The food is tasty but the employees are not the best because when you call them they don't even say hello, you always have to say something first. I ordered food and then there were NO chopsticks in it and you have to pay 1.80 for wasabi etc. I think this should be included as standard when you order something.

Delicious all-you-can-eat! The portions do vary in size. But delicious food everywhere, fast and friendly service and value for money is excellent!

The service is friendly and helpful. The ambience is nice and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We had reserved, but it wasn't that crowded on Thursday at 7 p.m. We had the all you can eat, where you can order 3 things per person every 11 minutes (you have 2.5 hours). What I think is very good is that there is also a soy sauce without alcohol and that the ingredients (meat, chicken, fish, alcohol, etc.) were listed when ordering (on the tablet). The sushi tasted really good, I don't think I've had anything better so far. Nevertheless, the evening was really good. The dessert also tasted good. What did bother me was that some things didn't arrive on time, so we were able to order again before the previous order arrived. I think that if you use such a limit (which I don't think is wrong at all), the food should come on time (hence only 4 stars). All in all, it definitely won't be my last visit.

Normally we are satisfied with this restaurant, but after what happened yesterday (on Tuesday) when we were eating there, it is really unacceptable! We had just been there for about twenty minutes, when suddenly the tablet was asked for back (by the son or brother? of the owner), and then the rate was quickly changed to the Sunday and public holiday price instead of a weekday, as it was already set, initially the correct rate! That's €16 more than the weekday rate! What was he thinking: let me make some extra money??!! It was very clear to us that this was done on purpose, and of course that is not possible! That's what we call: attempted fraud! It's not about the €16, but about the principle. No more Oku for us! 0 0

Good food for takeaway, good quality. The only disadvantage is that you have to pay extra for soy sauce, wasabi and ginger + plastic surcharge. Parking nearby is free.

The restaurant is beautifully located on the Winterswijk market. Unfortunately it only has limited outdoor seating. Because in the summer it is also wonderful to sit outside.

The Oku sushi restaurant offers service that is friendly and fast, which initially makes the visit seem promising. The waiters are attentive and strive to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Unfortunately the quality of the sushi leaves a lot to be desired. Even on an all-you-can-eat basis, the food is disappointing. The ingredients don't seem fresh and the taste falls far short of expectations. If you value good sushi, you should invest a little more money and go to another restaurant. Despite the good service, Oku is not a recommendation for real sushi lovers.

When we were there, we enjoyed the dishes we ordered there. Every now and then an order goes wrong and it can happen that there is a long waiting time. It is advisable to order by telephone for collection, because we recently had a waiting time of 58 minutes for an Oku menu (45 pcs.).

Called at half past four and I couldn't pick it up until half past six. Then ordered via the app and it indicated that it could be picked up at a quarter past 4. At a quarter past 4 I am told that it is only half past six, while the confirmation email says a quarter past. Nettes kleines Lokal; das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisen werden zügig an den Tisch gebracht. Alle Gerichte waren handwerklich außerordentlich gut zubereitet und geschmacklich sehr gut. 100% Empfehlung.

We were 6 people in total, staff was great, service was good, food was fast and delicious. You order food via tablet, and then you have to wait for 10 mins. At first you are like the order takes too much time but as time passes and the food comes so fast that you cant keep up the pace. Be patient while you are ordering otherwise you might order extra at the end. Thanks and avoid food wastage. 😊

Je kunt hier lekker all you can Eat eten en van de kaart. Kwalitatief erg goed en voldoende keuze zeker de moeite waard om eens te bezoeken.

Das Essen ist einfach nur bombastisch. Sehr kleiner gemütlicher Laden. Service ist für deutsche Kunden wahrscheinlich nicht die beste Erfahrung aber wahrscheinlich wegen der Sprache.
