Taco Bell in Wijk 28 Centrum

I ordered fully loaded fries and there was little minced meat, little cheese and vegetables; little of everything and lots of fries. By the end, just dry fries with nothing on them!!! I just had to throw the rest away. And nothing is being done about it because they are fast food. WHAT A SHAME!

Terrible dry tacos, cheese just fell out of the taco, portions are small, food is not tasty at all, we couldn't even finish it.

I ate here today and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The Gordita I received didn't resemble the product Taco Bell advertises at all. I understand that marketing photos always look better than reality, but in my case, a large part of the taco was simply empty, with the filling only in a narrow strip in the middle. Incidentally, this is not the first time I have experienced this at this location. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant left something to be desired. Trays and trash from previous guests were still sitting on several tables. Although I believe visitors should clean up their own mess, you would expect the staff to check on this regularly. The trash can was also overflowing. Fruit flies were coming out of the bin, and even at our table further back in the restaurant, they were flying around us. That didn't create a fresh impression and didn't make the meal any more pleasant. It's a shame, because I have visited Taco Bell at other locations where the products were better filled and the overall experience was much more polished. Based on this experience, I would not be quick to visit this branch again.

Never been to a Taco Bell that is this cheap with the meat.

Let's start with the order itself, everything that was missing: 2 guacamole cheesy fries 5 fire sauce churros dip 2 taco grilled chicken chocolate sauce I called about this and was told I would be called back later, because it was probably due to Thuisbezorgd. Eventually called back myself; the gentleman didn't even have our order number or name, so I don't understand how this could be redelivered? There is hardly anything on the Doritos nachos, scandalous.

SCAMMERS WITH HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!! Dont bother coming here AT ALL. They had a promo for a free burrito and when I went there they refused to give it to me saying the system was down. Told them its misleading and they should put the sign back out when the system is working. She flat out told me she wasn't going to do that. Dont know what happened to her cause I was polite all along, wouldnt trust someone like that to serve me food. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD.

This is exactly how you imagine a Taco Bell run by the Dutch would be. Super slow, their number sign is broken, there's no number tickets on the tray, and the worker is barely audible over the loud music (she's also mis-pronouncing the numbers in Dutch???)

Índian Employee refused to give me the complaints book, he was very rude with the clients and gave my food to someone else, they went out the store with my food and came back to switch. The employee look at me and gave me that bag that went out of the store instead of making a new one for me. When I asked for a new one he started complaining saying I should take that bag. This is inadmissible. It was an Indian guy with glasses. Fire him he is not a good employee. And what he did is a crime. I have the right to complain

Very bad. Ordered food and it was delivered completely cold.

Extremely irresponsible employees; the menu does not match the price in reality. Orders are prepared slowly, even when there are hardly any people. The food is often cold and does not look at all like the photos, and the portions are small for the price. Employees make no effort to help or resolve problems; it seems like they just don't care. I had expected much more from Taco Bell, but unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences. I will not be coming back here and do not recommend it to anyone.

Once again... THE MUSIC IS VERY LOUD, AND THEN THE HARD BEAT IS EVEN MORE ANNOYING! Update: music is still very prominent.. The music is very LOUD. It is a place where you come to eat, isn't it? The music really needs to be turned down a good deal. You almost have to shout your order, maybe I should do that next time... Taco Bell never deceived ! Food is excellent and served rapidly. The wifi is very good and almost every ports are open, unlike many restaurant’s wifi.

Takeaway order on Thursday (late night shopping) took an exorbitantly long time. I ordered two gorditas and a cheesy fry. The cheesy fries barely had any herbs or cheese on them. Please, take a leaf out of the Rotterdam branch. And stop hiring young teenagers in the kitchen. They're in no hurry, don't know the dishes by heart, and forget to bring sauce. And they're rude; they look like Salvation Army candidates.

