Super Pizza Service in Heechterp & Schieringen

I ordered at 10:20 for the fastest possible delivery. I very politely asked on the phone approximately how much longer it would take so I would be up to date. The gentleman answered and said the delivery driver was nearby. It took fifteen minutes for the delivery driver to arrive at the door... that happens. We opened the mixed bucket and immediately saw that there wasn't enough chicken; at least one of everything was missing (the bucket cost €20). It was on the lukewarm side and everything was somehow incredibly dry... the chicken nuggets were just barely not raw, and I skewered a fry without asking, which was also completely limp. It's possible the notes stated the fries needed to be cooked through, but they certainly weren't!! It was okay to try, but I think €30 is a waste of money...

After a long day, I felt like ordering with my girlfriend and thought I'd just get a Mixed Bucket, nice and tender as described. We waited for 2 hours, and when it arrived, we already had half of the chicken we were supposed to get, and it was the driest chicken I have ever eaten. I had 3 pieces and threw the rest away. They really should close this place down.

Bad place. Ordered 40 euros worth of food and I didn't even get half delivered. The delivery driver says he's going to pick up the other part, but it still takes almost an hour longer. Poor service and delivery.

Totally unfriendly customer service. You pay 10.50 for loaded fries and you get a small box with fries and some cheese sauce and literally 1 small chicken tender. Are you serious?! I called over to say I didn't agree with it, and he said, "Yes, that is our loaded fries." I have never had such stingy loaded fries. Shame on you! Never ordering here again, a waste of my money!!! It is truly pathetic; even my 3-year-old son wouldn't get full from that 🤣 and that for 10.50. I don't know how to respond again, but your reviews say enough, right, that your company isn't good 🤣🤷🏽‍♀️ Unfortunately, we didn't check beforehand, otherwise we certainly wouldn't have ordered! Chicken tender, that's what I'll call it for now, because that is chicken with the bone, and still, where are the onions? And everyone can see from that photo that these loaded fries are pathetic 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣 everyone laughed hard at the fact that it was supposed to be loaded fries. I have never had such stingy loaded fries, and you pay 10.50 for them; you should be ashamed as the owner to call that loaded fries! And when I called, that person wasn't customer-friendly at all either, so what solution? Just stop it, this was a waste of our money.

