We had a wonderful meal. The food was very tasty and beautifully presented.

The food is simply delicious. Regarding the atmosphere, I find the conservatory very refreshing when it's a bit colder outside. Perhaps a tip would be to put a blanket by the chairs so anyone who feels chilly can put one on. It's a great restaurant, and even though you order via a tablet, you can still pay with cash.

It's gotten really bad!!! This is our second time here; the first time everything was perfect. Now you can wait an hour per round and still miss half of it. Even if you ask for it, you still don't get it. Such a shame!

Terrible! The food was old and of very poor quality. The service was incredibly slow even though the restaurant was practically empty. We told them we didn't like it and wanted to leave. No solution was offered. We paid €88. And now we have to go to another restaurant. Absolutely awful. Never again. Absolutely not recommended!

WORST RESTAURANT IN VALKENSWAARD, CHILD MADE RIDICULOUS!!!! Tonight, we went to restaurant Nagoya in Valkenswaard, but unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience. Our 4-year-old suddenly became ill at the table and vomited. We cleaned everything up ourselves, but on our way to the bathroom, we heard a young, blonde employee (about 17 years old, behind the bar) rudely tell colleagues that the child had to clean it himself or face a €50 cleaning fee. Very disrespectful and inappropriate. The owner was visibly shocked and indicated that this was absolutely not the intention and that she would speak to him. Yet, the boy continued to ridicule our child. After this rude behavior, we decided not to continue eating—and we still had to pay for our drinks ourselves. This is completely unbecoming of a restaurant these days; immediate dismissal or sending him home would have been the least appropriate.

Just had a nice meal, had a bite to eat, didn't go there, it was cold, half of the food wasn't there, had to wait half an hour for drinks, the lady got angry at us because something was said about it taking a long time

On Sunday, eight people were eating, and after an hour, we only had one more round. We confronted the owner of the restaurant about this, and she started yelling. The suggestion that "if you call earlier, we'll be faster" was also inappropriate. It's become a truly awful place. They overcharged us by 100 euros for the food we received. If you want good food, go to their neighbors.

During our vacation, we decided to dine here with our 6-month-old daughter. A great choice! Delicious sushi, plenty of choices, and a friendly owner. He and the staff were very helpful. Very friendly! Heating up food for our daughter was no problem either.

I always enjoy eating here; it's simply delicious. The sushi and grilled dishes are especially good for me; there's absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything tastes fresh and is well-prepared. You do notice, however, that when it gets busier or you've been there for a while, the dishes come out less quickly. It's a shame, because the food itself is excellent.

Food is great, the people working there are fantastic and the concept is amazing sometimes when it is a bit busy some orders simply never show up to the table though and when sitting in the veranda, it may be a bit cold. Overall I give it a 9/10

Yesterday I went to eat for the first time at Nagoya, a stylish and modern restaurant where I had made a reservation with three others. Overall it was a nice experience. The restaurant looks neat and beautiful, with a sleek interior, spacious tables and everything was remarkably clean. We were welcomed in a friendly manner and immediately led to our table, which gave a good first impression. What really struck me positively was the quality of the food. Everything we ordered was fresh, beautifully presented and very tasty. Both the sushi and the warm dishes such as noodles or chicken were clearly prepared with care. In that respect I certainly enjoyed what was served. However, the pleasure for me was greatly tempered by the ordering system. I did not know in advance that there was a limit of three dishes per person per fifteen minutes. This rule was only explained at the table and was not mentioned anywhere on the website. In practice this means that you can order three small pieces of sushi per fifteen minutes, for example. Especially if you are a bit hungry, it feels very limited, especially considering the price of €34.50 per person, excluding drinks. What made it even more difficult was that you had to keep track of when another fifteen minutes had passed. The tablet simply gave an error message if you tried to order too early. As a result, I was regularly looking at the clock, waiting, trying again, and doing that over and over again. Instead of relaxing at the table and enjoying the company, I felt mainly busy with planning and timing. That caused unrest and stress, and took away a lot of the fun. The dishes also arrived at the table quite randomly. Everything looked nice, no doubt about that, but because you could only order limited quantities and it often took a while for something to come through, the food was served in a rather fragmented way. What I found a pity is that drinks are not included in the price. For an all-you-can-eat formula, you should at least expect that or be clearly informed about it in advance. All in all, it was certainly not a bad experience. The staff was friendly, the food was really good, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant. But the ordering system made the evening less relaxing for me. If that system were simpler and less strict, or if it was clearly communicated in advance, I would be more inclined to return.

Really enjoyed our evening! The food was great, the sushi fresh and richly filled. The waiter, how we were spoiled, we didn't have to ask anything... the young man did everything himself, down to the last detail. The owner is a sweet, spontaneous woman with whom you can have a lovely chat. An absolute must. We will definitely come back!

