careless personell and very rude, I lost something on their club and they would not answer me at all!

I had a very bad experience with the security guard. He grabbed me and pushed me out of the establishment, past everyone, with excessive force, after I tried to roll a cigarette inside the establishment. Once outside, I asked the owner of the establishment for more information about the guard so I could file a complaint, and to my surprise, they denied me that information. That's why I wrote this message, because I felt very helpless at not being able to do anything about it, after being treated unfairly by an inept security guard. I do not recommend this place to anyone, much less to students who just want to enjoy with their friends. I hope they realize the poor choice of personnel they have hired and change them, so that in the future everything improves. How is it possible that a place of this caliber hires people with so little experience and intelligence to be in charge of a place like this? It is unacceptable that a place that should offer a pleasant environment for everyone, allows individuals without the minimum skills to manage situations like these, to be in charge of security and dealing with customers. This reflects a total lack of professionalism and responsibility. Good luck in the future, Seyit

Very small venue, and it seems to be one of the only clubs in delft. I went to an event hosted by exchange party delft and they oversold the venu capacity so a lot of us, who has bought tickets, were forces to wait outside until the capacity inside died down. Very dissapointing, you are better off going clubbing in Rotterdam or Amsterdam

The thing is that you have to give at least 1 star... from me they get 0 stars. What a terrible place to go out! From the door to the cloakroom there is no cozy atmosphere, not a smile can be left on their faces! Not from the bouncers, checkout ladies and certainly not from the ladies in charge of the coats! The atmosphere inside was slightly better, but certainly not great. We were then kicked out because we used the men's toilet WHERE NO ONE WAS! The lady from the coats came to get us from the toilet and a bouncer was immediately there to usher us outside. There was no way to talk about the situation... that chick was so high in her emotions, it looked like she had been snorting all evening. Later I went back again to get a story, I was listened to and understanding was shown, but that's the first thing you learn as soon as you enter the catering industry... we are fans of peaking early, but we will certainly never go to an edition in this tent again🤮

I was there for the first time on King's Night and had a great time! the staff was very friendly and there was plenty of choice in terms of drinks, the only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is that it was really very warm. Maybe it's nice if you're 20 kilos overweight because then you'll lose some weight, but I almost lost weight at times.

Got there with 5 friends with 12€ tickets to find it empty, security to say that the tickets for a party that ends 3:00am "expired" at 23:00pm. After going to the much better, free entrance, club across the street for a couple of hours we tried getting in again and were told by the staff that we couldn't get in with coats or jackets and had to pay to hang them. Terrible experience and stupid rules for a empty venue.

Very bad experience. Without any concrete reason, a friend was suddenly kicked out from the toilet because he allegedly snorted, which is not the case (!!). The security guard didn't want to check anything to actually check this. Terrible service and whole evening ruined. Don't go if you want to have a nice evening!

Me and a couple of friends went there a couple of days ago, and weren't allowed into the club... The reason: one of my friends had a slight stutter, which made the security guard think he was way too drunk to be allowed into the club. He didn't drink more than 3 beers. This is absolutely ridiculous. When confronted the security guard said she "saw it in his eyes", however he looked completely normal. How can you see something in someones eyes when they had 3 beers??? My friend is definitely not a lightweight lmao. She didn't like his stutter and therefore didn't allow us access to the club. If I were you, I would go to Kurk (the club across the street). Kurk is just an overall better experience + the security is way better. Awful experience at STECK.

Totally a shame. Friend not allowed because 'too drunk'. After explaining that he had had little to drink and whether it was just his stutter (which he also has when sober), the security guard claimed that she could 'see it in his eyes'. As a result, he was not admitted to other clubs and went home disappointed. Does not make any sense.

It only gets busy late and then it's suddenly packed. Bad music. And I don't mean that it's not my taste, but what that DJ sometimes does is impossible to make sense of. It also often smells bad. The two stars are for the staff. At least they make it fun. You better go to the Cork

Always the best place in Delft for seeing, feeling and enjoying live music - big enough to fit many enthousiasts but still keeping a cozy atmosphere. Especially during events like Delft Blues Festival. Check it out - grab a beer, do a little dance and leave happy with a new memory!

Ahem, maybe the stage is nice, but it fills up quickly. The rest of the bar has really mediocre furniture that you can't sit on properly. There is a strange garden screen where people hang their coats, even if you are sitting under it. And the prices are not cheap, but I think that's everywhere these days. White wine only comes in sweet and dry varieties and is not really good. Of course it didn't help that we weren't impressed by the music. They also admitted that it was not blues, even though it was programmed in the Blues Festival.

Nice place. It was very nice that there were seating options at the edge of the room. Nice extra for my sister-in-law who just gave birth. In addition, a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The band that played was very nice, the acoustics in the hall were good.

Been to the Steck before during the blues festival. On February 24, 2023 I really enjoyed that truly fantastic band Luther's. How good these young boys are! What a talent!

Unreasonable club! Kick out people for a random reason and not giving refund. Music is boring and bad and no one is dancing on the dance floor! Security is aggressive, my friend is not drunk but been kicked out of the subjective point of view of the security, my friend even can talk with the security in a clear way. Be careful when you get into the club, they will kick you out for a random reason and they already charge you the entrance fee! And also the Kurk across the street judges you based on the Steck security, it's so hilarious :)

Always a super fun place to go! Whether you want to go out for a night or go to a concert or something like the PopRonde... Beautiful light, friendly staff, tasty drinks and fun events! Highly recommended!

Dramatic, you wait in line for 20 minutes…. When you come in, you're immediately disappointed, I'll never come back... I was beaten by the guard...

Nice location, so far only visited on Thursdays, sound & acoustics are good, cocktails cheap, great atmosphere.

Heavy-handed guards, who push you down the steep stairs for no reason. A friend and I were kicked out of the tent because the two of us went to the toilet(?). Then pushed down hard from the top of the stairs by an aggressive little female guard. Could easily break my neck. Go to the Cork!!

Never been before and now had a very nice evening. The performances were great fun and very diverse. Definitely visit again next time!

We came with a group and everyone was allowed through straight away. Everyone had glitter on, but of course I was the only one who had to take it off. Wearing a cap was also not allowed. Left the club early due to the bad atmosphere. Generally not recommended.

Disrespectful, guests touch you in places that are not desired, unintentionally. Nobody intervenes. Wardrobe is also bad, they lose your stuff
