordered c&c cakepop and they gave me c&c cake. I was confused why i Pay so much but they didnt give me a receipt. I said i ordered cakepop and they didnt asked me if i want refund. They gave me 2 cakepop which i wanted only one. So i paid for something extra i didnt wanted. They should ask for refund. September - again ordered ICED pumpkin Spice latte and received hot (you can see the foam in the photo) and its so hot that i cant even drink, it hurts my tongue

I am at the door on Saturday August 24 at 10:19 am and there is no one there. This is now the 3rd time we have experienced this, very unfortunate.

Very conveniently a Starbucks in the Westland. I regularly get different drinks here. I don't know what it is, but this Starbucks is of lower quality than other Starbucks branches. Frappuccinos are often too watery and lack flavor. Like they skip ingredients or dilute it with water?! I hope they do something about this sometime, otherwise I'll drive by from now on...

Unfortunately, I had to adjust my 5 star review from almost a year ago after a poor experience the last time. Today the employee in question was sitting on the counter with shoes on. Apart from the fact that we were already treated in an unfriendly manner, hygiene here is lacking.

Every Wednesday morning between 8:30 and 9 am I get my coffee here, but it is always a surprise whether I leave with coffee and something tasty. There are a lot of changes in personnel, often nothing has been baked by 9:30 am. Today I drove long at 8.50 and was told that the coffee machine was still cleaning. They open at 8am and I can't get coffee at 9am? This way you really lose your regular customers. Except when it says Jim, that's really great! Update: 01-11-2023 Starbucks still closes at 9am Update: 15-11-2023 Starbucks still closes at 9am Update month Dec, the oven was broken all month. Update 17-01-2024 Still very closed at 9am, tried again at 1pm, the oven was broken again? I don't know if I will go back again, I wonder if Starbucks knows that this location is such a mess

Shop is closed earlier than official opening hours. It is now 8:34 PM and the place should close at 9:30/10:00 PM!!

I don't know where to start, with the ladies who work here or the Starbucks I picked up. Firstly, they are as arrogant as anything and expect me to hold everything loose with an order. I also order a Chai Cream Frappuccino and I get a matcha, I try to drink it but I can't get past the spoiled whipped cream. Would this be the first time that something has gone wrong? But there is always something. Waste of money. Bad branch, I would say move on.

Snelle Service, lekkere koffie en vriendelijke personeel.

Leuke gelegenheid om even wat te drinken. Dochter wilde de dragonfruit proberen. Voor wat je krijgt is het voornamelijk ijs en nauwelijks drinken. De lemon cake is lekker wel een klein plakje. De merchandise is wel een leuke aanwinst voor de winkel. Er zat een klant patat binnen te eten ? Waarschijnlijk van de burger king welke ernaast zit.

Heerlijke koffie maar daarvoor ga je ook naar Starbucks🥳

Volgens de openingstijden zouden ze op zondag 08:00 open moeten zijn maar om 08:30 al meerdere keren voor een dichte deur gestaan..

Prima koffie … juiste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding - maar zaak is niet schoon - was hier 1 week geleden en zelfde korrels en vieze vlekken nog steeds op de vloer … toilet is ook niet hygiënisch schoon

Als je even snel iets wil halen, moet je hier niet zijn. Gewoon een Frappucino waar je ruim 15 minuten op moet wachten. Dat is niet normaal.

Toppers die hier werken. Goede service en gezellige sfeer.

I find it a little silly to have such a wonderful establishment and then not use the drive through feature. It's a bit strange. One of the last nice weekends of the summer 2023, and a line almost out of the building full with people. I'm not disappointed in the workers because they do their best but management needs to pick up the ball and get rolling. Until then.

Creat service, was feeling down, so asked the staff to recommend a drink to pep me up. The drink they recommended was great, and really cheered me up.

Een van de mooiste SB in Den Haag en omstreken. Super fijn dat ze ook een drive thru hebben. Hele vriendelijke personeel en je wordt altijd heel snel geholpen (vrijwel geen rij)!

Hit en run plek. Maar daar kan Star Bucks niets aan doen, zo midden in het Westland.

De hond mag niet naar binnen, sticker staat zo laag dat je het alleen kruipend zou zien. Ze laten je dan eerst bestellen en dan krijg je de vraag buiten te gaan zitten ivm de hond. ...

Mooie Starbucks. Binnen een cappuccino genomen. Er is ook een terras en drive thru.

Gezellig een bakkie gedronken, met een taartje. Wat een lkkr koffietentje met gezellig personeel. Echte aanrader! Als je toevallig voorbij rijdt.

Nette zaak en personeel is heel vriendelijk, wel iets duurder dan de gemiddelde Starbucks

Vanmiddag een caramel latte macchiato besteld, helaas zonder caramel, want bij SB doen ze de caramelsaus bovenop de melklaag. Maar dit ontbrak. Ook was de verhouding koffie-melk niet zoals ik gewend ben. Veel te weinig koffie. Toen ik vertelde dat er geen caramel in zat, zei ze, jawel, maar de caramel is al ingezakt. Ik heb gevraagd of ze er alsnog caramel op wilde doen. Dit werd gedaan, maar de vriendelijkheid was ver te zoeken. Vaker door deze dame koffie laten maken en vaker klopten de verhoudingen niet. Jammer, want je betaalt een behoorlijk bedrag voor een kopje koffie. De service kan/moet echt veel beter!

Vriendelijk personeel en goede producten.

Laat ik beginnen met dat je hier dezelfde kwaliteit kan verwachten die je mag verwachten van SB. Laat ik beginnen met de plussen: + Je bent snel aan de beurt + genoeg plekken om lekker te gaan zitten + Toiletten aanwezig + Genoeg parkeerruimte + drive in voor voertuigen - Geen sfeer - Deze locatie is slecht aangegeven. Als je niet weet dat SB hier zit, dan rijd je hier zo voorbij. Verder meer dan prima allemaal. Voor een snel en lekker bakkie is dit een prima locatie!

Gezellig aan de praatpaal 2 koffie besteld bij Jim , een jongen met humor en erg vriendelijk. Jim bedankt de koffie was lekker.👍