This is a restaurant where you order a few small snacks each time. There are delicious things among them but also snacks that we found mediocre. Because the ordered snacks were often served incorrectly or not complete at the table, the whole thing looks a bit messy. Nice enough but it was not really our thing.

We had dinner at this restaurant with two couples on February 14. The service and food were good. Only when we got the bill and went to pay, the bill had to be divided by two. This amounted to 182.00 euros. We asked for the bill by two tiles and that was possible. Our friends paid in cash with a hundred euros and I would pay 82.00 euros by card. The next day, when I checked my bank card, I saw that 182.00 euros had been debited from me instead of 82.00 euros. When we contacted the restaurant, the owner had gone on holiday to China. We had to call back in mid-March when she was back from China. Now we called and were told that the owner was not there again. They said that their bill was correct that evening. That they didn't have too many. We have been robbed, lied to and fooled by these people. The food and service were good, the people at the cash register are not to be trusted. Be careful when you pay the bill. She makes fun of you right in front of you. We will certainly not visit the restaurant again and certainly not recommend it to friends, family and acquaintances.

What a terrible restaurant. The manager is horrible, food did not arrive, after an hour and a half, some of our guests at the table still had nothing. There was 1 lady who tried to make the best of it. But the manager, what a nasty person. Food is also tough. The service and atmosphere are really not worth a star. And the food only got 1. Outside, there were other people who were not with us who were outraged and thought it was terrible. The table next to and behind us also got nothing after 45 minutes. In short, don't go there. This place shouldn't even exist

If I could give this restaurant zero marks for service and respect I would have done so if you come with a large group they can't handle the pressure terrible!! Wouldn't eat here for fun better find something else !!!!!

Perfect service! Delicious food!

We previously enjoyed this restaurant, but the staff is rude and makes it not worth dining here. I put in an order for pick up and they let me wait around for 30 minutes saying they didn't have it without checking. Finally I left and then called back and they said they did have it. Then the person I interacted with wouldn't even come out to explain what was a mistake. Would recommend going next door instead.

Eaten here several times in recent years. More than fine sushi. Price quality is fine. Service somewhat distant and dutiful in general. Restaurant is somewhat clinical and tight in terms of decor but otherwise fine. Sanitary neat.

Disappointment! We came in at a quiet time by reservation. We were given a place in the “conservatory” with a backrest against the window (with cushion). The heaters were extremely warm. There was no conversation possible about another place. The sushi was excellent, the service was also quick. The newest employee was the most customer friendly and talkative, it was his first day at work. Ended up waiting 2 rounds for a beer, even though we had asked for one several times. Finally, the dessert was disappointing: monchou does not look like it does on the website menu. Doesn't taste like a monchou cake either: chocolate cookies with overly sweet whipped cream come closest.

You have to wait 15 minutes before you can order again. You are only allowed 3 dishes at a time. Only 2 mini desserts per person. They forgot sushi twice. Still not received after asking twice. On the other hand, it is tasty. Too bad about the rest.

Went there six months ago and everything was as expected. That's why I went again. We ordered different sushi, including 2 pieces of sushi with salmon. To our dismay, the pieces of sushi with salmon were no longer good. When I gently pointed it out to the waitress, it was immediately waved away, she said it was the sauce. When I indicated that the sauce was also on the other pieces and did not smell, we were told that we knew nothing about it and that she knew about it, we could safely eat it. Well not. Then we ordered some more pieces of chicken. We were only allowed to order 2 of the desserts, so we ate very little. It can always happen that something is not good with high temperatures, but I don't think it's worth 1 to make people consciously eat spoiled food.

Ordered via the app and paid in advance, but upon collection the order would never have gone through. The staff was too busy to help me and I was able to leave. A shame really...

Always exceptionally good and delicious!

We sat for 2.5 hours and had not even received the sushi from the first rounds, as we indicated several times that we were missing a lot. Every round our sushi didn't come, it was said they were busy. But heard several people complain about not getting sushi. Finally they came to us to find out what we were missing and urgent care would be provided. Once we received the sushi, it was also the wrong sushi. We immediately went to pay because we couldn't order anything anymore because the time was up. We still had to pay full price, really bad. Haven't seen sushi at a sushi place. Really bad service. The service was also nice and heard the problem from everyone. Too bad the owner treated us so poorly and didn't offer a discount or anything. Hope they can sort something out.

Simply fantastic!! You get 7 rounds for 3 dishes, including a round of 3 desserts, 4 drinks including 2 alcoholic drinks, but we have never paid so little for unlimited sushi and grill dishes. What a super sweet host/co-owner, if you are reading this then I want to tell you that you are really great!! Super sweet staff, very attentive, just often ask how the food tasted, the co-owner is just direct with his staff which is really great. We were €81.40 and with tip we came to €85.00. Today we also went to Tres Tapas in Eindhoven, well for what I got there and the service was terrible, I would have preferred a 10 euro tip for the same price. given then I would have lost the same, you deserved it and they didn't, period! So I would 100% recommend this! We come from Deventer and our weekend away brought us here and we really hope to eat here again.

