We enjoyed a delicious wheat beer here after our walk. The dog was also welcome and received water and a treat.

I arrived around 6:45 PM and couldn't order any food. The kitchen was too busy; they said they'd come by when they could order again. I left after 35 minutes. The staff were arguing with each other about missing cutlery. Such a shame, it's a lovely place.

Nice atmosphere, delicious food, but the service is a bit slow or understaffed. The price/quality ratio is a bit off.

Lovely outside with your feet in the sand. The food is excellent, a bit pricey, but good. What struck me most were the bracelets and rings of (catering) staff. That's really unacceptable. (HACCP-unhygienic). But since it's a holiday, I didn't think too much about it.

Very friendly service! The iced coffee was recommended to us and it was truly delicious. Large portions of food and fast service.

Had delicious toast, eggs, and avocado. And a generously filled goat cheese salad. Deliciously fresh. Super cozy seating with friendly staff.

Bediienig does not see that the tables have empty glasses and many waving people who want to order something and this is really a missed opportunity. You sit there as wonderfully as if you were on holiday!!

Nice location, but the food was bad. The girl with black hair was unfriendly and didn't seem to want to work at all. Only one young waiter was friendly. Not recommended.

Relaxed by the water, have a drink and eat on a bench or at a table... nice tent, good food and friendly service.

Evive aan het water is a surprising catering facility located on the water. You wouldn't expect to find such a beach pavilion in Katwijk (near Cuijck). You get a similar feeling as if you are (almost) in Zandvoort. It was a bit too cold to sit outside on Sunday February 23, 2025. But in the sun, albeit with the winter coat on, you could still have filled up with some Vitamin D. It took a while before an employee came to take the order. Unfortunately the cappuccino was a bit small in size. And not all of us got a cookie. Inside it was quite (almost) full. So perhaps the employee forgot to fix this. We will visit the location again when the weather is good. Then it will undoubtedly be busy outside on the terrace. Seems like a fantastic place for a fun summer party / birthday / BBQ.

Nice location, we were here during a performance by the band Vintage Blonde. It was very pleasant.

Recently stopped during a bike ride for a drink. It seems to me that it is a bit overpriced here when you have to pay €7.80 for a small beer and soft drink. Somewhat absurd prices here; I don't think it will come often anymore

Nice location, but food and drinks too expensive.

We had a very disappointing “high tea” (baby shower) with you. Well this was a pretty poor version of a “high tea” and very poor service. We had to wait a very long time before we were served. A few jugs of cold water were placed on the table and a number of jugs of hot water, some containers with tea bags. 1.5 hours later we finally got soup, followed by small hard white rolls and brown hard rolls, those from Lidl (packed per 6 pieces). Said something to the service, this isn't high tea, is it?! Yes, but there will be a few more things to come soon, we were told, it will be fine! Well the last round was unfortunately also very disappointing, some salty pretzel stems, pieces of sausage bread (also those tasteless things), macarons, ready-made brownies, Liège waffles, and that was about it. We were a group of 12 and really no one had ever experienced such a high tea. Simply outrageous. Once again the service was approached about this. We were told that they were very busy, there was a party going on inside and because of the nice weather the terrace was full, so that they had made it as easy as possible so that the kitchen could handle it well??! It is very special that there is apparently only 1 type of high tea and that what you are served depends on whether it is busy or not. A tip: when making such a booking, please indicate in advance that you are busy and that you cannot offer high tea. We received 2 people for free as compensation, but still had to pay over 200 euros for some water, a mini soup, a few simple sandwiches, two types of fillings, and some meager disappointing sweets.

Can't always sit there while half of the terrace is cordoned off

The weather forecast turned out differently, 75 km through torrential rain on the racing bike, we arrived like two drowned dogs. We were so warmly welcomed by Maud and her cheerful colleagues. Blanket for under our buttocks and an extra blanket for around us. The food was good and neatly presented. The menu is versatile and the location is great. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the waterfront terrace due to the rain. Definitely recommended. Catering as catering is meant to be!

