The food was tasty in itself, but the time between courses dragged on quite a bit. What was really a shame: there were two seniors in our party who eat very little. The two of us wanted to enjoy a hearty meal, but that is only possible per table. So the seniors, who each ate only 4 dishes in total, had to pay as well. This concept really needs to be reconsidered. The price is too high. Due to the time between courses (getting full faster), the average diner would probably manage to order/eat 8 of the small dishes; drinks are not included in the package.

Every dish comes with something on the side, like steak with fries, or goat cheese and bacon with toast; I do understand why they do this, it makes people feel full faster. You pay 7.50 euros for one glass of rosé, absurd. Heinde is 10 times better and offers more value for money.

The food is good, not the very best I've had for a tapas restaurant, but better than average. The waitresses often come by for drinks until they become profitable.

What a wonderful experience at this place in Uden. Every single dish was of excellent quality and beautifully presented. The meat dish with the carrot and fresh herbs was particularly flavorful. We went out for dinner here tonight with 7 people; it was super fun. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere in the restaurant. We left the restaurant after more than 3 hours of fun; we will definitely come back again. I would also like to give some feedback to the staff; by the way, they were very friendly and helpful.

We reserved for 5 people; during round 1, the tomato soup was almost cold and part of the order was incomplete. In round 2, 4 people ate, but again, no food for the 5th person; after fifteen minutes, the 5th person had to sit down and eat by themselves. The worst part was the cold and tough meat. There was more than 30 minutes between the 1st and 2nd rounds, which is really way too long! We reported this and indicated that we wanted to eat elsewhere. As compensation, we only had to pay for the drinks and then went to enjoy a lovely meal at restaurant Etenstijd. PS: Do you want to eat really good tapas? Danny's in Vinkel (booking in advance is necessary; because it was full today, we went to 't Zusje... never, ever again)

Yesterday I ate at 't Zusje Uden. The food was really not well prepared. Burnt satay. Dry chicken. Dry salmon. The Crème Brûlée was genuinely disgusting. Watery custard. We just joked about it with each other and promised not to go again. But the worst is yet to come. The company I went with had to throw up after dinner at this location last time. Now we both just woke up with extreme stomach upset. I've had it since 5:00 AM. I'll spare you the details, but I've already seen the toilet ten times. This was honestly the last time for me.

Had a very good meal and drinks. Sometimes a bit spicier than expected. However, we were seated in a rather dark corner, making the menu difficult to read.

The staff wasn't friendly; there were 8 of us and the coffee cups were taken away as soon as they were empty. With the 2nd round, we all got a nice fancy beer... same story. No, I wouldn't be going back here anytime soon.

The atmosphere was very nice. A homely atmosphere with very beautiful restrooms. Fully equipped with all amenities. The service could have been a little faster. But that didn't detract from the taste of the food. A very pleasant experience, with good explanations regarding allergies. Sometimes the music cut out and it seemed as if we were the only guests in the restaurant. However, this was not the case. Despite the warm temperature outside, it was very pleasant inside.

We had a fine meal at ’t Zusje. The food itself was tasty and well-presented. However, it was noticeable that you have to wait about half an hour per round before you get anything. This happened repeatedly, as if it were being timed deliberately. The wait staff asked at the beginning and at the end if we wanted something to drink, but not in between. You can only order something if you explicitly call someone over yourself. All in all, the food was fine, but the experience was disappointing. To me, ’t Zusje now feels a bit like a shadow of its former glory, especially since it is still regarded by many people as a very good restaurant based on experiences from quite some time ago.

Reservations are necessary, but definitely worth it. After a warm welcome from our hostess Jeany, we were wonderfully pampered. Nothing was lacking in terms of atmosphere and experience. The staff get along well with each other, and this radiates to the guests; a joke or two is allowed here. The quality and price are well balanced. A whole evening of pleasant dining with good company and some music cost us 100 euros. But certainly worth it. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

We dined at ’t Zusje in Uden on Monday with 6 people, and we were all pleasantly surprised. From the moment we entered, we were greeted warmly, and there was a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. The concept with the small dishes is truly ideal, as it allows you to sample many different things. Everything we had was fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. The dishes also arrived right on time, allowing us to enjoy our meal without having to wait long. What stood out most was how friendly and attentive the staff were. Despite it being quite busy, they took the time for everyone and remained cheerful and helpful. That makes the experience truly complete. We also found the atmosphere in the restaurant very cozy. Beautiful decor, pleasant lighting, and simply a place where you would love to linger with friends or family. In short: we had a delicious meal, top-notch service, and a very enjoyable evening. We will definitely be back and can absolutely recommend ’t Zusje in Uden! 5/5 stars.

