Great food, great environment, good place for a date, bring my wife and she loved it haha, the food is well served and the prices it's fair for what it's offered.

Tasty, good quality, just a pity you can't reserve a table.

A good meal, like it always is at Takumi. The ramen was good and came quick, the gyoza vere fresh and the atmosphere was, overall, great. Like always, Takumi is always a good choice for a good meal.

I will keep this short and sweet because more is not needed. The best tonkotsu we've had so far in the Netherlands. Period. The black garlic is to die for. Their appetizers/bites are also really good. Please just go. Why are you still here? GO!

Flavorful. I wish they had more beer options. Portion sizes are big so come here with empty stomach. Nice and friendly staff.

As a long-term customer of Takumi in Düsseldorf, I would say this Takumi Eindhoven did not disappointed. The restaurant feels new and more family friendly vibe with bigger tables for 4-6 people. We had mala ramen and Sapporo ramen, both with great soups and plenty of vegetables. Restaurant toilet was also quite clean.

Definitely my favourite restaurant in Eindhoven for Ramen. Absolutely superb quality, along with excellent service. I hope you get the opportunity to enjoy this great restaurant.

Takumi is a very nicely decorated restaurant in the heart of Eindhoven. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I ordered a home made iced tea (which is really delicious) and ate a bowl of delicious ramen with fried shrimp and chicken. This place is highly recommended!

Unfortunately 3 stars… Food is great, rich in flavour and served fast. But… if you get a drink with ice cubes in it, know that the waiters put the ice with their bare hands.. No gloves or no tongs.. nothing.. Simply unacceptable.. This comment is valid for a visit on Feb 1st 2025 to this branch. I really hope this is incidental and not a regular practice.

With takumi you always have good food, with lots of choices amazing staff. It’s like a hug for your belly :) I recommend the gyoza and the teriyaki chicken miso ramen.

The chashu is fishy, and it’s just a big slice of pork belly…not a real chashu. And the soup is so Chinese flavor, I thought I was in a Chinese ramen shop ha.

Good food, very friendly and accommodating staff

Great food, but I felt like they weren't quite understanding me or something. Ordered 12 pieces of the (amazing) okomi gyōzas and only got 6, asked for a fork to eat said gyōzas three separate times and only on the third time I got.. chopsticks. Might have been because it was a bit busy though (and because I'm not Dutch), I don't know.

From tonkotsu ramen to gyozas and fried chicken pieces… everything is delicious! An address not to be missed for anyone passing through the region. I particularly recommend the black garlic ramen. Don’t hesitate to reserve a table because there can be a bit of a wait, and waiting in the cold is not pleasant.

Loved the place and the ramen… but after an hour or so… I understood that unfortunately I got food poisoned from the ramen…

Review: 5/5 stars What an evening! Two friends, one mission: ramen, beer and sake at TAKUMI in Eindhoven. We knew it was going to be good, but this? This was next level! The ramen was so delicious that we almost wondered if it was legal to pack so much flavor into one bowl. The broth? He could have easily sat on a throne. And those noodles? Perfect chew, as if they were made especially for us. The beer menu was a treat in itself, and the sake… Let's just say we are now officially sake experts. (Or we think we are, thanks to some extra tasting rounds.) The staff actually helped us choose at the right time, just before we were too enthusiastic about ordering everything at once. And let's be honest: even the outward journey was an adventure. High speed, no traffic jams, and we felt like Formula 1 drivers in our own modest car. That only made the arrival at TAKUMI even better. The atmosphere was great: busy, cozy and a bit chaotic, just what you want in a good ramen restaurant. TAKUMI is not just a meal, it is an experience. We ate, drank and laughed until we almost rolled out of our chairs. In short: if you are ever in Eindhoven and you are looking for a place to give your taste buds a holiday, go to TAKUMI. We will definitely be back. Full five stars and a bow to the chef!

I am from Jakarta Indonesia, visited my friend in Eindhoven 4 weeks ago and we had dinner here. She introduced me to this restaurant. I fell in love with the ramen she ordered. I like a typical 'creamy' soup and I got it in our order. The portion was super big and full filling my stomach. It was quite a queue when we got there but luckily since it was only 2 of us, the table was not that hard to get. The service of Alex and some of his colleagues to us was incredibly pleasant. Hopefully I will get a chace to be back.

A 10/10 experience! The staff was so nice to us. We had 2 hours to spare, waiting for our next bus and didn't know the area or the language. The servers were so kind, English was no problem at all and we got to put our suitcases in the entrance while they were keeping an eye on them. The food was super tasty, and leave some space for the dessert too, it's delicious! We had the taiyaki and it came with heart-shaped strawberries and ice cream.

