If I could give 0 stars, I would have already done so. Beyti tasted like beyti soup with meager meat. The rice was very dry and unpalatable, but the Mercimek soup was good. It also took an hour for the food to arrive.

We had a wonderful meal at Taka! The atmosphere was great, and the restaurant is a bit small, but the food more than made up for it. Everything was absolutely delicious. We ordered the full menu with soup and a main course, and were so full that we couldn't fit dessert in. Highly recommended!

Poor service, forgot the sauce and bread. After calling to request a later delivery since it had already been paid for, they promised a discount next time. As promised, I only got free sauce with my second order, so I had to eat my previous order without sauce and bread. I won't order from here again, especially not at those prices. My order was €50.

I came from Germany and this is honestly one of the worst restaurants I’ve tried in Zaandam. The service was extremely poor the staff were unfriendly and careless. The food was served cold and oily. The place itself was not clean and felt uncomfortable to sit in. On top of that, the prices are way too high for such low quality. A very disappointing experience i dont recommend this restaurant at all.

I finally found Iskender Kebab in the Netherlands! After eating it in Istanbul I tried to find it here but was always disappointed. Thats why i was so excited to see Ta-Ka serve it, and in Zaandam of all places! The service was very lovely, the food was delicious (needless to say I had the Iskender Kebab, my boyfriend had the Beyti Kebab) and we cant wait to come back! 100/10

One of the best Turkish restaurants I have eaten in for two days in Zaandam. I come here every time and their service is excellent. There is a Palestinian girl, may God make her happy. Her service is excellent and she does not fall short.

I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time, today we had a birthday breakfast with the family, everything was very tasty and the fresh simit and pide bread. The Turkish traditional breakfast was a great success. The service from the owners was top notch as always!! Taka is one of the few restaurants whose owner has a personal approach to customers! We all felt special and not just a number, thank you dear people!

It's a really quit Turkish Restaurant. The meal was surprisingly good, we ate hamburgers and doner. Prices were okey for that area. We chose Katmeri for dessert and it was the bomb. I would like to thank the owners and staff. My daughter's Künefenin is very assertive. When I decided to go to Zaandam with my friends I was in a very good mood. To reflect this mood, I put on a yellow-green under armor t-shirt and because it was chilly, a black under armor jacket. My DSG couldn't be broken... When I was in Zaandam with my friends, we got very hungry and decided to have a bite to eat. It was around 10 o'clock that I walked in with my friends at this godforsaken snack bar. The first thing I noticed about this energy-sucking place was the distinct and frankly nasty smell that immediately assaulted my nose. After waiting a while, a snotty nose showed up with a crooked contour and a sticky beard with the menus. The snack bar also made the cut when it comes to names when it comes to creativity. After giving us a strange look and taking our orders, this brat walked away and then the real hell began. We waited an hour(!). After the food FINALLY arrived, we thought the leading was finally over, but it turned out to be the opposite. When I say that I have NEVER seen such a NASTY shawarma dish in my life, I mean it. Literally everything you can ruin in the preparation of a shawarma dish was actually ruined. If I was tortured for days and my torturers only stopped when I went back to this snack bar, I still wouldn't go back. I would rather die than ever set foot in here again. 1 star!

I was having dinner on a Wednesday evening with 4 friends of mine. firstly we had to wait a long time for a dish that wasn't supposed to take long. the shawarma was very hard and also had a strange smell. I will definitely not be coming back here! By the way, I was wearing a yellow shirt

Reasonably good food, tender chicken and lamb that tasted good and did not smell, but on the other hand it comes at a price that just doesn't justify it. For example, doner was 22 euros for 250 grams (of course it includes rice and salad). OK for once, but not worth repeating.

Best Yaprak Döner I have had in the Netherlands!

We had a great meal, loved the portion size and nice presentation. The desert was a freshly made Knafeh which was amazing. Great service to top it all. We will definitely visit again.