The First Impression 't Zusje in Uden is certainly cozy. Nice lights, friendly staff, and a menu that commands respect. But appearances are deceiving, because behind that coziness lurks a very strange hierarchy in the kitchen. I thought I was coming for an evening of unlimited enjoyment, but I ended up in a sort of episode of *Help, My Potato Is a Giant*. The Schnitzel Incident When the schnitzel was served, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. The potato lying next to it was seriously bigger than the schnitzel itself. The meat looked as if it had accidentally fallen off the children's menu and was trying to hide behind a huge, dominant potato. I have never seen a potato with such an ego; it practically took up the entire plate while the schnitzel lay languishing in the corner like a shy garnish. Find the Cow The meat selection in general was... let's just say: minimalist. I understand it's tapas, but I'm no archaeologist; I don't want to have to dig for a scrap of protein. It was tasty, mind you, but the balance was completely off. I felt a bit like a vegetarian who accidentally got a tiny bit of meat as a side dish. Final verdict: An incredibly fun evening if you have a passion for giant potatoes and meat that suffers from agoraphobia.

On Friday, May 1st, nine of us went out for dinner at 't Zusje Uden. The food was delicious and the service very friendly! The ambiance of the place is also beautiful. In short, a successful evening, and we will definitely be back more often!

Cozy restaurant, friendly staff, extensive menu for all ages, and a kids' menu especially for the youngest. Some portions are a bit large, such as the loaded nachos. Recognizable service regarding dishes with allergies.

A solid 11 is fast, considers the guest's wishes, is attentive, and still stands up even though she had clocked out.

We celebrated my wife's birthday last night at 't Zusje in Uden, and it was a real hit! From the warm welcome to the last bite, the atmosphere was fantastic. The team made sure my wife truly felt like the birthday girl, which made the evening extra special. We took our time enjoying every course, but the absolute highlight was — as always — the Bastogne parfait. That remains my wife's absolute favorite and the perfect festive conclusion to a wonderful dinner.

It wasn't very busy. The staff worked hard and were friendly. However, many of the dishes were cold. Our table was split into 2 groups, which is understandable. But there was also a delay of over 15 minutes in bringing the dishes. The new menu is really a shame. I miss many real 't Zusje classics. I have been coming to 't Zusje for years and have always been extremely satisfied. But last Friday was really disappointing.

It was another super evening, and of course we had a delicious meal again. The plates were beautifully presented. And not to forget the very super friendly waitresses, especially MEL, who was our hostess. A beautiful girl, super friendly, a true hostess, compliments.

Great all-you-can-eat tapas. The toilet is down stairs, so you need to give older couples a spot on the ground floor and not upstairs.

It's not what it used to be; low-quality food and a lot of it is burnt. It's totally not worth the price anymore; you'd be better off going to Etenstijd Uden, much better value for money there. Then you send an email saying you're not satisfied, and all complaints are brushed off. The meat is burnt, just black; photos available. Tenderloin is way overcooked, and the tuna is lying in a puddle of water. It came straight out of the freezer. The owner is completely unreasonable; just pay and don't complain, that's what it boils down to. Additionally, it is super noisy; fridge doors are slammed, and if you sit downstairs, you constantly hear the stomping upstairs. It used to be better; now it is clearly run by people who only care about money. I also said that a review would follow if they didn't resolve it. And no solution came. They will probably deny it again now, just like in the email. And then comes the remark: "It's not to your taste." Burnt food is nobody's taste. The other sister restaurants like Cuijk and Nijmegen know how to do it. People, please choose that option and do not go to Uden.

But it is incredibly unfortunate that many good dishes have been removed from the menu, and the remaining good dishes on the menu have been changed. It was actually quite disappointing, a shame. We were with 5 people, and it is actually a tradition to eat at 'Het Zusje' several times a year, but I think that because of this change, we will try somewhere else next time.

