Drove all the way there. It’s closed or not visible on the street. Seems like it’s only for hotel guests.

Pretty disappointing staff, asked to order food 10 minutes before the kitchen closed and was told it's not possible. Not even "I'll check with the kitchen" etc. Need to be more customer first focused

We had a nice drink here; we didn't eat, but we did order some delicious platters. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Dutch pizza tastes good! I've stayed here several times on business trips and eaten pizza with beer in the evening and breakfast here the next morning. Breakfast could have more fruit.

Food was great, also everyone was kind and available, especially Edoardo (as Italians he was really helpful for my parents that aren't as used to English as I am). Would definitely come back 10/10.

Although the staff is very friendly, the price does not match the quality. In addition, the gluten-free pizza was really mediocre and I paid exactly the same price even though it was smaller.

5 ⭐ for everything from Gengar, who not only gets love and cuddles from all the staff members each time we visit, but even got a birthday present! What a way to make the place feel like home 🤍 Aside from that, I highly recommend, the staff is super friendly, they have a great selection of local beers on their “beer wall”, and you definitely won’t be bored going there thanks to the events they organise - from watching football to playing pool/darts or board games:)

We wanted to eat pizza here with the children. We ordered 3 pizzas. When we were served, we were told that my pizza and that of the children did not come out of the oven properly, new pizzas would be delivered. In the meantime my wife got pizza. So she was eating alone. 15 minutes later a bell rang in the kitchen, but no one was there. Another 20 minutes later I heard the waiter talking among themselves about how she had burned the pizzas again. About 45 minutes later we finally got our pizzas. After the first bite, it tasted burnt. I looked at the bottom, completely black again. It is now 10 pm and we have left it at that. The children's pizza was somewhat edible. Read; not completely black on the underside. But to my surprise, no apology. A drink on the house would have been nice. What incredibly bad service, this is really not recommended. After a day in Amsterdam it would be nice to have a nice meal. But nothing like that, there was almost an hour between my wife's pizza and ultimately that of the children. And I didn't eat anything, I didn't want to keep the kids waiting any longer. But the fact that people don't even bother to apologize is worthless. And it wasn't even busy yet. This morning the restaurant manager contacted us, discussed the incident with us and provided an appropriate apology and resolution. I can certainly recommend the associated ID Apart Hotel.

We enjoyed a delicious burger with friendly service in a cozy environment. I expect to come here more often with guests.

We ordered the fish and chips and it was absolutely fantastic! The service was friendly, and we'd highly recommend the 51 gastropub.

The interior is spacious and really well designed. Great selection of beers and snacks. The staff are lovely and have always been patient and kind to our toddler. There is also a pool table and a spacious terrace, so in all a great place to hang out.

Melanie was a wonderful host during breakfast. I was in the Netherlands for work from the 10-13th June 2024. Melanie was personable, professional and helpful. Many thanks and thank you for a wonderful stay.

We ordered fish & chip and cesar salad. Both are good. The atmosphere is good with light music and you can comfortably have conversations with friend.

Warm and modern atmosphere. A place where you feel welcome not only as a tourist but also as a "local". Reasonable prices. Super nice service. And the food is incredibly delicious! In short, highly recommended.

Good food for not too much money. We had an onion soup, very successful! And then a 51 sandwich. Three sandwiches piled with chicken. It was a big bite! But very tasty. We will definitely eat here again.

Easy going cafe/ restaurant inside the hotel. Feels casual, waiter did not necessary know anything about the drinks he served but he was friendly and honest.

The place was very quiet when we got there but the vibe seemed nice. Decor is really nice but they could do something about the atmosphere, maybe play some nice music a bit louder? It was almost creepy quiet where in this big place our table seemed loud in comparison given the quiet. We ordered some snacks - the Korean bun was really tasty but just small. The rest of the snacks were okay, but honestly nothing that stands out. Just average. The service was okay, after the first round of drinks and I wanted a top up I needed to go find the waitress as she had not been back in a while. They only had like 2 people on hand and with so few people in the place they were chatting away so definitely didn’t care to check up on our table. Lastly, and the reason even though the place is pretty average I would NOT go back again - I had 2x glasses of Cava and when we left I was not the one that paid so did not look at the receipt until I got home. They had put 3x glasses of Cava on the receipt erroneously. This seems like a silly mistake given that we only had 2 rounds all round, and the guys bought beer from the front, so this seemed intentional and an extra glass of Cava is also not cheap. We were casually sitting the day and were basically alone except for 2 other people being there, so there was no rush or reason to get this wrong. Overall, the service, food and place is average but if you want peace of mind and to not be having to analyse the bill after the fact, then I suggest going elsewhere.

