We just ordered fries and cheese soufflé. Our order was then given to customers after us, which meant we had to wait even longer. When we pointed this out to them, the man said, "You're already waiting, a few extra minutes won't matter." The woman who works there yells at the children who are trying to order something, etc., etc. I find it unacceptable that people working in a child-friendly place aren't child-friendly. It's such a shame.

I recently ordered a giant hogweed. The price on the website was different than what I apparently got at the checkout. I received it for 40 cents more. I complained about it, but they wouldn't refund it. Unfortunately, I had already paid. Really poor service.
