Sushi Eight Uden in Wijk 01 Uden

We ordered at 6:15 PM. 30 minutes later, we called and the guy said it was already 5:30 PM and kept getting our street wrong. And the food was cold.

Did order there a few weeks ago, went for the pickup. No greeting, no eyecontact very shamefull behavior and the sushi was not eatable. Will never go there again.

I've had good experiences with this place; I order sushi here often. The last time, however, it was a bit disappointing. I called with this feedback and a new portion was brought immediately.

First and last time I ordered this crap, ready sets from Jumbo are much more diverse and sophisticated in taste. 40 euros for 3 types of rolls, wasabi totally disgusting, sushi salty as hell. The person who made them probably folded them with some kind of machine because all the rolls were not fully wrapped

I ordered sushi a day in advance for delivery at 18:45. On the day in question, I called at 18:55 to say it would be half an hour late. At 19:30, I called to ask about the status of the order and simultaneously received an email stating that it was on its way. The woman on the phone indicated that she would not offer compensation ‘because it is already on its way’. I called again at 20:30; the order arrived a few minutes later this time. The people on the phone were once again not very customer-friendly. So, in the end, the order arrived almost 2 hours late.

I'M NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN! I always order from this restaurant, and I usually get really good sushi, but this time it was terribly bad. It started with waiting almost two hours for my food. I called the restaurant, and they told me it was on its way (which I already knew from Thuisbezorgd 40 minutes earlier!). They were supposedly very busy, and I completely respect that, especially on a Friday night. Last time, it was also very busy, and I still received compensation. It's not my issue, but I really didn't like the way I was treated and could have been handled much more kindly. The woman on the phone clearly didn't want to speak to me and was very surly. Not customer-friendly at all! 20 minutes later! I finally got my food. The poke bowl was great, nothing to complain about, but the sushi itself was inedible. I had a regular cucumber maki and avocado nigiri. I always order these, but after tonight, I really regret it. The sushi just fell apart when I looked at it. It looked like it hadn't even been rolled properly. It was also tough, with incredibly hard chunks. I could have thrown it away, as I felt it was a real waste of food because I simply couldn't eat it. I gave it a chance, but it was so bad, it's truly unbelievable. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place again! It's a shame, but you've lost a customer, and I certainly won't recommend it to others! I'm truly shocked by the food that was delivered to me, and it's absolutely awful. I'm so disappointed. I ordered almost €30 worth of food and had to throw half of it away. I'm someone who has to watch my budget and likes to treat myself every now and then, and the fact that I've now spent my money on this really hurts me.

We always order from here! Delicious sushi, they're flexible and listen to your comments. There was a mistake once, but when I called, they immediately brought an extra portion. Excellent!

I had placed an order for pick up and I came in and was shocked when I saw the sushi chef putting his earwax in a roll

The day before yesterday I had delicious sushi with the family, but the sushi was terrible. Guess what, that sushi place was like a laxative the next day!

I placed an order and I didn't know what I saw and I couldn't believe my eyes I had a word with the chef because it took a very long time and he spit in my food and scratched his ball and made the sushi and he scolded me out.

Too late, cold, not the first time, a bit of a shame. If you order 1.5 hours in advance, they will still be 30 minutes late. Still calling, no small apologies, nothing. Shrimp and spring rolls cold, the rest was fine.

Picked up sushi. Very tasty sushi. I thought it was a bit pricey. If you take one box, that will make a difference.

Order came 1 AM! Too late. I called and was immediately told it was on its way. And without asking which order it was. No apologies or nothing on the phone. The doorbell rang 20 minutes after they said it was on its way. I don't want a discount because it's not about the money for me. If you have children then you know what this means. At the very least, let us know how long you are overdue or call us if it is really on its way. Don't lie. The food was okay.

Wanted to order sushi but the gentleman told me in a non-friendly way that he doesn't have time!!! Well, close your shop then! Ridiculous

Tastiest sushi in the area, friendly staff and great price-quality ratio!

Wij hebben hier qua sushi en smaak altijd een goede ervaring! We halen altijd zelf af, t is lekker vers, smaken zijn top en wat ons betreft de beste van Uden voor een zeer scherpe prijs. Jammer dat anderen blijkbaar soms mindere ervaringen hebben, wat ons betreft niet representatief.

Heerlijke sushi en sashimi zijn heel vers! Vooral de speciaal rollen zijn echte aanrader😍

Sojasaus is verdund met water en de tonijn was niet vers, glazig en verkleurd. Erg jammer, maakt de zin in sushi een stuk minder.

Heerlijke verse Sushi, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Ik lees dat het soms mis gaat met bezorgen, hebben wij geen probleem mee gehad. Als het gebeurd is zeker super balen, weet de reden niet, maar als ze dan tegemoed komen vind ik dan weer super!

Erg lekkere en verse sushi! Was iets mis gegaan, maar dit is super netjes opgelost! Complimenten :) Ga zeker vaker bestellen!

De sushi smaakte niet vers, voor de prijs opzich wel okee maar er zaten graatjes en haren in.

Mega lekker sushi gegeten!! Was een gewild verjaardagscadeau voor Sem! Hij was blij verrast door het assortiment.. En de verschillende sushi! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Had net hele lekker sushi gehaald en een praatje gemaakt met de eigenaar. Was heel gezellig en de mensen deden heel aardig. De extra kiprol was zeker lekker! 😌😌 ik kom zeker nog een keertje terug

Voor 45 euro sushi gehaald, voor 2 personen behoorlijk veel. Sushi ziet er goed uit en zo smaakt hij ook.

Heerlijk gegeten van de 5-way Uramaki box. Sushi was van goede kwaliteit en lekker gevarieerd.

Lekkere sushi, alles vers gemaakt. Smaak was goed, niet te overheersend maar zeker niet flauw. Porties zijn goed voor de prijs!

het kwam 30 min te laat. we probeerde ze te bellen maar namen niet op. bezorger verontschuldigde zich wel netjes. de sushi was wel lekker maar niet speciaal. een beetje flauw en bij de veggie rol was de rijst wat droog. verder lekker gegeten en was ook zeker genoeg😁

Blij met Sushi Eight Uden. Het wordt ter plekke vers gemaakt en smaakt heerlijk! Een aanwinst voor Uden.