We took a break here and shared a small lunch as we don't like large portions. That was no problem at all, we even got an extra plate. The service is very friendly and the cappuccino was very tasty

Beautiful but upscale price range

Evive feels like a holiday every time I visit. Feet in the sand, in the sun, the order arrives super quickly despite the crowds, the dog gets a bowl of water. This place and the friendly staff always make me super happy!

Leuk laagdrempelig restaurant aan het water.

Prachtige plek aan het water. Veel ruimte, heerlijk in de herfst-zon.

Wir haben dort leckeren Kuchen und Kaffee und Tee getrunken. Nettes Servicepersonal, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Enorm prijzig. Tosti 7 euro handvol sla er onder gekwakt waar de tanden van gingen knarsen door het zand wat erop zat. 1 biertje, een Fanta en 2 tosti's: 22 euro. Niet normaal dit soort prijzen. Mij zien ze er niet meer terug.

Locatie is sfeervol met leuke zitjes en uitzicht op het water. De menukaart geeft weinig keuze en prijzen (zoals bij meerdere horeca) aan de hoge kant. Keuken pas om 12:00u open. Fietsen moet je op het gras parkeren en voorziening voor vastzetten is beperkt en onvoldoende

Kunt er lekker zitten, beetje weinig vis in een vis salade, verder wel lekker. Maar niet helemaal top. Te veel sla en saus en te weinig vis

Heerlijk paviljoen waarbij je je echt in een ‘strandtent’ waant. Zelfs het zand is op het terras aanwezig. Leuk uitzicht op de plas en voor bezoekende bootjes een aanlegsteiger aanwezig. Aanrader. Bediening ook zeer vriendelijk.

Wat een gezellige tent! Vooral tegen de avond lekker genieten van ondergaande zon, leuke sfeer, leuke achtergrondmuziek, echt vakantiegevoel!

We komen vaker bij évive. Je kan hier fantastisch aan het water zitten en genieten. Vandaag ook geluncht en het was verrukkelijk!! Hele aardige bediening! Zeker een aanrader om lekker te ontspannen

Vriendelijk personeel en lekkere hapjes en drankjes. Bovenal een top locatie als het lekker weer is. Wij komen zeker vaker terug.

Gezellige plek voor een lekkere maaltijd

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen und eine wirklich tolle location am Wasser. Nette und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Bietet auf jeden Fall urbaubsfeeling :-) Hier kommen wir gerne wieder her :-)

Das Strandpavilion ist direkt am Wasser und sieht sehr schön und gepflegt aus. Es gibt ausreichend, kostenlose Parkplätze. Man kann drinnen und draußen sitzen, zum Kaffee kommen, aber auch Mittag- oder Abendessen. Es schmeckt hier sehr lecker und die Portionen sind ausreichend.

Mooie plek om te zitten aan het water. Uitzicht en de sfeer van de strandtent is relaxed. De bediening is vriendelijk. De keuze van de kaart is beperkt. Het eten vond ik persoonlijk daarom ook niet zo verrassend en bijzonder. Het was ok.

Lekker naborrelen en een hapje na een interessante duik. Leuk tentje, vriendelijk personeel, voldoende parkeergelegenheid en een mooi uitzicht over het water.

Top locatie. Prima voor een drankje. Service niet heel snel. Prijs/kwaliteit voor het eten vind ik minder. Voor deze bedragen ga ik liever ergens anders heen.

Toplocatie, zeer gastvrij personeel. Heerlijk geluncht.

Ein wunderschöner Platz der Erholung. Aufgeschütteter Sand, Loungemöbel, entspannte Musik, genau so sollte es sein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und emsig. Wir haben nur etwas getrunken und Bruschetta gegessen. Die waren aber sehr lecker 👍.

Van uit de lounge set kan je niet veel van het water zien door het hoge gras....en dat vonden we erg jammer Des te minder mensen op het terras des te minder service.

Lekker plekje om te zitten aan het water. We vonden het wel een beetje vreemd dat je er niet in je zwembroek mag zitten (op de lounge banken in het zand), terwijl het een “beach club” is.. verder prima.

Rommelig, amateuristisch en niet overal even fris

Mooie plek aan het water waar je bijna aan zee lijkt te zijn. Bediening was vlot en de lunch lekker. Ga hier zeker nog een keer naartoe maar huur dan ook een bootje hier.