Unfortunately, I have to share my terrible experience at ‘t Zusje in Uden. In early January, I went there for a nice dinner with 7 friends—or so I thought. Things went wrong right from the start with the bread; while chewing on a roll from the bread basket, I heard an incredibly loud crack. The two friends next to me heard it too (it was that loud), followed by a massive jolt of pain. I didn't know what to do; I didn't want to ruin the fun evening and tried to pay as little attention as possible to my tooth and the pain. So I let it go, told the girls, and continued with the evening. In the days that followed, the pain got worse and worse, unbearable. I went to my dentist, and guess what? My molar (super healthy, not a single cavity or bad spot to be found) turned out to be broken off right down to the nerve. X-rays were taken, it was filled, new X-rays were taken; everyone was afraid of nerve inflammation. It was truly TERRIBLE; I was in so much pain. I contacted ‘t Zusje about this, but what do you think? No way, they can't and won't do anything about this, because I should have made a whole story out of it that very evening and grabbed the super bad service (because that's what it was that night) by the coat. But as it goes with teeth, you think, oh well, it will be fine. But no, it wasn't fine, and subsequently, 't Zusje takes absolutely NO responsibility. I am truly super disappointed with this handling and therefore cannot help but share this review with everyone. My advice is therefore: Don't eat the sandwiches, because there is a risk of getting stones, and should anything happen? Make a fuss there immediately and involve as many people as possible, otherwise they won't take responsibility afterwards!

Last night we had dinner at ’t Zusje in Uden with 5 people. We really had a very pleasant evening. The food was tasty, the service friendly, and we got a cozy round table, which made it extra nice. Unfortunately, a few things went wrong as well. I ordered an alcohol-free Weizen, but received one with alcohol. For me, that is not just a minor mistake, because for personal reasons I am absolutely not allowed to drink alcohol. So that can be quite dangerous. When ordering the desserts, we then had to wait about 45 minutes. Around 9:30 PM, my father went to the restroom and saw that the kitchen was already being cleaned and scrubbed. That gave us a very wrong signal. Also, all the table decorations were already being removed from tables that had left, which gave the impression that they were closing up. We therefore went to ask ourselves where our order was, because it really seemed to us as if everything was already closing. It turned out that our order hadn't gone through, probably because the card had gotten lost. Someone came over afterwards to quickly take our dessert orders, but due to the long wait and everything that had already happened, we didn't feel like eating them anymore. I work in the hospitality industry myself and understand that things can go wrong, but the person serving our table could have noticed earlier that we weren't receiving our order. All in all, we had a nice evening, but there are certainly a few points that could be improved.

One minor point: the staff taking drink orders could ask more often if someone would like a drink or walk around a bit more so we could ask more easily. We were here yesterday; it wasn't particularly busy, but we still had to wait a very long time between rounds. Most of the dishes weren't very warm (they had already cooled down). Everything came out at the same time, and we got the impression that some dishes had been sitting around for a while and had cooled down. We mentioned this to the staff twice. They said they would check, but they never responded or apologized. The following rounds were met with the same experience: half-cooled dishes. We won't be returning.

A beautiful, atmospheric restaurant! It's really beautifully decorated. The staff is super efficient and friendly. They cater to almost all allergies, including pregnant women (you get a separate order form so you don't have to figure it out yourself or constantly ask what's in the dish). However, we do consider this one of the lesser-known tapas restaurants. The quality of the food is mediocre, sometimes lacking flavor or even served lukewarm, almost cold. That was a bit disappointing. It all looks a bit sloppy. The price, in my opinion, is a bit high for the quality you get.

On October 26, 2025, we went with 5 people... We were at the table at 6:00 PM and walked out at 10:15 PM, having only eaten 8 rounds. That meant waiting over 30 minutes per round... We mentioned it several times... but nothing was done about it. The flavors and dishes were quite basic. Dining orders were forgotten several times... So, not exactly a full-blown experience... Too bad!

We went there for my girlfriend to ask for information about eating there when she turns 50. They help and ask how many people they will be coming with and show us the tables with how many people can sit at them above or below.

On Tuesday evening, a group of eight of us enjoyed unlimited tapas here. It was a pleasant, full evening experience (6:00 PM-10:15 PM) with delicious food and excellent service. However, the wait between rounds was sometimes a bit long (about 40 minutes), even though the restaurant wasn't that busy.

You're sitting close together. That can be a bit less pleasant for privacy.

I ate at the sister restaurant yesterday, but I think the quality has really deteriorated. We had to wait a very long time for the food, and what we did get was quite meager and tasteless. The service has also deteriorated significantly compared to what it used to be, I have to say. It's a shame because I used to love going to the sister restaurant, but I'd rather choose a different tapas restaurant now.