What a disappointment. I used to love Taco Bell, but this was the last time. The staff is unfriendly, and I ordered a Crunch Wrap Supreme Grilled Chicken, and when I got home, it was just a wrap with some cheese sauce and lettuce. Where the F is in the chicken? Seriously? I'm paying for it anyway. And I'm also not impressed with the stingy amount of ground beef on the Gordita. Such a shame. I always loved it.

Where do I begin? Employees who don't feel like working won't even help customers at the cash register to pay, even though the order machine wasn't working. (After I started filming, it suddenly worked.) The ice cream machine was finally fixed after being out of service for a long time. Prices have skyrocketed since the new year! On the contrary, the quality hasn't gone up, but down. You pay for an empty wrap or you get very few fries. Fries are covered in herbs. The toilet is barely cleaned; the toilet seat has been broken for months. The only positive is the atmosphere—and by that, I mean the music.

It tasted different than I am used to. The Crunchy Wrap Supreme had a bland taste. Fiesta Fries are the epitome of Taco Bell and here I got some weird paprika powder seasoned fries which were really bad.

It was very mediocre! It fell short of expectations, such a shame. That's why they went bankrupt. If you prioritize food quality over quality, that's it. Just look at the photos of the super thin, "supreme crunch wrap" and taco 👎🏻👎🏻. Not recommended!

It was my first time at any taco Bell and I am more than glad that it was this one. Reading the Reviews is one of the funniest things you can do. Whole time we were there all we could do was Laugh. From the flickering toilet lights to not being able to tell what’s your Order and when its Ready or the Strange tasting soft Drinks like the OG lipton sparkling. On one of the toilets sink did not work, on the other toilet the light was blinking, i felt like in a Saw movie. Burrito was almost empty, i almost felt sad.

Food tastes bland, below average for what you get not even that cheap. There’s only teens and students, like a high school canteen - I understand better why so after coming here, you cannot get a decent meal, tables and floor are dirty. Nobody actively cleans, worse than other fastfood chains.

The food used to be good, but it's gone downhill for a while now. The portions are smaller, with less meat and all that "stuffing," and it's not as tasty as it used to be. The prices are a bit outrageous considering the portion size. Another major drawback is the inability to pay in cash. The service is probably friendly, but I'm not sure, because there's no real interaction between the staff and the customers. They call a number, hand out trays of food, and that's it. It's a shame the quality of the food has declined so much here.

Beautiful location in the heart of The Hague. Easily accessible by public transport and car. Plenty of parking for bikes and mopeds. Large parking garages are nearby. However, parking is very expensive; be aware you'll pay around 7 euros per hour. The exterior has a nice and pleasant atmosphere. Upon entering, it's disappointing. There are few seats. Sometimes a bit chaotic, and when it's busy, it's difficult to see the surroundings. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, they could use more cleaning. The floor is often dirty. Tables are rarely cleaned, sometimes dirty. And the trash cans are constantly overflowing, leaving trash everywhere. The food is good and flavorful. Two things: put less crème fraîche in the tacos. Sometimes it's too rich if you take a bite and end up with a whole dollop of crème fraîche. In the borritos, you only taste the dough at the ends. The middle contains all the meat and ingredients, and the ends are empty. Otherwise, the food was delicious, and everything was well-seasoned. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. I hope to see improvement next time we visit! We keep coming back because it's delicious.

Unfortunately, it's not as good as in England or Spain. We love Taco Bell and always go there for food whenever we're nearby. But unfortunately, this place has nothing to do with the Taco Bell we know.

I recently dined at Taco Bell in The Hague City Center, and my experience was generally positive, but there were a few areas for improvement. First of all, the food: it absolutely deserves 5 stars. Therefore, I'm giving the service 3 stars. With a little more attention to speed and customer focus, this could easily be improved. The atmosphere and interior deserve 4 stars. The restaurant is clean and cozy, with a modern look that matches Taco Bell's international image. The music and ambiance create a relaxed vibe, making it a great place to sit and eat. In short, definitely recommended, especially for the delicious food!

