My first impression: bad service. Had to wait a while before being served, even though I was already at the front of the line. Finally I was helped: "Oh, have you been helped yet?" 3 portions of fries, 2 portions of 'war' (a type of topping), one without. No idea what it costs. Prices not visible anywhere. I did keep an eye on the display in the cart, but it wasn't on. The woman in front of me ordered fries with toppings that cost 4 euros. I think they were also frying per person. I saw a hamburger from the deep fryer. Saw that my order was ready... oh no, 2 portions of fries was actually the one without; it still had to be prepared. 3 minutes later, but luckily it was 34 degrees outside, so my fries didn't cool down very quickly. "Order ready," he shouts. No, "Have a nice day, enjoy your meal," nothing, and your container is filled minimally. Very disappointing, and next time I'll go to V-Luwe next door.

We just ordered fries and cheese soufflé. Our order was then given to customers after us, which meant we had to wait even longer. When we pointed this out to them, the man said, "You're already waiting, a few extra minutes won't matter." The woman who works there yells at the children who are trying to order something, etc., etc. I find it unacceptable that people working in a child-friendly place aren't child-friendly. It's such a shame.
