I order from here very often. They often have a special offer, and they adjust it in the system when I come to pick it up. This time, they supposedly didn't have one. Normally, it's a discount of €7.50 or €10. I always order the luxury menu without the carpaccio and with a different kind of roll. Suddenly, I had to pay €7.50 for that, even though I always get these things included without any problems. SushiPoint supposedly has a new manager who's been working there for two months. Apparently, also for the head office. She was rude and not customer-friendly at all. We accepted the situation and didn't order from here. We went to Gouda instead. There was a lovely woman there. She told us there was a national offer running until Sunday (€7.50 or €10 discount, I can't remember). She even gave us a gift card with a discount that we can use anytime, with no limit. €11 discount on a €30 purchase. Now that's what I call customer-friendly. I'm going to file an official complaint with the head office. Unfortunately, Capelle has lost us as regular customers. And I'll share this with my close friends and family. Never again. It's not about the money or anything. It's about the manager being rather rude and completely unfriendly to customers.

Tasty (flambéed) salmon sushi, but inedible tuna nigiri. They felt like a tough piece of plastic and were way too red from the food coloring. I'll order elsewhere next time. P.S. The delivery person was really friendly!

Well, if u are ordering food from Sushi point via Uber eats, be ready for a long waiting time. I ordered food at around 5pm in the evening and it reached now around 7:05pm. Very unprofessional from their side. I asked the person who delivered the food that why did it take 2 hours to deliver the food and that person said that it was very busy in the restaurant. If it is very busy then don’t take the order. They are also not easily reachable by phone. There’s an automatic message saying that the restaurant is closed and then I have no other way of contacting them Very disappointed by their service and professionalism.

Never been treated so badly. Our food arrived 2.5 hours late and the pokebowl was ice cold, as if it came straight from the fridge. When I called to ask for an explanation, the chef answered and asked if I could call back in 20 minutes because the counter employee was doing some shopping due to shortages. It's all very amateurish. And when I refused to hang up, he just hung up. Overall terrible food and terrible service. Save your money and time, don't order here!

Super satisfied with sushi point! I order here monthly or sometimes even 2 monthly but no one replaces sushi point, it is the best sushi. Occasionally had some problems with delivery, but this was always resolved very neatly and friendly. Once again I am very satisfied!! And I always look forward to ordering here again.

Ik heb in de middag als een van de eerste klanten waarschijnlijk een bestelling gedaan, een surprise sushi menu. Dit bestaat uit verschillende sushi gerechten 🍣 waaronder sashimi, 5 in plakken gesneden zalm. Thuis aangekomen begin ik aan mn lunch zo rond 14.30, deze bevalt totdat tot mijn verbazing bijt ik in een koude halfbevroren zalm sashimi. Ik bel de zaak terug en zegt dat dit niet de bedoeling kan zijn?! Er wordt voorgesteld het menu opnieuw te maken. Dit wil ik niet en de mogelijkheid om terugbetaling te krijgen wordt mij aangeboden, waar ik wel op akkoord ga. Ik zou graag willen weten of Sushipoint inderdaad haar visproducten invriest en dan ontdooit, want dan kan ik er rekening mee houden, om hier sowieso niet meer te bestellen. Voor de rest smaakt het meestal wel goed, van alle keren dat ik hier heb besteld.

Afgelopen vrijdag (25 februari) rond 18:20 eten besteld. En toen wachten. Na ruim 1,5 uur gebeld. Er werd gezegd we zijn er mee bezig. Na 2 uur weer gebeld. De bezorger zou onderweg zijn. Uiteindelijk na ruim 2,5 uur werd tegen 21:00 de bestelling bezorgd. Wij wonen overigens op 7 minuten met de auto, met de scooter is het sneller. Eten was wel goed alleen de warme gerechten waren al redelijk afgekoeld. Voortaan maar weer sushi ergens anders bestellen.

Gisteren sushi besteld, zeer goed geholpen met vragen via de telefoon en de kortingcode deed het ook via de website. Sushi van Sushipoint is echt lekker!! Normaal bestel ik van Sumo, maar dat is niet volmakend. Sinds ik hier bestel heb ik altijd genoeg sushi gehad en smaakt ook vers. Echt een aanrader! Ben blij dat ze eentje nu in Capelle aan den IJssel hebben.

Wat fijn dat er nu ook een Sushi Point in Capelle aan den IJssel is. Heerlijke verse reepjes zalm, mooi opgemaakte schotels, warme edamame boontjes, prima bezorgd en verzorgd. Echt feestelijk eten voor thuis (met bubbels van ons zelf). Ik zal er zeker vaker bestellen.

The food was delicious, and for orders over €35, there was a free gift on the website! I called to say they were stuck in traffic, so they'd be a bit late. Absolutely fantastic.
