The meat was blackened and tasted burnt. I think the sauce blew away during delivery because there was barely any on it. I've always ordered delicious food from here, but this is the second time in a row that it's not good. And the delivery driver (an older man) wasn't interested and made it very clear.

Waited 40 minutes for my food. Half-burned. Vegetables were raw. Meat sauce was salty.

I waited three hours for my food, then called, and the order was sent out immediately. It then arrived 45 minutes later. The food was cold.

Food is good, but delivery takes more than a hour.

I've ordered from you before, and the food has always been excellent. Unfortunately, this time was different. The fries and cassava were very limp, as if they hadn't been cooked properly. The meat was very fatty and felt undercooked. The taste was also disappointing, which I'm not used to from you. It's a real shame, because I usually enjoy the food. But after this experience, I won't be ordering from you again anytime soon.

Order placed at 2:23 PM via the food engineer's own site for delivery at 5:00 PM. It is now 7:00 PM and I still haven't seen or heard anything. That's 2 hours later. Called several times, but a constant voicemail, one of which was answered and hung up immediately. I have sent an email to complaints@thefoodengineer.nl and I expect a refund because I have no idea where the food is. Not for me anyway. Update: After calling again the next day, I was told that it was very busy the day before. Agreed to have the food delivered that evening. Received 2 cans of coke as compensation. The food was delicious, but I would have liked to see more communication surrounding the situation.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, it was inedible!! And it wasn't even chicken, it also contained red meat and a lot of sauce that was hard to eat. Rubbish sandwich!

Ordered from Food Engineer again today. Initially, the food was great and plentiful. But lately, I've noticed the quality and taste have really deteriorated. The fries were tasty and still nice and hot, but the meat (spinach) was awful, raw, and flavorless. A waste of money; it looks like I won't be ordering again.

We order 3 chicken sandwich we wait more than 45 min in the shop and in the end was not chicken grillworst . It was kind of braadworst and for sure not chicken 😕

Food was really great at the beginning, but after a year of ordering it has deteriorated month by month. Prices are no longer in proportion at all, and I also have the feeling that when the woman is present, more attention is paid to quality than when she is not there, it is either up or clearly seriously under. These people sell Halal meat but also sell pork. This is of course not possible. They have a halal sign on their windshield. And she laughed at me when I asked if the spare ribs were from pigs. If I could give the service a 0.0 I would! First of all, delivery is only made if you order online, so if you are blind and cannot work with computers or something, you cannot order anything there... Then you enter and there are 3 employees in the kitchen chatting (without a hairnet... remember this) while an employee is at the counter taking online orders... I am not looked at or spoken to while I am standing in front of him. When I let him know what I have ordered, I am told to wait (not asked but told). After a few minutes I ask if someone else can help me while the gentleman is busy. with the online orders... then the gentleman told me in a fairly aggressive manner that I have to wait and that I can clearly see that he is busy, then I scan the QR code to post my review on Google and suddenly the gentleman cat was sweet... . Then we arrived at our destination and started eating, the food is DELICIOUS!!! No complaints about that at all... and dirty long glade hair in my food there is music on so I walk outside to call them the door opens hair blows away no evidence no money back no compensation... In short, very poor customer service and that's a shame because the food tastes good, but I won't be ordering there unless they start wearing hairnets...

overheerlijke eten en een leuke sfeer.

Wadup wadup je moet eten. Het eten is hier overheerlijk een concept uit Suriname. Personeel is aardig., doen aan bezorging en netheid.

Heerlijk gegeten. We hebben voor de deur betaald kunnen parkeren. We miste wel peper en zoutstel en sambal aan tafel en een prullenbak.

Het eten is GRUWELIJK lekker. Ze hebben het ALTIJD DRUK...het eten spreekt voor zich. It's worth the wait.

Bestel vaak bij ze omdat ik ze recent ontdekt heb. Maar heb nu ingezien dat ze echt onbeschofte medewerkers hebben. Normaal gesproken bestel ik online, maar omdat ik een klacht had en opmerkingen, besloot ik te bellen. Er is een man die daar werkt en gewoonweg zegt dat hij geen tijd heeft om te luisteren naar opmerkingen. Heel zuur klantenservice is dat. Eten is wel gewoon okay. Ik raad de spareribs echt aan! Alleen bestel online, en niet bellen want dan krijg je onbeschofte medewerkers aan de lijn.

Echt Heerlijke BBQ ook is hun zaak netjes en personeel heel vriendelijk. Love it
