Unfortunately, the music was way too loud, making it impossible to hear each other. It's a shame, because we would have loved to stay longer.

Poor service. Lots of dirty tables. The order took a long time to arrive and was delivered incorrectly twice. We left after one drink and a 45-minute wait, hungry.

The food wasn't cooked properly. We were told it would be returned to the kitchen. This didn't happen, and we were charged the full price. No apology, nothing. Moreover, no one came to the table to collect plates and/or glasses in three hours. Terrible service.

We had lunch here but won't be back. The toasted sandwiches were dry. We waited a long time for our order to be taken. FYI: you can't pay cash here.

A great concept: pouring your own beer to enjoy with your family and/or friends. You get a tappas (not tapas), add credit to it, and start pouring. The beers are relatively expensive, and you have to serve yourself. That makes it less inviting to go there. Such a shame. By the way, you're not required to pour yourself; there are staff walking around where you can order food and drinks.

After we'd all had lunch and drinks, my two kids asked for another glass of water. The waiter insisted it was Sourcy. We couldn't pay cash either. The bill was €130. It was all very mediocre.

Don't go there for lunch. You pay €13.50 for a mini carpaccio sandwich, and it wasn't even good: a little mayonnaise, very little carpaccio, and a few olives. Very disappointing. It's a shame, because the sandwiches used to be tastier and bigger.

It was a bit disappointing. Ordering was a bit cumbersome. We had to use a QR code, but the table next to us did get service. The next time I ordered, I had to think about what I wanted, but my table companion ordered something. That went wrong. His didn't arrive. Because it took a long time, I ordered using the QR code. It was a complete confusion. I don't find much choice in the beer menu. I don't know about the draft menu, but you get no explanation even if you say you're here first. All in all, it was disappointing.

Great place, food (and price) is okay for such a place. Drinks are a bit on the expensive side. However, the music is simply way too loud, and if you drink wine, you have to ask twice to replace the empty bottle, and in the end, you're left with nothing because they either don't have the time or aren't in the mood. Trying to order via a worn-out QR code on the table is also a challenge, but they also have a menu, and that's how it should be! So, it's not my kind of place, but the presence of my awesome colleagues makes up for it.

The only thing I didn't like was the DJ.

We both ordered a sandwich: one with goat cheese and one with salmon. When the sandwiches were served, I fell off my chair... It looked like a sandwich made by a toddler!!! There was almost nothing on either sandwich... and then they charged €9.50 and €13.50... I was stunned... and so was my girlfriend... And the sandwich was smaller than an average bun/roll.

The new carpaccio sandwich is truly awful. €13.50 for a sandwich the size of a Kaiser roll, with one side filled with carpaccio, and you're constantly cleaning out the grease. Incidentally, the menu doesn't mention that it's been updated.

It's a great experience to try different beers. I find the wines on tap to be quite expensive, so I wouldn't recommend it. It's often very busy after 5 p.m., so reservations are recommended.

A cozy, modern venue where you can enjoy good food. The food is excellent and staffed by very enthusiastic people. The concept of pouring your own drinks is fun, allowing you to try many new things without having to wait long for service.

In theory, it's a nice concept, but when you've finished your drink and the question "Would you like another drink?" is answered with "Not yet," followed by "You can't sit here without a drink," it doesn't feel welcoming. Even though we ordered quite a few drinks. Nice concept, rude and impersonal staff.

More then a hundred different beers to choose from. Theres something for everyone. The atmosphere is great!

I was there recently with friends on the terrace for another drink. We'd already paid for our drinks using the online QR code. When they arrived, they asked for ID, and not everyone had it. We then asked if we could get something else with the money we'd already given them, and they refused. Some of us had ordered another drink, but after that, we had to pay for those drinks, and they kept the money for the alcoholic drinks without giving us the actual drinks. We asked if we could get our money back, but that too was refused. The staff looked very irritated, and we felt like they were staring at us the whole time, so we left immediately. Personally, I think this is simply unacceptable. Next time, maybe ask for ID before pouring the drinks and just give us a refund, since we didn't get anything in return!

A beautiful building, a former post office. A cozy atmosphere. You can pour your own beer with a tap menu. They have a huge selection of beers. They also offer a variety of snacks.

Very bad girls ordering drinks and then not delivering anything and not refunding anything is really not possible

My daughter (who was there with a few friends) ordered a drink at Taphuys in Arnhem. The order was refused because some of the girls looked under 18. No ID was asked, but neither was there a refund or an alternative drink. If no ID was requested when ordering, they cannot simply refuse to deliver without giving them the opportunity to prove their age. As soon as my daughter orders and pays for a drink, a binding agreement is made; she is entitled to delivery of the product. If the employee decides not to serve the drink, they are legally obligated to refund the amount or offer an alternative. Throwing away drinks without compensation is not permitted. Under Dutch consumer law, you have a right to a product or service you paid for. If it is not delivered, you should get your money back. This is simply THEFT.

