Nice concept for sushi lovers. The sushi burrito is filling and offers a different experience than regular sushi.

Always fresh and good. The poke bowls are nicely filled, and the ingredients are always of good quality.

Poke bowls and sushi burritos are fine. The dishes are well prepared and offer an interesting variation on traditional sushi.

Delicious poke bowls. The ingredients are always fresh and tasty. The pokebowl the greenery with salmon and avocado is my favorite.

The quality is excellent. The mamba prawn poke bowl was tasty and balanced, with subtle flavors that paired perfectly with the rice.

Second time I visit the Sushito de Pijp: The first time it was actually good, but today, the food was clearly spoiled. Once I opened the packaging, the stench of spoiled food was quite strong, coming mostly from the rice (bell peppers also seemed spoiled though). So ironic to hold a spoiled Sushito while sitting in front of a sign that says "Fresh to Death". It's even more disappointing to come here and see all the past reviews mentioning the same issue of spoiled food, and that the restaurant management seems not to care about it. I told the cashier that the rice was spoiled, she replied that she would check.

De service is ontzettend traag. Ik kwam afhalen - minstens 35 minuten gewacht. 1804 heb ik de bestelling geplaatst, 1836 typ ik dit en ik sta nog steeds te wachten.

How can you guys provide service at the place that does not even give you opportunity to wash hands ??? Not even a wet napkin. The girl gave me an option of glassex to wash hands of my son.

This was truly some of the worst food hygiene and service I have ever experienced. The staff were incompetent and slow, I assume high as the smallest of tasks took a ridiculous amount of time and were lazily completed (e.g. rolling the sushi). They were so unhygienic, in the 20 minutes we waited and watched them prepare ours and other customers food, not one of the three staff changed their gloves even once. This is after going on a mobile phone, touching their hair, running hands along a wall and other surfaces not in the kitchen, operating their payment system and touching a range of different meats and vegetables.

We waited a total of 2.5 hours for our order. Also partly due to home delivery, but Sushito itself cannot be reached and does not answer the phone several times even though they are open

I wouldn't say the food is tasty, it is ok to fill your stomach but I would not visit gere again

2 times in a row I’ve ordered and twice the vegetables are bad/rotten and they also never respect that I ask for no sauce and they bathe the whole food in sauce NOT worth your money

Recientemente visité el 28 de mayo, pero accidentalmente hice mi pedido en el lugar equivocado. Cuando llegué, cortésmente le pregunté a la camarera detrás de la barra si podía llamar al otro lugar para ver si se podía hacer algo. Ella fue increíblemente educado y rápidamente se puso en contacto con el chef gerente en la cocina. Para mi sorpresa, el chef salió y comenzó a gritarme, insistiendo en que no se podía hacer nada por mi error. Él continuó gritando, incluso mientras yo estaba allí de pie con incredulidad ante su reacción. Tranquilamente le pedí que se detuviera, pero persistió. El personal, que parecía tan sorprendido como yo, miró impotente. Le informé al chef que la forma de comunicación les había costado un cliente leal que había disfrutado anteriormente de muchas visitas. He trabajado en la industria de la hospitalidad durante diez años y nunca he encontrado una conducta tan poco profesional y agresiva de un miembro del personal. Esta experiencia me ha amargado completamente la vista. Entiendo que "no" es una respuesta, pero la grosería de la entrega realmente me impactó.

Shockingly Poor Service at Sushito on May 28th I recently visited Sushito via ClassPass on May 28th, but accidentally placed my order at the wrong location. When I arrived, I politely asked the waitress behind the bar if she could call the other location to see if anything could be done. She was incredibly polite and promptly checked with the chef manager in the kitchen. To my utter shock, the Italian chef came out and began yelling at me, insisting that nothing could be done about my mistake. He continued to scream, even as I stood there in disbelief at his reaction. I calmly asked him to stop, but he persisted. The staff, who appeared just as shocked as I was, looked on helplessly. I informed the chef that his behavior had cost them a loyal customer who had previously enjoyed many visits to Sushito. I have worked in the hospitality industry for ten years and have never encountered such unprofessional and aggressive conduct from a staff member. This experience has completely soured my view of Sushito, and I will not be returning. The extreme rudeness and lack of basic customer service were appalling. If you value respectful and polite service, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I understand that "no" is an answer, but the rudeness of the delivery really shocked me.

Sweet potato was reeking even outside the box.even when the date could be okay some products are old. Wont consider ordering again

Great option for takeaway/casual dine-in. Opted for the BYOB and portion sizes are generous. Small was more than enough. Ingredients are carefully prepared. Fresh and delicious!

Expect to pay 15e for a bunch of rice poorly rolled with veggies and a few small salmon pieces. Tasted pretty bad. Waste of money, dont go here. It def seems to be a management issue though. The staff does the best to be friendly and to keep up the work. Ive had much better sushitos from the same chain but in dif locations.

Worst poke bowl i have ever had. Placed an order through uber eats. Made a customer note to make it without wasabi mayo. My bowl was drenched in wasabi mayo sauce. Salmon tasted weird. Waste of money threw it all away.

Geweldige ligging in Rotterdam stad. Het eten was lekker en we kregen veel voor weinig geld. We zijn vriendelijk geholpen door de werknemers.

