It's already closed before 4:00 AM; they're much more customer-friendly in Utrecht. I'll skip Chupitos in Groningen.

The Golden Fust is a cozy (party) pub. The staff is very friendly, and it's a great venue for small events. It's always very lively, and they play great music. I can't comment on the food; I don't think there's any.

No soap in the toilets and your toilet door can't even close. What if I had to take a shit? Nice terrace though