Helpful, kind, and respectful, she made several recommendations and suggestions that we enjoyed very much. Also at dinner time Melanie is the one who takes the hotel's stars

Staying in the beautiful apartments at the ID Aparthotel above 51 gastropub and travelling from Australia seeking hot spots in town Lola was so accomodating not only with her awesome customer service but going above and beyond with recommendations around the city! Thankyou for your help Lola 🫶🏼

We hebben hier lekker gegeten. Het vlees was lekker voorbereid en mals. Kortom een aanrader.

Onlangs heb ik genoten van een heerlijk etentje bij the 51 Gastropub. Als voorgerecht had ik de eend en mijn vriend de tarte tatin, beide waren absoluut heerlijk. Voor hoofd heb ik enorm mogen genieten van de steak die naar wens was gebakken. En de frietjes die erbij kwamen waren bijzonder lekker gekruid! Naast het eten hebben we ook genoten van lekkere cocktails onder het genot van een potje poolen (in de ruimte naast het restaurant). Het personeel was vriendelijk en attent en ze deden er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat we een geweldige tijd hadden. Als je in de buurt bent en op zoek bent naar een geweldig restaurant met goed eten, lekkere cocktails en uitstekende service, dan raad ik je zeker aan om dit restaurant te proberen.

Fantastic staff and amazing service. Stayed here for two nights and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of 51 . The staff and management ensure customer service is top quality, which makes the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. Brilliant!

Very good customer service! The man was very friendly and gave us a map to show us a place to visit in Amsterdam. He warned us the fries portion sizes were big but we didn't find this(he seemed very surprised our plates were empty) The food was good, the onion rings were one of the best ever(the onion wasn't pulled out when you bit it), and the sweet potato fries were very delicious. The burgers where good, but the buns were a little over cooked and crispy. They could with doing more visible, as they are tucked away from the main road but the decor is very nice

Had dinner at ADAM’s ID and we ordered the cauliflower rendang, margherita pizza and pork rib. Took awhile for the food to arrive, but they served drinks promptly. We enjoyed the cauliflower rendang, but the consistency and flavour is more similar to another Indo dish known as sayur lodeh. Margherita pizza texture tasted like a frozen pizza. Pork rib was really good, and we enjoyed the radicchio! Price was alright.

Wir waren 3 Nächte im April hier. Das Zimmer war genauso wie beschrieben und wie auf den Bildern . Richtig toll. Küche mit allem, was man brauchte, ausgestattet. Couch, tv, Esstisch und schönes Badezimmer. Auf Wunsch noch eine zweite Decke bekommen. Problemlos. Die Rezeption war mega freundlich. Alle durch die Bank weg. Sauber war’s auch überall. Schöne große moderne Lobby. Billardtisch und ne dartscheibe zum spielen waren bei. Die Lage des Hotels is auch perfekt. Bis zum Bahnhof sind’s 5min. Frische Brötchen konnte man auch um die Ecke im Spar holen. 😇nice to know, Dort bekommt man auch tickets für paar Tage, womit man mit Bus, tram und metro günstig fahren kann. Bis zum Innenleben von Amsterdam sind’s 20min mit Bus und 6min mitm Intercity Sprinter. Übers Essen können wir keine Beurteilung machen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Immer wieder gerne. 😊

The place looks nice, but the food and the service aren’t that good.

Visited for drinks and snacks to bridge waitingtime for our trip back home. Place is nice and stylishly furnished. Food and drinks were good. At the end this place earned its 5 stars because of the great and over average service we received!

Limited menu, good ambience and food was very good. We got an outfit seating and had a good time with my office folks. Friendly staff.

We were a group of 10, we were seated on contiguous tables but by 2 people, so corona-wise, I think they are organized. Staff is very friendly and they didn't mess up with anyone's orders. I'm giving only three stars because they had different menu versions, ingredients were shifting from time to time so we were confused about what actually was in some dishes, also definitely stay away from the 'cucumber fries', they are, (attention) not fried nor coated or anything similar, they are just diced cucumbers, definitely not worth €4.50.

A really beautiful and pacefoul place , with a good and gentle service , in the near of the station. The food is not expensive and very delicious , over the exceptions , and the burgers are big. I advice that! 😊

Fijne locatie voor een borrel en diner. De medewerkers zijn altijd vriendelijk en gastvrij.

We hadden een zakelijke lunch met 130 personen. Ze kunnen dat goed aan. Goede broodjes met luxe beleg. Vriendelijk personeel. De kunst van Adam ID is zorgen dat alles er is zonder je merkt dat het personeel aanwezig is.

Het eten was de moeite waard, de zalm met zoete aardappel werkte goed samen. De sfeer is erg gezellig voor een restaurant onder een hotel. Maar het eten was wel laat voor een half gevuld restaurant: zeker 30 minuten gewacht op het hoofdgerecht. Het werdt wel gewaarschuwd door de serveerster, dat was wel weer fijn