Great concept if you're a beer fan. Buy a tappas (excluding a €3 deposit) and you'll have a huge selection! Friendly staff.

A nice, quasi-beer café where you can tap your own beer. It's a great idea; you pay per litre, which can be quite expensive. This way, you can sample a wide variety of beers. The food is delicious; you can tell they've put a lot of thought into it. You can also order draft beers, which is perfectly fine.

Super cool bar with a huge beer selection. I found the "tap your own beer" concept a bit confusing, though. It wasn't very intuitively explained in my opinion. Otherwise, everything was good, and the burgers were delicious.

Beers are lovely, friendly staff. However I thought the food could have been better. Its also unclear whether any of the mains come with sides. When you order ribs you really only get ribs. Would love to opt for a smaller serving size with a small side. Nothing big but maybe like half the ribs with a small salad would be a great addition.

It's a very pleasant place here, both on weekends and during the week! It just sometimes takes a while to get your food.

Great. Friendly staff, delicious food. I prefer bottled beer because I'm concerned about the flow of all those taps. I applaud a smoking ban on the patio. The sharp cigar and cigarette smell while you're eating is unbearable. The ordering app is cumbersome.

It's great to be able to pour your own drink. Plenty of choices, but the prices are lower. You don't realize how quickly you're using up your credit. Especially in nice weather, it's a perfect location.

Situated in a beautiful spot in the heart of Arnhem. We enjoyed the sunshine, and the interior is nicely decorated and atmospheric. However, when we tried to order outside by scanning a QR code on our phone, we were only able to choose from about six beers. We'd secretly hoped for more, since the place is known for its wide variety of beers. Hence the 4 out of 5 stars. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Ordered a carpaccio sandwich. Never again! So little for €14. Service was fine, but they were understaffed (a 20-minute wait for a drink) and therefore had no time for customers. The drinks were good. Despite the food, we still had a great afternoon with Ryan, Michel, Rix, and Freddy Tjepkema.

Concept is funny, but execution is not good. No to very unclear instructions and the devices charge much more than you would normally pay for a draft beer. 20 euros for 2 beers!

Looks nice. But you have to tap yourself or something and you can't order a glass of beer or something. So I went inside but there was no one there to help me either, waiters just walk past you 😅

Very nice place, self-service on the expensive side, but what has been very frustrating in recent months is the slow service. If the terrace is full, you have to wait for over 40 minutes and if the terrace is half full, you have to wait for 25 minutes. This has happened several times now, and you start thinking about taking a seat elsewhere next time.

Bad service, bad food. Nice concept, poorly executed

Ordering and also paying is done via an app that you can scan via QR code. The quality of the food was above expectations. We had the beef tataki, steak tartare and truffle fries. For dessert white chocolate ice cream with mango sauce and raspberry crumble. All very tasty.

What a lovely place, this terrace when the weather is nice. Great for people watching. This is also the only thing that still deserves two stars. Dirty table that remained dirty, with the previous guest's uncleared mess still on it. Had to wait at least fifteen minutes for a beer. Even longer for food (and no, it wasn't an extensive order but a few bitterballen (expensive!) And €7.50 for a pitiful portion of fries with truffle mayonnaise and some congealed cheese on top? Too sad for words.

That's a fantastic idea. Unfortunately, the beer is so expensive that it really dampened our enjoyment. The system isn't fun like that.

Tap 29-30 was broken and tapped my entire card empty with air (156cl within 3 seconds) too bad I had to address two employees because the first one didn't take me seriously. Luckily I got my money back. Friday/Saturday DJ from 21:00 was very loud, but I understand that the young people like it. Beer/wine at the price, but to quickly score a few beers for Untappd it is perfect.

Very nasty croquettes on a thick mayonnaise covered ‘Italian bun’. Tasted one, left one. No reaction after complaint. Also from Thomas (team leader) no reaction except ‘sorry’. The salmon also did not taste good due to excess mayo.

Service is unfortunately getting worse, had to wait 40 minutes for a “Nojito” while it was pretty empty inside and quiet at the bar. After asking twice where it was, walked back to ask for money back, not even an apology or sorry came and with difficulty got money back. Birthday drink eventually got somewhere else

Amazing bar to eat and drink. You have to order in a website and then the food and drink is brought to the table. It has 100 tap beers. Awesome. You put the money in a card, and beside each tap beer, there is a card reading device to open it.

