Delicious sushi, well-seasoned and delivered on time. And very good service; if something goes wrong, they resolve it well.

The order said 40-50 minutes for Thuisbezorgd. After ordering, it turned into 1.5 hours. Quite a long time. The order arrived incomplete. I called, and then the rest was delivered quickly. I just missed the apology or some form of compensation. The sushi itself was tasty though!

The food looked fine, but there was a black hair in my food. When I told an employee about it, she said it was probably my own; I'm blond, so I don't think so. And that I shouldn't make such a fuss. Also, whoever I think is the supervisor was screaming super loudly through the place. A bit of a crazy situation, if you ask me.

I got sushi from SushiPoint for the first time today and I am very satisfied. The order was ready quickly and the sushi was very fresh and tasty. We also ordered a Kids Box and it was put together really nicely. It included sushi, a drink, an ice cream, and a toy. That made it extra fun for the children. Definitely worth repeating!

I have been getting sushi from Sushipoint Capelle weekly for some time now. From the very beginning, the sushi has been fresh and flavorful. The selection is huge. So, for me, they have a good chef in Capelle, and the service is always friendly and helpful.

SushiPoint Capelle never disappoints. The Magic Box is a feast of flavor explosions every time, and the three handrolls were the absolute icing on the cake. Fresh, beautifully presented, and delivered with a smile. If you can taste love, they put it into the rice here. For us, the absolute number one!

Ordered today, it was supposed to be delivered at 5:45 PM. They called promptly at 6:00 PM to say they were delayed by fifteen minutes and it was now on its way, along with a €7.50 gift card and a portion of spring rolls. You don't see this kind of service very often.

They sprayed mayonnaise on my face, then a staff member yelled "APENHEUL" very loudly. There was shit smeared on the restroom walls, and the toilet paper was gone, with tampons on the floor. Final conclusion: a terrible store.

I've ordered food several times in the past. One time, the quality wasn't good, which happens, and I politely left a review on their website. They then respond and suggest compensation, but they don't. All for show.

I order from here very often. They often have a special offer, and they adjust it in the system when I come to pick it up. This time, they supposedly didn't have one. Normally, it's a discount of €7.50 or €10. I always order the luxury menu without the carpaccio and with a different kind of roll. Suddenly, I had to pay €7.50 for that, even though I always get these things included without any problems. SushiPoint supposedly has a new manager who's been working there for two months. Apparently, also for the head office. She was rude and not customer-friendly at all. We accepted the situation and didn't order from here. We went to Gouda instead. There was a lovely woman there. She told us there was a national offer running until Sunday (€7.50 or €10 discount, I can't remember). She even gave us a gift card with a discount that we can use anytime, with no limit. €11 discount on a €30 purchase. Now that's what I call customer-friendly. I'm going to file an official complaint with the head office. Unfortunately, Capelle has lost us as regular customers. And I'll share this with my close friends and family. Never again. It's not about the money or anything. It's about the manager being rather rude and completely unfriendly to customers.

When we arrived, we had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be ready. When it was ready, it was raw and disgusting. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! They were also quite unfriendly.

I ordered once at the end of February. The wait was very long, at least two hours. I gave it another try last Saturday and waited almost two hours for a single sushi box order. There was also no wasabi.

I didn't receive part of my order, and when I called to inquire about it, I had to wait 45 minutes for the rest of the order, and I was treated rudely over the phone. The sushi wasn't anything to write home about.

Tasty (flambéed) salmon sushi, but inedible tuna nigiri. They felt like a tough piece of plastic and were way too red from the food coloring. I'll order elsewhere next time. P.S. The delivery person was really friendly!

Order was wrong unfortunately wrong also no chopsticks, wasabi and ginger. Bowl same tasted fine but small portion.

Ordered here weekly for about 25 euros. Had it delivered instead of picked up in recent months. Delivery time is very long and often the wrong thing is delivered. When you call, you don't even get an apology or an apology... I'll order somewhere else from now on...

Well, if u are ordering food from Sushi point via Uber eats, be ready for a long waiting time. I ordered food at around 5pm in the evening and it reached now around 7:05pm. Very unprofessional from their side. I asked the person who delivered the food that why did it take 2 hours to deliver the food and that person said that it was very busy in the restaurant. If it is very busy then don’t take the order. They are also not easily reachable by phone. There’s an automatic message saying that the restaurant is closed and then I have no other way of contacting them Very disappointed by their service and professionalism.

Food is tasty, the person behind the counter did not have all the knowledge of the dishes, but that was fine. Friendly help. If you go outside the box, it is quite expensive

Sushis are too soft, so they fall apart as soon as you try to pick them up. Too small portions for the money you pay. All sushi tastes the same. Shame.

Never been treated so badly. Our food arrived 2.5 hours late and the pokebowl was ice cold, as if it came straight from the fridge. When I called to ask for an explanation, the chef answered and asked if I could call back in 20 minutes because the counter employee was doing some shopping due to shortages. It's all very amateurish. And when I refused to hang up, he just hung up. Overall terrible food and terrible service. Save your money and time, don't order here!

