The food itself is very tasty, but the inside is just like a McDonald's.

On one of the toilets sink did not work, on the other toilet the light was blinking, i felt like in a Saw movie. Burrito was almost empty, i almost felt sad.

I have never eaten as badly as here, not worth it at all.

Food tastes bland, below average for what you get not even that cheap. There’s only teens and students, like a high school canteen - I understand better why so after coming here, you cannot get a decent meal, tables and floor are dirty. Nobody actively cleans, worse than other fastfood chains.

The food used to be good, but it's gone downhill for a while now. The portions are smaller, with less meat and all that "stuffing," and it's not as tasty as it used to be. The prices are a bit outrageous considering the portion size. Another major drawback is the inability to pay in cash. The service is probably friendly, but I'm not sure, because there's no real interaction between the staff and the customers. They call a number, hand out trays of food, and that's it. It's a shame the quality of the food has declined so much here.

We did takeout. The worst fast food I've ever had! And I don't understand why people still go there! Rubbery food, tasteless, inedible!

Beautiful location in the heart of The Hague. Easily accessible by public transport and car. Plenty of parking for bikes and mopeds. Large parking garages are nearby. However, parking is very expensive; be aware you'll pay around 7 euros per hour. The exterior has a nice and pleasant atmosphere. Upon entering, it's disappointing. There are few seats. Sometimes a bit chaotic, and when it's busy, it's difficult to see the surroundings. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, they could use more cleaning. The floor is often dirty. Tables are rarely cleaned, sometimes dirty. And the trash cans are constantly overflowing, leaving trash everywhere. The food is good and flavorful. Two things: put less crème fraîche in the tacos. Sometimes it's too rich if you take a bite and end up with a whole dollop of crème fraîche. In the borritos, you only taste the dough at the ends. The middle contains all the meat and ingredients, and the ends are empty. Otherwise, the food was delicious, and everything was well-seasoned. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. I hope to see improvement next time we visit! We keep coming back because it's delicious.

Unfortunately, it's not as good as in England or Spain. We love Taco Bell and always go there for food whenever we're nearby. But unfortunately, this place has nothing to do with the Taco Bell we know.

I ordered at the self service stations. Ordered twice without salad. Both times came with. The staff is very friendly but the place looks not very clean.

You have to wait for your order for at least 40 mins, no matter how busy it is.

I recently dined at Taco Bell in The Hague City Center, and my experience was generally positive, but there were a few areas for improvement. First of all, the food: it absolutely deserves 5 stars. You can't order by the counter. 2 out of 3 order machines don't work. The one that "works" gives an error for half the customers and goes back to the start screen.

Terrible restaurant. If you were a Mexican, you'd cry inside. Employees laugh at you if you do something they consider "wrong," even though it's not listed as a general rule. The food is sometimes good, but it can really vary depending on your taste, and the price is good. Customer service handles issues well, except when it's a persistent problem—the restaurant is dirty, the music exceeds 80 decibels so loud you can't even hear your own brother—then I definitely can't give it more than two stars. The only reason I'd ever come back here is for the Taco Bell name. That's it.

A very unfortunate experience. I love Taco Bell, so, when I travel, and I find them, I try to experience it at least once. At The Hague, the one that stands at Vlamingstraat, everything was kind of as expected, except for the cleaning of the place. Even though there were just a few people, tables were dirty, and the disposal of the trays and garbage stand was appalling (see the picture). Just at the end of our meal, somebody came out to do the cleaning. Extremely disappointing!

I went to Taco Bell, and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Both the food and the service were awful. I hadn't eaten anything all day. I wanted to come here for dinner. It was just 9 p.m. and I was simply turned away, even though the closing time on Google was 10 p.m. because a tall, dark-skinned man wanted to close early. It wasn't politely asked, or anything, but very rude. I would never come back here again and advise everyone against it. The service was awful, awful, awful.

the burritos had almost nothing in them, as-well for the tacos. they tasted bland and where extremely small. 25€ for like 2bites of food. don't recommend.

The food was very tasty and it was super fast, less than 10 minutes and everything was already hot and delicious served, it was a good experience, I didn't like the bathroom area very much but the food and the service were great.

Again... the music is REALLY loud, and then the loud beat is even more annoying! The music is REALLY LOUD. This is a place you come to eat, right? The music could really be turned down a lot. You practically have to shout your order. Maybe I should do that next time... Haha, and then get a response that shows they don't read (or can't read?)

Been there three times. A regular taco is quite good. But it has a really mysterious meat. I also had the churro snack for 1 euro, but it tasted like nothing. It was just prawn crackers with a little bit of cinnamon sugar.

The times on the website, *and* the times on the window specify that it closes at 10pm. If your times say you're open, it should be expected that you can order and get your food. Letting someone pay 20 euros only to be told that you're "closed" at 9pm and refusing to refund the money is insane.

Went there on Sunday 45 minutes before closing, it was already closed. We tried again on Monday 1 and a half our before closing, we were no longer served again. When we asked why the staff rudely tell as they are just closed.