Quality of food and everything seems to have really deteriorated lately. Taps that are empty and won't be filled even when you ask. Food is more expensive and less tasty. Too bad, because it was a really good tent. Must have been 20+ times

The concept is definitely really cool, a wine shop and a beer shop, but no personal ordering, only possible via QR code. The payment methods are very limited. (Klarna, Ideal, Sofortüberweisung, ... No cash or Visa debit card payment possible. Other guests got up and left because of this, even though there was a card reader inside. Dirty dishes and dirty tables from the guests in front of us were not cleared or cleaned for hours. We were served cold fries, stale bread, and the best thing was the (ready-made) sweet chili dip. Was delivered without cutlery (okay, it was finger food), but also without napkins.

Food was nice, but portions rather small. But shrinkflation is totally at full swing with the self tap beer method: the tap spewes mostly beer foam while counting the volume of beer in CL like there's no tomorrow. You will easily blow 10-15 euros in less than 30-40 CL of actual beer no matter what. You are paying for foam. Scam.

Been here before, but even though we indicated that the wine had not been replenished, it remained that way. A bit of a shame. The texts also did not always match the wine that was there.

Service is friendly and fast but quality is mediocre. It is super easy to order via the QR code per table and everything is delivered quickly. We were a group of 20 people. Of course reserved in advance. Opted for shared dining, present at 6:30 PM. the starters were good and tasty. Then it became quiet, asking where the main course was. The answer we received was that it will be here soon, it is a bit busy. Finally we were served the main course at 9:30 PM. In the meantime, 6 people had already dropped out and the rest's appetite was already much less. It's a pity that the kitchen is not equipped on busy evenings with a large group. (That was stated as the reason.) The manager was also very friendly and reasonable. But we would all rather have had a nice meal than a discount on the bill.

Ultimately, part of the group left for home at 9:30 PM without having eaten the main course. We skipped dessert. The food itself was delicious, the service good, but I cannot recommend eating here with a large group. A drink, on the other hand, is!

Oei wat is dit slecht geworden. Ik schrik ervan. Personeel niet alert op vieze kleverige tafels. Ook de toiletten waren vies en toiletpapier op. Heel gênant om daar om te moeten vragen. Bestellen gaat via een app, dus personeel ziet de tafel alleen met uitserveren en afruimen. Dus gaan ervan uit dat tafel vies is van de zittende gasten. Ik vind de tapwand echt nog steeds een tof concept en dat maakt deze locatie aantrekkelijk. Je hebt echt veel keuze in verschillende biersoorten. Je tapkaart kan je alleen upwaarderen bij de kassa. Niet erg, maar wel onhandig. Een kale man met bril gedroeg zich hier ook nog een onbeschoft en ik was in staat om weg te gaan en nooit meer terug te komen. Er is werk aan de winkel voor ‘t Taphuys, want dit geeft reputatieschade.

Met het gezin naar de Din Din show..... Kort gezegd een heel goed concept maar zeer matig uitgevoerd. Het eten wat geserveerd werd was zeer matig zo niet slecht van kwaliteit. Er is geprobeerd om het Hip Hot en Happening te maken maar dat is helemaal niet nodig. Oesters die meer naar limoengras smaken ipv naar oester hoeft echt niet. Borrelplank is weinig aan te vernielen maar de vleesplanchet als afsluiter was ronduit slecht van kwaliteit en gewoonweg niet lekker. Maak het eten simpeler dan gaat het ook minder snel verkeerd. Het idee van de muziekbino is echt heel leuk...... maarrrrrrrrrr iedereen zit met de telefoon voor zich op een app de nummers te raden. Van een gezellig samenzijn blijft weinig over als het mederdeel van het volk met een telefoon voor hun giegel zit. De dames van het animeerteam probeerde er nog wel iets van te maken en waren gewoonweg erg vriendelijk, daar lag het niet aan. Kort door de bocht, te veel geld voor de waar die we te eten kregen en een ervaring om toch wel te onthouden van hoe het niet zou moeten.

Food was disappointing. Croquette with bread. The bread was delivered without asking whether it should be brown or white. The bread was also simple, a slice of Turkish bread. (Not shown on the menu) Not worth repeating. Too bad 🤔

Nice concept, beautiful and luxuriously furnished space. Very pricey unfortunately, also be careful when tapping beer, my first beer unfortunately cost around 10 euros. It is more fun to take a small glass and do a kind of tasting that way. The room was stylish but unfortunately did not have good acoustics due to all the hard materials (glass, stone, etc.). This made it quite noisy and you had to do your best to hear each other