You can't order by the counter. 2 out of 3 order machines don't work. The one that "works" gives an error for half the customers and goes back to the start screen.

Terrible restaurant. If you were a Mexican, you'd cry inside. Employees laugh at you if you do something they consider "wrong," even though it's not listed as a general rule. The food is sometimes good, but it can really vary depending on your taste, and the price is good. Customer service handles issues well, except when it's a persistent problem—the restaurant is dirty, the music exceeds 80 decibels so loud you can't even hear your own brother—then I definitely can't give it more than two stars. The only reason I'd ever come back here is for the Taco Bell name. That's it.

I went to Taco Bell, and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Both the food and the service were awful. The place was so dirty and unpleasant that I just wanted to leave immediately — I didn’t even feel like taking any photos or videos of the food. A very unfortunate experience. I love Taco Bell, so, when I travel, and I find them, I try to experience it at least once. At The Hague, the one that stands at Vlamingstraat, everything was kind of as expected, except for the cleaning of the place. Even though there were just a few people, tables were dirty, and the disposal of the trays and garbage stand was appalling (see the picture). Just at the end of our meal, somebody came out to do the cleaning. Extremely disappointing!

The food was very tasty and it was super fast, less than 10 minutes and everything was already hot and delicious served, it was a good experience, I didn't like the bathroom area very much but the food and the service were great.

Been there three times. A regular taco is quite good. But it has a really mysterious meat. I also had the churro snack for 1 euro, but it tasted like nothing. It was just prawn crackers with a little bit of cinnamon sugar.

The times on the website, *and* the times on the window specify that it closes at 10pm. If your times say you're open, it should be expected that you can order and get your food. Letting someone pay 20 euros only to be told that you're "closed" at 9pm and refusing to refund the money is insane.

Went there on Sunday 45 minutes before closing, it was already closed. We tried again on Monday 1 and a half our before closing, we were no longer served again. When we asked why the staff rudely tell as they are just closed.

We visited this Taco Bell in The Hague twice within the past week, and unfortunately, both visits were quite disappointing. On our first visit, the store closed an hour earlier than the official opening hours. The reason given was that “there weren’t enough customers.” Because of this, we were rushed to place our order, and staff started cleaning up around us while we were still eating. Even worse, two teenagers who clearly knew the employees walked in from the outside and went straight into the kitchen area. This felt very unprofessional and concerning from a hygiene and safety perspective. The cleanliness of the store also left much to be desired. On both visits, there were no napkins available. When we asked, we were offered toilet paper instead, which is simply unacceptable in a food establishment. One of the days, two of the ordering kiosks were out of order. At the only working one, water was literally dripping from the ceiling onto people standing below—another serious hygiene issue. To top it off, the food that day was served cold and was not properly prepared according to our order. Our second visit was slightly better in terms of food quality—it was okay—but overall, this location does not compare well to other fast food options in the area. Definitely needs improvement in multiple areas, especially professionalism, cleanliness, and basic service standards.

On two separate occasions we walked in before 10pm. Once around 9:30pm and was told they were closed. Just went back today at 9:13pm and they’re closed? Online still lists 10pm, I asked an employee and he said they’re closed early today. Seems to be a trend of not honoring their hours.

Absolutely horrible experience. Taco Bell functions on another planet. Why does it take 3 hours for my order to even begin getting prepared? I expected more from the famous Taco Bell, which we don't have here in Germany. The food was pretty good, but the whole crew wasn't that motivated to work, and the atmosphere was awful. It was loud, someone was yelling, and it was dirty, too. So, no, I won't go back except to quickly pick something up and then leave.

Floors are sticky and dirty. Almost 50% of the menu items are not availableand even those available turn out to be not available. Very unfriendly staff but the most disgusting is how filthy the store is. Never been to such a dirty Taco Bell.