We visited this Taco Bell in The Hague twice within the past week, and unfortunately, both visits were quite disappointing. On our first visit, the store closed an hour earlier than the official opening hours. The reason given was that “there weren’t enough customers.” Because of this, we were rushed to place our order, and staff started cleaning up around us while we were still eating. Even worse, two teenagers who clearly knew the employees walked in from the outside and went straight into the kitchen area. This felt very unprofessional and concerning from a hygiene and safety perspective. The cleanliness of the store also left much to be desired. On both visits, there were no napkins available. When we asked, we were offered toilet paper instead, which is simply unacceptable in a food establishment. One of the days, two of the ordering kiosks were out of order. At the only working one, water was literally dripping from the ceiling onto people standing below—another serious hygiene issue. To top it off, the food that day was served cold and was not properly prepared according to our order. Our second visit was slightly better in terms of food quality—it was okay—but overall, this location does not compare well to other fast food options in the area. Definitely needs improvement in multiple areas, especially professionalism, cleanliness, and basic service standards.

On two separate occasions we walked in before 10pm. Once around 9:30pm and was told they were closed. Just went back today at 9:13pm and they’re closed? Online still lists 10pm, I asked an employee and he said they’re closed early today. Seems to be a trend of not honoring their hours.

I expected more from the famous Taco Bell, which we don't have here in Germany. The food was pretty good, but the whole crew wasn't that motivated to work, and the atmosphere was awful. It was loud, someone was yelling, and it was dirty, too. So, no, I won't go back except to quickly pick something up and then leave.

Floors are sticky and dirty. Almost 50% of the menu items are not availableand even those available turn out to be not available. Very unfriendly staff but the most disgusting is how filthy the store is. Never been to such a dirty Taco Bell.

Fastfood Tex mex. For a quick bite it is fine. Tacos could be a bit more filled. When picking up your order, check if you have everything. It is possible that items are forgotten. You can order via an order column.

We ordered in Den Haag for 30€ and where waiting for 2 hours for the food. After 2 hours the shop cancelled without a notice. We where not able to reach them. Very annoying service.

Here we are Taco Bell, Over all experience below mediocre, but for value its not as good as it could have. I Odered Combo 2 that gives me 2 large tacos yes LARGE, but if this is large honestly i dont want to know what regular would be like, Taco base not crunchy at all, bland almost not taste and no filling in it. Fries were not hot as well the only thing that was up to par would have been the drinks that were done by the machine. But taste varies person to person, i would have expected better because there were not alot of people and they had all the time in the world.

Great fastfood chain if your looking for something quik and simple. Food is fine, its not amazing but its tasty, I personally love it 'cause its kind of an upgraded, better, mexican version of MacDonalds :). Service is ok, sometimes they make your order wrong if you change specific ingredients but then you can give it back and they make you a new one. Recommend!!! (I never ordered at home, so this review is based on my experiences at the place itself)

Very unfriendly staff and the prepared food is not particularly good quality either... the staff at the checkout are extremely friendly and want to charge extra for the sauce which is provided free with the meal. We ordered over €40 and were given two sauces on the tray and then just sheep when we asked if we could have a milder sauce, he simply took the hot sauce back and gave us mild sauce. When we asked if two sauces were not enough for a €40 order, he said we should pay extra for more sauce....!

Received the wrong order and the restaurant cannot be reached by phone

Today I experienced something really ridiculous waiting for food. Too long it turned out that they had called us twice. They just leave the food, the fries are cold in the meantime, so I asked for two new ones, he refuses because I didn't hear him, shame, really shame, eventually got a new one from his colleague, this man doesn't belong there, worst service ever, people who can't speak Dutch and whatever doing

Take away order on Thursday (shopping evening) took excessively long. Ordered two gorditas and a cheesy Fries. The cheesy fries barely had any herbs or cheese on them. Please take an example from the Rdam branch. And stop hiring young teenagers in the kitchen. They are not in a hurry and do not know the dishes by heart and forget to provide sauce. And they are rude, they look like adopted, vapid junkies.

I found hair that wasn't mine while I was eating my 2 taco combo meal. The hair was stuck in the fries. I told the workers but I said late but I will leave. I received an email from the owner who was supposed to send a voucher but never did.

Wanted to try Taco Bell and wasn't that impressed. I had it before in the US and it was way better. I would recommend it if you want to grab a quick snack. As that's what we wanted, it was perfect as it was fast and convenient.

Bad experience at Taco Bell Yesterday I went to Taco Bell with my girlfriend, but it was a huge disappointment. The food was just cold when we got it, which is really unacceptable. The lady behind the counter was also grumpy and rude, which only made the whole experience worse. The portions were way too small. The soft chicken taco had a maximum of 4 to 5 very small pieces of chicken, cut into mini cubes. They were really stingy with the filling. The burrito was slightly better – it was a little warm and the chicken in it tasted delicious, but there was barely any filling and it didn't fill you up at all. What's even worse: there was no rice in the burrito, even though there normally should be. As if that wasn't enough, both me and my girlfriend got stomach aches an hour after eating. This is simply unacceptable. In short, bad service, cold food, small portions and stomach ache as a result. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant!
