Sushi Vandaag in Wijk 01 Centrum

Waited over two hours. No answer. After two hours, I finally answered and said it was very busy and hadn't even been fixed. This place is beyond words; they can't even pick up the phone and call you about this shitshow. Last time. I should have looked here first, given all the bad reviews. Stay away.

I placed an order early today and asked for it to be delivered two hours later (8:00 PM). When we still hadn't received anything by 8:30 PM, I called and was told we'd have to wait another hour. "It's busy today, ma'am." It's ridiculous that they don't even contact you, so you apparently have to call yourself to be told you'll have to wait another hour and a half. We canceled our order. Now let's hope for a refund.

I've been waiting an hour and a half for my order. Sushi never again today.

This was my second order here. The first time wasn't entirely as expected, but I wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately, this order wasn't what I had hoped for either. The sushi is very large, and the tuna sushi I ordered turned out to be replaced by salmon. The edamame was salt-free – perhaps that’s how it’s supposed to be, but personally, I prefer it with salt. The ebi tempura was mushy. A shame; I won't be coming back.

Unfortunately, I received very poor sushi. Raw tuna and salmon arrived lukewarm. Hard avocado in the sushi. First and last time here. The sushi was thrown away!

Worst Pokebowl I've ever eaten. A bowl of rice and gunk stuck to the lid.

I really hate having to remove hair from my sushi while eating. I also immediately emailed about this (with photo) but received no response. I will never order Sushi from Purmerend again today.

Ordered sushi, it was not good and smelled and looked rotten. Called and received a new portion, this time too the sushi was anything but fresh. Called again and no solution. Lost money, but learned a wise lesson. Next time, skip this matter as a precaution.

Tasty sushi with good taste. They were large portions. Delivered very quickly by a friendly delivery person who came cycling through the snow. So let's be rewarded nicely. Just under 5 stars due to the additional costs of ideal and plastic tax, but well deserved.

Instead of the Wok, I ordered the goals here once. The taste was reasonable and the delivery was on time. But gosh, what a mini portion and even more expensive. No authentic flavors to be found. We had the mixed bowl, no seaweed, the omelet was a piece of 5 by 2, 1 slice of avocado The chicken bowl had no seaweed and no avocado and the crab is crab stick 3 by 4 cn (fish paste). The pictures on the site also don't look like what you get. A big expensive disappointment!!! 10% discount on delivery, also not considering top delivery costs. Never again!!!

Super nice sushi and very good customer service! The sushi always tastes great but today I also noticed the neat Customer service. Ordered online but wouldn't be able to eat due to a traffic issue before my next job shift. The order was canceled and I got my money back immediately.

Was told it would take 20-25 minutes for it to arrive (I live quite close) I had to wait an hour and 20 minutes for the food. The sushi rice didn't have much flavor (it could have used a little more vinegar, but that's my opinion) But other than that it was good quality. You got a lot of rice for the sushi, so you have a good meal. Not too pricey, good price/quality ratio.

Today we took a chance to recover at Sushi Today and we were pleasantly surprised. It was delivered right on time. The sushi was rolled well and the taste was fine. Sufficient wasabi, soy sauce and chopsticks were provided. Thank you Sushi Today for the gift voucher we received following the errors in the previous order. You have recovered nicely. Never let your child work for Sushi today in Purmerend. He exploits children or pays too little or simply doesn't pay for a day. Warning people! It would be good to conduct an inspection on this.

Had very good sushi from the start at the Venediën... the owner always did his best to deliver quality... and that has not changed. I always pick up my order and see a kitchen where people work with heart and soul! Then the sushi tastes even better.

Really very bad sushi This is very unfortunate Just paid €50 I was so hungry . I really felt like eating sushi, this way I can easily earn money. It looks like the sushi had been ready for 1 week, they were so dry, the fried benaan had so much dough that you couldn't even taste the roll. Sea bad sushi Baahggggg

Yesterday I got sushi for €30, there were only 2 containers of wasabi and 1 container of ginger for 38 pieces! This was supposed to represent the Sushi Deluxe… We called to ask if it was correct and were then told that you only get 1 container of extra ginger from €50... which we thought was quite strange. So next time we'll go to a different store.

Delicious sushi. But received an incomplete order several times. Never called, because hey, that can happen. Today another incomplete order and it's starting to get a bit annoying. When I report this by telephone, I am told that I should not complain so much because it is just busy. Not customer friendly at all and very rude.

Ordered sushi this week. I indicated at what time I wanted it to arrive. The food arrived 1 hour later, was completely shaken up and didn't look neat. Sushi itself didn't taste bad, but everything about it is unfortunately not worth ordering here again for me.

In this day and age I find it very strange that you cannot pay by card when you come to pick up. I also thought it was very messy and not really clean

Well, where do I start. First of all, I had to wait an awfully long time. Said it would take 45 minutes, called after 50 minutes to ask where my food is. Delivery person would be there within 5 to 10 minutes. 30 minutes later my food arrived. Unfortunately it wasn't the only disappointment! When the delivery person finally showed up at the door, it turned out that he had no change with him, even though it was clearly indicated with the order that I would not pay in exact form. Delivery man was supposed to come back with my change, I never saw him again! I wasn't happy with the taste either, clearly a no go for me.

Fry with mainly rice, pieces of cucumber, two shrimps and a lot of mayonnaise-like fatty derrie. Stay away from the poke bowl if you think you are making a healthy choice. very bad.

Ordered a poke bowl. What should be healthy is a greasy bowl with way too much rice. Dollop of mayonnaise on top. Fried shrimp not fresh. Far too few vegetables. Not to eat. Waste of my money. AH pokebowl is much better. Delivery on time and nice delivery person. Food 1 star.

We order Sushi from Middenbeemster every week at Sushi Today and this is highly recommended. The delicious deluxe box is really a winner! When we have visitors and we order the deluxe box, we always get compliments about the Sushi. It always takes longer than they indicate, but for me the sushi is worth it. Ordered sushi last month, we were not happy with it, gave a bad review. Then receives a call from the owner. Very neat. I was able to get my entire order again on a day of my choice. Very neat... Called yesterday to order for 5:45 today. 5.45pm...nothing 5:55 PM ...nothing Just call...delivery is on his way 18.05...18.10..18.15.. Call again at 6.20 pm... oh, but you are not on the computer at all... HOW?? The delivery person was on his way, right? Yes, that was a different street with the same house number...WHAT?? We're going to prepare it now and then it's coming...Pffffff It seems to me that right now you are making sure everything goes well to retain your customer... Never again for me!!

Good, large sushi and very tasty. Today a nice promotion from various menus with a 50% discount! There was enough soy sauce and wasabi. Ginger could have liked a little more.

Had to wait terribly long. Was told 45 minutes, after an hour and a half I called again. Delivery guy was almost there. Called again half an hour later, no one was there. My order arrived almost 2 hours later! Terrible service!

Sushis are way too much rice, way too big. I personally quite like tamago, but this one really wasn't to my taste, which is a shame. Salmon was very fresh!

I bought a voucher through holiday auctions for 40 pieces and 6 types, it was very tasty and good. (The only downside was that there was no nigiri type included). We had already started before I took a photo, but you can clearly see that the sushi is well filled ;)
