Good, sweet and customer-friendly service! The tastiest fries in Heerhugowaard and the street food is also very tasty! Sometimes they also sell Pho 😍. Delicious with a Bubble Tea.

Delicious hot chicken sandwich! Good spicy, delicious with a sweet and sour salad and fantastic bread! I will definitely come back here.

It is more of a takeaway point than eating there, but they have tasty home-made fries.

Delivery person accidentally dropped the bubble tea due to the slippery weather - no problem. One call was enough to fix everything. Great service and the food was delicious too.

Google says that Hennies opens at 12 noon. I was at Hennies around 12:30 to buy 2 bubble teas. I was told by the person who works there that the buns in the bubble tea were not ready yet and that they would not be ready until around half past two. Am I crazy or is it more than normal if it says that you open at 12 noon and you can also offer your entire range at 12 noon? How many customers do you miss who walk by at 12:15, 12:45, 1:00 or 1:15 and want a bubble tea? I hope this changes in the future! You can't get bubble tea anywhere else in Alkmaar...

Very bad fries aint gonna lie...

How bad can it be. Just report after fifteen minutes that they forgot to make your food. And you still had to ask for that. But oh well, it's fun to play with the many fries-begging birds.

Ordered Boba tea, the delivery person had leaked the tea in the packaging, Hiennies immediately took action, I am very happy with the service they provided. The boba tea was delicious. We will order again soon, worth five stars!

Ordered for the first time, but more than satisfied. Hot chicken sandwich which also turned out to be spicy. Fries warm and crispy, shrimp still hot. I will eat the spring roll later, but it looks delicious

We live in a new-build area, which unfortunately was not easy for the delivery people to find. As a result, our order arrived lukewarm. Can happen. After calling, the entire order plus extras was delivered within 15 minutes. What a great service! Very friendly staff and tasty food. Super thanks.

Delicious fries. Nice and crunchy and traditional. Lots of choice too! The Vietnamese spring rolls are really delicious! They also sell sushi in their other store in the Middenwaard (I love Sushi). Real quality! Super fresh and always generous portions.

hiennies in heerhugowaard is the second best boba cafe. first place goes to hiennies in alkmaar lol! they have a lot more options in alkmaar, not only more kinds of bubble tea but also different poppings. not sure if it was a ‘bad’ batch but i went to heerhugowaard today and the boba tasted a little out of balance. the tapioca was too soft and the drink was reaaaally sweet. you pay less in heerhugowaard for a middle/large than you do in alkmaar which i might understand because of the quality of the bubble tea? either way, i will always appreciate the effort you guys put into everything 🧋 the staff is also really friendly :)

Im Urlaub ohne Landessprache zu sprechen super nett, hilfsbereit, schnell und echt lecker!!!!! Egal was… war lecker… habe für 8Leute essen geholt… alle mega zufrieden!!! Unglaublich 🥰.. für Streetfood unschlagbar… die sollten ein Restaurant eröffnen…

Oh, what the Pho happened today, when to this takeaway we found our way. The menu says "Pho, take your pick", But what we got was more of a trick. We looked around and said "what the Phook", This isn't the dish we were meant to cook! Our colleagues were left with a confused look, as we hoped for something better to hook. So now we shake our heads and say "what the Pho", As we continue on our culinary and cultural solo. Perhaps a new place we'll have to seek, One that won't make us feel like such a Pho-ol next week.

What the Pho'k, oh what a shock! The owner's words were all just talk. Pho every Thursday, they said with flair, But when we arrived, it just wasn't there! No pho, no mo', we couldn't believe, Our cravings for noodles, they did deceive. What the Pho'k, we exclaimed with dismay, We came for a bowl, but it's gone away! Yet fear not, for the food was still fine, Other dishes impressed, we must opine. With smiles on our faces, we did depart, Though pho-less, we found joy in our heart. So if you visit this place, let it be known, Pho might not be there, but don't you bemoan. Just enjoy the tasty treats that they serve, And leave with a grin, your taste buds preserved!