-Skip to the end for better alternative- (Slightly dited review because I didn't see the nugget menu includes 3 whole tenders, what a bunch of heroes! Toootally justifies the price now 😅 also, scroll to thebottom for response to owners.) €22 for a nugget menu (edit: and a few tenders)? €2-3 for sauce? This is simply unnacceptable, no way around it. Sauce should be like 30-80 cents, there's no rhyme or reason for this. Food is subpar, people there are very nice though, the shop interior could use an update. In short: this is just Super Pizza Service trying to branch into chicken with a failsafe if it goes wrong, which it looks like it already is going (wrong) because they set the bar too high on price but too low on taste, quality and quantity. So even if the people seem nice and the vibes are generally great, I can't recommend this place in good conscience and in fact I'll have to unfortunately give only a single star due to the price being so absolutely absurd for rather low effort food that's both cheap and easy to make. Do I only have critiques and no solutions? Ofcourse not! Here are some of what I feel are better alternatives: 1. Do yourself a favor and go get yourself a bag of "Rooster's & Co." For €8,99 (they have a regular and a spicy version) from Poiesz, swing by Snackbar de Noorderburg to pick up fries (and maybe even their awesome peanut sauce) and you'll have a meal that feeds at least 4 people that tastes better - and you get all of that for less than the price of 1 singular menu at Chick'n Box.(!!) Singular. OR 2. Go to your own favorite fry-shop and swing by the supermarket for Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce (Chipotle version if possible), tosh the cooked Rooster's and Co. fried chicken and BBQ sauce in a bowl and mix - you'll have a solid fried chicken meal! I'd genuinely give Rooster's and Co. a 4.6 out of 5 for bagged freezer chicken. Juicy, delicious and comparatively inexpensive. (Picture included) - UPDATED: in response to the rather unfortunate response from the owners, I have attached a picture of the prices of their sauces, since they seem to be blissfully unaware of their own prices. These prices are 1.99 and 2.99 so they're calling me a liar for rounding up 1 cent. ☝️ "Comparing a freshly prepared restaurant meal to a frozen supermarket bag of chicken is not a meaningful comparison." If you're getting beat by a frozen supermarket-product then that should worry you, I wasn't lying when I said Rooster's&Co. is better than your chicken. By quite the margin too, you should try it! "That is like comparing a pizzeria to a supermarket cheese sandwich. It makes no sense and does not reflect the reality of food service." No it's not, it's like comparing your overpriced party pizzas to a Ristorante pizza - and you don't seem to grasp the reality of reality, if you get compared to a freezing product then you kinda messed up, no? "You mention our staff is friendly and the atmosphere is good, yet you give one star. That says more about your reviewing style than about our food or service." Not really but it does however say a lot about your product and pricing, the fact that I can have a pleasant experience and still rate your restaurant a 1/5, coupled with your dishonest response and childish accusations because I called your food subpar and expensive, is a sign that you messed up bigtime in other departments. I also don't rate restaurants off of "vibes", I rate them off of food quality and pricing. "We always welcome honest feedback, but misleading information and inaccurate comparisons do not help anyone." No you don't you've clearly shown to have contentions with my review, you just straight up tried to paint me as a liar to invalidate my review, remember? Meanwhile I've got receipts and pictures to prove it. Denial don't make this chicken no better! "We stand behind our quality, our pricing, and our team." 1. Yikes². 2. You just got caught lying about your sauce-prices buddy 🙃 stand by that. Chick'n'box? More like Chickn'sucks, hehe. Cope harder. ✌️

Bought an expensive Monta Rosa party pizza. As it turned out, there were no chicken strips or asparagus to be found in the pizza. So, never again.

Biggest pancake in Leeuwarden. NEVER ORDER HERE. They promise your money back but deliver nothing. NO FOOD AND NO SERVICE. Because a bad review was given, they can't do anything anymore. I'll get that 30 euros back, chicken pox. See you soon

So we've lost €30 without receiving anything, and no solution has been offered. It's a scam; this place needs to close.

A very disappointing experience with Super Pizza – absolutely not recommended! Our experience with Super Pizza was utterly terrible and frustrating from start to finish. What should have been a pleasant dinner ended in a huge disappointment. We placed our order and were told a 45-minute wait time, which is reasonable. Unfortunately, this turned out to be completely wrong: we ended up waiting over 3 hours for our order! And as if that wasn't bad enough, the food was delivered to the wrong address. This meant we had to walk over 3 kilometers to pick it up ourselves – something completely unacceptable for a delivery service. The communication with Super Pizza was exceptionally poor. We received vague, inconsistent answers, and it seemed as if no one knew exactly what went wrong or who was responsible. We felt completely ignored. No effort was made to accommodate us or offer an apology. To make matters worse, we still had to pay the full amount, despite the enormous delay, the delivery fiasco, and the lack of any service whatsoever. For this amount, we should have expected, at the very least, proper delivery and decent customer service. The whole experience felt like a waste of money. In short: Super Pizza is anything but "super"—unless you enjoy chaos, long wait times, incorrect deliveries, and frustrating communication. We will never order from them again, and I advise everyone to think twice before ordering from them.

Ordered pizza delivered yesterday, it arrived very quickly and you could taste it, the pizza was almost cold, and woke up at 3 am with a stomach ache, it wasn't even cheap compared to the quality.

Delicious kapsalon, the fries with herbs are super delicious. The sauces are excellent. In short, a TOP place.

Ordered a party pizza with fries, they were 1.5 hours late and after calling 3 times with rude staff they finally arrived. The fries were dull, lukewarm and old and the pizza also sparsely topped and lukewarm. I had previously gotten sick from shawarma pizza, but I also received no response. Do not order!