Good restaurant for sushi. Sometimes you don't get 1 thing you order, while you can only order three things per round. However, the quality of the food is simply good. Service is also extremely friendly, attentive and alert. For example, a young lady saw that we had accidentally gotten a fork with the ice cream and my wife ate the ice cream with it (that works fine as long as it is still frozen, haha!). Immediately afterwards she went to get a spoon. Highly recommended!

I'm not a Sushi fan myself, but I like it. The rest of my family loves it, so I'm going with it. Fortunately, there are a whole range of dishes other than the typical Sushis. Atmosphere is ok and the last time we were there the service was very friendly and spontaneous. Unfortunately, the better beers were no longer in stock during our visit. All in all, we had a nice meal for, in our opinion, a fair amount.

De sushi en gerechten zijn erg lekker en goed verzorgd. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en we hebben echt een heerlijk etentje gehad!

Veeeel te duur geworden. Personeel dat niet kijkt als je ze roept! ( jonge gast) En een ander personeel verstaat geen Nederlands! Succes! Wc geen licht te vinden! Alles was uit! En daar schuift het ook grellig!

Mooie zaak, sushi wordt netjes en vlot gebracht en is heerlijk vers. Waar ik mij aan stoorde was dat de bediening Engels sprak, in Nederland wil ik gewoon in het Nederlands iets kunnen vragen zonder handen en voeten werk. De sesamballs waren niet gaar wat erg jammer was. Verder een fijne avond gehad tijdens onze vakantie in centerparcs Ook erg lekkere wijn die ze hebben en super dat ze desserts aanbieden

Gereserveerd, het was bewolkt maar geen regen en normaal weer om buiten te kunnen zitten. We vroegen om buiten te mogen eten, kregen het antwoord dat er niet buiten geserveerd wordt.. waarom heb je dan een terras aan je zaak? Er zaten enkel 2 tafels binnen te eten dus omwille van drukte kan niet.. zeeeeer onvriendelijk, we zijn vertrokken zonder te eten of drinken, hier zien ze ons nooit meer!

Het eten is ontzettend lekker en de service was snel! Zelf vonden we het aanbod wel aan de wat karige kant en ook de sidedishes zijn best wel prijzig. Er zijn 7 rondes, 3 gerechten/hapjes per persoon per ronde en tussen elke ronde moet er 15 minuten zitten voordat je weer kan bestellen. Dit vonden we een minpuntje. Desondanks gebeurde de bediening wel ontzettend vlot en nogmaals: wat je krijgt is lekker! Drank bestellen kan niet via de tablet en gebeurt door de bediening zelf. Het personeel is er vriendelijk en je kunt zowel binnen als buiten leuk zitten bij Nagoya.

Top service super eten zeer vriendelijke bediening. Zelfs na de verlopen tijd toch nog een tweede toetje. Ze zien ons regelmatig terug.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Uitgedroogde sojabonen, leken niet vers. Hebben hier iets van gezegd maar ontvingen geen reactie. Sushi was ook niet je van het, het mango ijs was wel lekker. Qua personeel valt er ook nog een hoop te verbeteren....

Heerlijk eten Het restaurant is mooi aangekleed en heeft een chique sfeer. Ook is de bediening klant vriendelijk en zullen ze voor een goede ervaring zorgen. Het eten word snel bereid. Het eten is super lekker. Ze hebben ook een groot aanbod voor ieder wat wils (Voor mij de sushi). Ik raad het aan om bij dit restaurant te eten als je van plan bent om op een mooie plek een goede avond te gaan dineren.

Wat je terug kon zien in het restaurant was dat het draait om geld verdienen, waardoor het eten redelijk was maar niet lekker. Er hing geen sfeer en de hygiëne vond ik ook niet je van het. Heel jammer maar ik zal hier niet meer terug komen

Door een vergissing 28 euro extra moeten betalen... eigenaresse is een harde tante waar niet mee te onderhandelen viel en 0 begrip toonde.. sterker nog, heel erg klantonvriendelijk... lekker eten maar nooit weer..

Als we op centerparcs zijn gaan we hier eten omdat de service en het eten prima is de shushi en de peking eend de Sizzling zijn aanraders tot een volgende keer

Eigenaresse was vriendelijk, jonge werknemers duidelijk nog onervaren. Eten was niet slecht, maar ook niet top. Warme gerechten waren steevast lauw of zelfs koud. Een aantal tafels staat onder een ventilatieschacht, wat een koude tocht gaf. Ik zou hier niet snel nog en keer eten.

Goed gegeten! We zaten wel net 'in de loop' van de bediening, maar dat maakte t eten niet minder lekker. Je mag 7 rondes, 3 gerechtjes pp per ronde. Meer dan genoeg voor ons ;)