Ordered food at 7:45 PM, called at 9:20 PM and they said they were delayed, they would eventually be there at 10:00 PM and never received it…. Bad service!!!!! They were also no longer available. Actually worth 0 stars!

Super satisfied with sushi point! I order here monthly or sometimes even 2 monthly but no one replaces sushi point, it is the best sushi. Occasionally had some problems with delivery, but this was always resolved very neatly and friendly. Once again I am very satisfied!! And I always look forward to ordering here again.

Today December 29, 2023, I placed an order but the order was not delivered. What a Bacher tent! Called a few times but no answer. I am very disappointed! Sushi point capelle

The food took almost 3 hours to arrive and the warm dishes were cold. We called several times and they said they would give us our money back but they never did. Really disappointed

What a pity, this is really cutting back in the wrong way. Paid full price, thin slices of sushi actually too thin to pick up with chopsticks. Last time I went, I really felt cheated.

Ik heb in de middag als een van de eerste klanten waarschijnlijk een bestelling gedaan, een surprise sushi menu. Dit bestaat uit verschillende sushi gerechten 🍣 waaronder sashimi, 5 in plakken gesneden zalm. Thuis aangekomen begin ik aan mn lunch zo rond 14.30, deze bevalt totdat tot mijn verbazing bijt ik in een koude halfbevroren zalm sashimi. Ik bel de zaak terug en zegt dat dit niet de bedoeling kan zijn?! Er wordt voorgesteld het menu opnieuw te maken. Dit wil ik niet en de mogelijkheid om terugbetaling te krijgen wordt mij aangeboden, waar ik wel op akkoord ga. Ik zou graag willen weten of Sushipoint inderdaad haar visproducten invriest en dan ontdooit, want dan kan ik er rekening mee houden, om hier sowieso niet meer te bestellen. Voor de rest smaakt het meestal wel goed, van alle keren dat ik hier heb besteld.

De crunchy tuna crackers zijn hemels. Ook de flamed specials zijn een enorme aanrader. Snel bezorgd, vriendelijke bezorgers. Echt helemaal top!

Is een afhaalpunt. Lekkere sushi voor een mooie prijs. Eerlijk gegeten en kok zeker hier terug.

Heerlijke sushi! Alles was vers en top, kortom we hebben er echt van genoten!

Gebeld voor een bestelling, maar alsnog een half uur wachten. Iemand voor ons zat er al 3 kwartier te wachten. Wat een stel ongeregeld personeel! Waarom zijn wij wel op tijd en laat je ons nog zo lang wachten? Beetje jammer… Hoe kan je wel je bestellingen voor je bezorging af hebben en niet dat van ons?

Sushi is lekker maar niet om 2,5 uur op te wachten. Volgende keer ergens anders halen.

Afgelopen vrijdag (25 februari) rond 18:20 eten besteld. En toen wachten. Na ruim 1,5 uur gebeld. Er werd gezegd we zijn er mee bezig. Na 2 uur weer gebeld. De bezorger zou onderweg zijn. Uiteindelijk na ruim 2,5 uur werd tegen 21:00 de bestelling bezorgd. Wij wonen overigens op 7 minuten met de auto, met de scooter is het sneller. Eten was wel goed alleen de warme gerechten waren al redelijk afgekoeld. Voortaan maar weer sushi ergens anders bestellen.

Super lekkere sushi maar je moet vaak wel rekening houden met lange bezorgtijden. 1,5 - 2 uur wachten is zeker geen uitzondering.

Sushi is super lekker! Alles is vers en de yakitori waren echt mals. Zeker een aanrader! De bestelling was ietsje aan de late kant, maar hier werd netjes contact over opgenomen om het te laten weten

Gisteren sushi besteld, zeer goed geholpen met vragen via de telefoon en de kortingcode deed het ook via de website. Sushi van Sushipoint is echt lekker!! Normaal bestel ik van Sumo, maar dat is niet volmakend. Sinds ik hier bestel heb ik altijd genoeg sushi gehad en smaakt ook vers. Echt een aanrader! Ben blij dat ze eentje nu in Capelle aan den IJssel hebben.

Superlekkere sushi altijd ik heb er in totaal 3 keer besteld eerste keer op thuisbezorgd en daarna 2 keer via de website toen er de 20% korting actie was. Vandaag afgehaald terwijl ik te vroeg was maar was al snel klaar. Sushi en zalm sashimi is vers en is netjes gemaakt topzaak👍

Wat fijn dat er nu ook een Sushi Point in Capelle aan den IJssel is. Heerlijke verse reepjes zalm, mooi opgemaakte schotels, warme edamame boontjes, prima bezorgd en verzorgd. Echt feestelijk eten voor thuis (met bubbels van ons zelf). Ik zal er zeker vaker bestellen.