If you get it yourself, it's not fun. But the quality and quantity are top notch. Very tasty and if there is any left over, put it in the oven the next day and it gives the same feeling as fresh.

Okay, so i ordered a pizza through uber eats gave them two phone numbers, they didn’t call a single time and didn’t deliver the pizza. Ordered fries, croquette and chicken tenders here, and the bags arrived soaking wet! Half of the fries could no longer be eaten and were super soggy, the croquette was completely wet and crushed over the chicken tenders. When I tried to call about this, the phone simply didn't answer!

I order a pizza for half past six, I get a 4:50 text message that it will be delivered because it was already ready. I say no because I don't get home until half past six. Okay, we're making new pizzas. Later in the email 17.10 your pizza is on its way. NO!!!! I'm not home yet. Pizza arrived at 5.25 pm cold, burnt edge the 3rd time, and flour was mealy and unpalatable. Where does this go wrong? I have ordered for years, always good and the last 3 times meh!! You say not burnt in the comment and then again. No, we will never have pizzas from super pizza again.

Vandaag een pizza margeritha, broodje shoarma met kaas en een shoarma plate besteld. Dit is voor ons de laatste keer dat we hier hebben besteld. Het heeft 2 uren geduurd voordat het bezorgd was. In de tussentijd gebeld hoe lang het ging duren, toen kregen wij te horen dat het klaar stond en de bezorger het nog moest komen ophalen. Daarna duurde het nog 45 minuten voordat de bezorger het kwam brengen. Het gevolg, koude pizza, koude shoarma en veel te slappe patat. Gelukkig hebben wij een oven, maar dat is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling.

Woon er maar een paar honderd meter vandaan, heb op tijd besteld ca 2 uur van te voren. Toen de pizza iets later als afspraak werd bezorgd was de pizza zeker niet warmer als 40 ° . Pizza was wel lekker, maar jammer dat ik daar de magnetron voor moest gebruiken. Ik ben momenteel niet fit, vandaar dat ik voor bezorging had gekozen, maar volgende keer haal ik hem zelf wel op.

Prima pizzeria Net een heerlijke carbonara speciaal gehad en de bezorging was snel! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar 👍

Pizza bestellen hier gaat altijd goed , lekkere verse pizza met verse groentes en dat is te proeven! In de meeste gevallen binnen 45 minuten thuisbezorgd, natuurlijk zijn er uitzonderingen zoals op zondag en kunnen bestellingen iets langer duren echter nooit veel langer, en je pizza komt goed heet aan! Ik vind het prettig om via hun eigen website te bestellen, allereerst omdat je er voor jezelf gratis drinken bij krijgt en ten tweede zo help je de zaak natuurlijk om geen kosten van de bestelling af te moeten staan aan bedrijven zoals thuisbez. Win win voor beide kanten. Personeel is altijd vriendelijk aan de deur.

Al meerdere keren pizzas besteld hier en iedere keer heerlijk van gegeten. Shoarma kip en vulcano zijn rijk belegd en smaken goed. Ook snelle en vriendelijke bezorging. En dat alles voor een scherpe prijs. 😎 Zou hier zeker weer bestellen en aanraden aan vrienden. Heb geen slechte ervaringen gehad zoals andere reviews aangeven.

Ik geef 5 sterren (ik zou er 36 geven) voor de bezorger. Mans was er binnen kwartier ofzo dat ik besteld had, geeft mn bestelling zegt die zo hoppaaaaa 😂😂😂😂😂, zeer gaande. De kapsalon die ik had besteld was goed gevuld met vlees, beetje droog beetje bleke patat maar zoals gewoonlijk bij elke zaak pleur er wat saus en sla over en vreten gek. Ik heb laatst een party pizza salami besteld en de pizza was heerlijk warm bij de deur geleverd en de bezorger was vriendelijk. De pizza smaakte prima en kan niet wachten om weer een pizza te bestellen :)