Lekkere snacks en voor ons de favoriete plek om bubble tea te halen. Service is ook altijd vriendelijk en goed.

Heerlijk eten & bubble tea is helemaal genieten!

De bubble tea is heerlijk, en ook de snacks zijn erg lekker. De service... Tja jong en onervaren scholieren, daar kan je ook weinig van verwachten. Maar ze zijn vriendelijk en beleefd. Atmosfeer: het is buiten, bij een parkeergarage en de ingang van het winkelcentrum. Functioneel dus. Je komt er niet voor de sfeer of om gezellig te zitten (de rondhangende pubers uitgezonderd). Dat geeft allemaal niks. Ik haal mijn eten en drinken en ben weer weg, geniet thuis des te meer. Echte aanrader, dit tentje!

Goede producten, maar sfeerloos. Ondanks de drukte was een medewerker in vol zicht druk bezig met zijn smartphone. Een beetje jammer want dit wekt irritatie op.

De lekkerste bubble tea en friet. Must visit in Middenwaard. Aardig personeel met oog voor service.

De loempia's waren erg lekker alleen in mijn bubbelthea was lauw er zat geen ijs in wat er de vorige keren wel in zat toen ik het haalde. Veder vond ik de structuur van de boba balletjes ook anders dan dat ik van jullie gewend ben.

Patat wat aan de lange kant gebakken. Verder 👍🏻

Voor de zoveelste keer heerlijke Bun en Pho gehaald zo ook zojuist! Heerlijk! Echt een aanrader om heerlijk Vietnamees eten en/of snacks te halen!

Prima eten, ik had de bao bun met kip en de bao bun met rundvlees. Erg lekker. De hongkong style bubble tea is ook een aanrader!

Heerlijke verse friet met Belgische mayonaise!

Altijd heerlijk eten, patat is goed maar de rest nog lekkerder!

De koffie is heerlijk ben benieuwd naar de rest! Zeker een bezoekje waard. Personeel is ook super vriendelijk. :)

Na intussen 1000 keer langs gelopen te zijn tijdens het boodschappen doen, eindelijk maar eens iets gehaald. Wat een lekkere patat! Het is wat dikkere patat, moet je van houden, maar deze is lekker krokant en goed gebakken. En daarnaast een heerlijke Vietnamese kiploempia geprobeerd, ook deze was super lekker! Absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar!

Voorheen dat de eigenaar nog zelf in de zaak stond was het echt prima eten. Maar tegenwoordig is het erg achteruit gegaan. Vorige x hadden we friet wat gewoon niet gaar was, 3 personen hadden buikloop daarna. Vandaag geen sate saus bij de pikante, pikante die lauw was. Geen mayo bij de frikandel. Friet was deze x wel lekker. Zo jammer dit ...maar voor ons de laatste x dat we hier wat te eten halen.

2 verschillende Bubble teas besteld, lekker snelle service. Ze hadden geen Tapioca vandaag, maar wel genoeg keuze uit andere toppings. Helaas kwamen we er later achter dat de 2 bestellingen door elkaar gehaald waren. Vrij duur naar mijn mening, maar wel erg lekker (voor de zoete kauw zoals ik) Zou alleen hier weer boba bestellen als ik iets anders, zoals friet, erbij bestel.

Goed en lekker eten...... Wij komen zeker terug !! Ik kan alleen nergens een online menukaart vinden ??

Net bubba tea gehaald ...poppingbals beetje karig voor wat je betaalt.. maar wel lekker...

De loempia's zijn verreweg de lekkerste wij hebben gegeten. Handgemaakt en niet uit een vriezer van de groothandel. En nog veel meer huisgemaakte hapjes die zeer lekker zijn.

Hele aardige guy, frietjes zijn super lekker. En gratis extra uitjes gekregen toen we er om vroegen!

Echt een aanrader!..naast de normale snacks zijn de aziatische broodjes/gerechtjes super lekker en vers!