Hi Nick, the dude who gave the one star review right below me. I’m one of the ladies you mentioned in your review. First of all, sorry for the mix up, but here’s the deal: we arrived last, but the system works by seating customers based on the number of available chairs. There just happened to be two empty ones when we got there, so Alex the server called us in first. Also, a little tip from me, whenever I go out, I always ask the waiter’s name. Trust me, it’s a superpower. It makes everything smoother, and you'll be surprised how easy it makes things. But hey, next time you’re queuing with me, don’t worry, I’ve got you covered. I’ll make sure we get seats first. My charm is definitely a factor 😉. I hope next time you can enjoy a five star experience, Nick. (Ps. Please, whoever reads this, don't post it on Reddit. 😆)

I'm sure I could have had a nice meal here, so there's no objection to that. What really disappointed me last Saturday was that people were unfairly let in by Takumi staff. There was a line of about 5 groups in total. The person who was 4th in line was let in by them. Then two ladies walk up and follow us and were then let in by staff before everyone else in the queue. This is simply indecent and we immediately left.

I like it so much that I go from Tilburg to Eindhoven every time just to eat such a delicious tonkotsu soup... I hope that one day there will be a place in Tilburg... my first time at Takumi was in Antwerp and I was immediately impressed. sold... 😋

The portion size was too small and not worth the price. Compared to authentic Japanese cuisine in Düsseldorf, this place didn’t quite capture the authenticity.

The Ramune is good , the Tonkotau is some good soup. Tried the black garlic ramen , Sopporo Buta Tonkotsu ramen and miso soup with chicken stand out for me. Karaage was the best dish of the dining experience.

Update: I visited again today, had a conversation with the staff and I understood that it was a miscommunication. Thanks a lot for coming and having a conversation about it today. Happy with the service!! I had a disappointing experience at this Takumi location compared to the one in Kerkstraat. We were unable to redeem our loyalty points, and the staff did not apply the points for our visit. When we raised the issue, the staff member walked away without addressing our concerns. This was quite frustrating and did not meet the level of service we expected.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Since the first time we went, it became the favorite restaurant of my wife and I. The quality is top level, and the treatment of the staff is great, specially from the manager, Alex. He always receives us with a warm welcome and great conversation.

The Gyoza's here are really perfect

There is always a line outside here and for good reason! This is THE chain to eat Japanese ramen with almost the same taste and quality as in Japan itself.

Brought the wrong order to our table and tried to convince us to accept it even though they knew it was wrong. Then came the chef to harrass us for refusing to accept the wrong order. Won't go back.

Service is good. Food prices are decent. They serve Kirin beer. They have customized the food to Dutch taste. So the tastes are very mild. Specially the Kara age kare rice we ordered. But the Tonkotsu Ramen was good

Nice restaurant in Eindhoven. All foods are taste good. there are many choice of Tonkotsu.

Can’t remember how many times I’ve visited takumi! Definitely the best ramen in town! Their ramen noodles are imported from Japan. I would say this is really authentic ramen. The karage (fried chicken) is also highly recommended! They don’t take reservations, and there’s often a queue but it moves fairly fast. New menu added! They now have Tonkotsu! Not the traditional kind of tonkotsu you find in Japan, but at least they try. (And taste ok, I would say it’s more like torched pork belly)

5 stars from me! I ate here for the first time and I was so surprised. Extremely fast service, DELICIOUS ramen and desserts were 10/10. I was with my daughter and they even had plastic children's plates! Sweet, quiet employees who walk around despite the crowds, very good service. We had to wait in a line outside for 20 minutes, but when we tasted the food we understood why! Definitely recommended.

TL;DR the soup is degrading more and more, management fcked up I used to come to takumi very often (5 times in a month). Everytime the ramen is degrading in quality. The soup was rich and depth in flavour back then. Now it become less rich to the point it become too watery. Like wth, just increase the price and keep the quality instead of using less ingredient. Dumb move by the management. Its a farwell from me. Thanks, it was such a nice time.

One of the best ramen i've ever eat, if you are interested in this kind of food this is a must go, very friendly and helpful staff. I had the classic kara-age shoyu ramen and it was so tasty soup and super enjoyable ingredients as a whole. Relaxing atmosphere with japanese songs from anime and movies. Totally recommended!

What delicious food. Today for the first time, after a tip from a friend. Relax on the terrace. That wasn't really spectacular. Simple tables and chairs. But fine. The service was very friendly and correct. When eating, I also asked whether the black garlic was not too intense. I like that. Definitely go again.

I remain a big fan of Takumi's branches, this location is also beautifully designed. Location is nice and central, easily accessible from the station and parking is available nearby. The food was great again, the portions are large enough and the service was also excellent. I can recommend everyone to sit here if you fancy some Asian food.

we came in at 8.55 (we didn't know they close at 9😭) and the waiter was still very kind and helpful, the food came quickly and everything was delicious.

Very nice restaurant for the design! The ramen was not one of the best I had tbh, but maybe it was just a case. Anyway, it’s also nice for a date I think: it’s tiny, having small tables and nice lights.