Such poor service! We've placed an order via Uber Eats, but there was one bowl missing of our placed and paid order. We've called the restaurant to notify them about this, so they could solve the issue by delivering us the missing bowl. We were surprised to hear that they were not able to fix this and that we had to replace an order on the Uber webpage and handle the refund proces ourselves with Uber (who was not faulty) to get the missing bowl delivered to our address or that we had to come to the restaurant to pick it up ourselves. The restaurant was not willing to take any responsibility of their mistake and solve the issue what so ever. We tried to reason with them and offered them several options to solve this so we can still enjoy our order, but unfortunately they were not willing in any way to solve this in a short time frame and kept redirecting us back to emailing and refund processes, which in my opinion this is not the customer care and service you should offer as a restaurant to make sure your customers get what they've ordered and paid for. After 20 min. of going back and forth with the young lady on the phone, we decided to leave the order and just place an order with another restaurant. I completely understand that a mistake can happen, but I truly believe that by the way this is solved you can make a difference in customer service and experience and unfortunately this was not the case with this restaurant and their management policy.

It was a sunny day and I was ready for a delicious poke bowl. Apparently i wasn’t ready because I literally counted 3 pieces of salmon and there was way toooooo much sauce. And that for €17 🤣 A total disgrace.

Voor heerlijke poke bowls hoef je niet naar Hawaii. Bij Sushito kan je terecht voor net zo lekkere poke bowls. Altijd leuk om langs te komen. Het team is heel aardig en gastvrij. Zeer aan te raden

Used to come here so often, however I got tired of not knowing what I was going to get that day. Some days, ingredients are fresh and the portions of every vegetable/protein is generous. Other times, ingredients like mango, avocado and cucumber, are not fresh to the point that I rather not eat them because start to have a bad taste. Additionally, it is often that a they give me the bowl with portions of a vegetables being way smaller than the typical portion I get.

Poke bowls zijn goed maar het gebeurt te vaak dat de poke bowls ineens voor 2/3 zijn gevuld. Vandaag heb ik navraag gedaan toen (ik nadat ik het checkte) zag dat de bowl voor 2/3 gevuld was. Eerst was het antwoord dat de ingrediënten verspreid waren waardoor het leek alsof er minder inzat. Dat klopt niet want duidelijk was dat er echt veel minder inzat. Daarna was kostenreductie de reden. Er werden wat ingrediënten bijgevuld Maar ook daarna was de bak voor veel minder gevuld. Bij thuiskomst bleek er 1 ingrediënt niet bij te zitten (zoete aardappel), wat gek is omdat het juist nog een tweede keer gecheckt was (ook met de bon erbij). Krijg toch een beetje de indruk dat je af en toe voor de gek gehouden wordt daar.

Best health street-food sushito in da town! You can design your style, add lots of tasty additions! You should also try their gedzas and spring rolls! Self-service, not crowded, fast and friendly service in general! 5 stars

2* because I like the food. I used to love the Sushito in the Magna Plaza, but now I work at the Pijp so I went there today. I ate my favourite sushi bowl outside and I decided to take away one for my wife too. The gentleman with beard seems unhappy with my decision. Started to make faces and throwing spoons inside the containers. I didn’t felt comfortable at all! Definitely I will not come back.

Ordered pokebowl and some extra shrimp tempura. Delivery was fast and tegen bowl was good. Why only 3 stars then? There are a lot of things that cost extra so my total order of only 1 big bowl + extra and 2 extra toppings reached almost € 30.-. Although a delicious bowl, this pricing is really steep. € 1 for 4 super thin slices of mango is really to steep. Also some tempura crunch to be charged for is not ok. Pokeperfect adds these for free for example. Conclusion: good poke but expensive

De poke bowls zijn lekker, maar de laatste tijd zit er steeds minder in (soms lijkt hij zelfs maar voor 2/3 gevuld). Ook wordt er erg bezuinigd op duurdere ingrediënten - zoals zalm. Als je extra betaalt voor ingrediënten - zoals 1 euro voor mango - krijg je slechts een paar stukjes (en dat terwijl je al hebt betaald voor 1 ingrediënt en dan nog 1 euro extra betaalt).

Definitely not worth the money. 14€ for a small poke. Ingredients didn’t taste fresh. Many better options in Amsterdam for the price

Came for a sushi burrito and was not disappointed. While it has easy tablets to order from the staff was also very helpful and kind. The burritos arrived quickly and the Ingredients tasted super fresh. The house selections were very tasty. We tried both of the salmon ones and were very happy. I do wish the seaweed could hold in all the ingredients like a wrap burrito would but other then that would most definitely come again. Perfect place for a fresh bite to eat.

This place has the best pokes ever! Fresh ingredients and lots of options, I’m not giving five stars because the place doesn’t have a toilet and I find that insane for a restaurant. Vegetarian / vegan options 👌🏻 🌱

I always liked the sushi burritos here but the service is really not great, unfriendly and comes across as rude or unwilling to help sometimes. The quality of the sushi burritos has also decreased gradually over time, which is a shame and common for these sorts of chain restaurants.

Liked the food a lot but when with my boyfriend we went to the store we were waiting around40mins and all other people that came after us received their order. We ordered a wrap and spring rolls, i think that main focus was on poke bowls which were made much more often and like on a production tape. When we ordered delivery online it went much faster. So the 3stars less are for long expectation time when ordering in the store.

All the compliments to Sushito, it's founders, people with ideas and vision. The food at this place is super tasty, healthy and fresh! Affordable prices. Polite staff. Quite a nice ambient for a lunch in option. There are also options for vegetarians/vegans - big plus! The location is accessible in a very attractive part of Amsterdam. My top recommendation!

Het eten is heel erg lekker maar nu al twee keer te maken gehad met onprofessionele medewerkers. Denk aan: luidruchtig met elkaar praten over privé zaken, erg langzaam de bowls maken omdat ze te druk in gesprek zijn met elkaar, niet respectvol naar de klanten. Ik heb een kwartier lang moeten wachten op twee kleine sushi bowls.
