In a word: terrible delivery... Ordered at 5:54 PM and now at 7:59 PM we're still waiting for our order!!! Absolutely never again... Greek tasty

Delicious food, generous portions, nice delivery person.

After ordering, they make you wait an hour, and when you call, you're told they're working on it and it will be here in 10 minutes. It takes another 20 minutes. Poor service!

Food was not cooked raw meat salad full of oil chicken fillet tough not recommended for the money

The "track my order" service wasn't working, so we almost missed the delivery driver, but we had a really good meal. Those pitas are meals in themselves.

Doner doesn't burn well, it's also very expensive and I wouldn't order from here again.

Last week I ordered Greek food for a larger group. Unfortunately, the fish wasn't prepared properly, but after a phone call, they resolved the issue and refunded the money for the dish in question! Otherwise, the food was good!

Didn't get what we ordered! So we paid too much for what I think were roughly chopped gyros. Wow, what a huge disappointment!

Ordered again yesterday with a delivery time of 6:30 PM. As always, the food was very good. Even a bit too much, but it was delivered 1.5 hours late. I couldn't reach them by phone to ask if the food was still coming. The delivery driver apologized generously, but we won't be ordering any more for the time being. It's a shame because the food is good.

After the new owner took over, the quality isn't what it once was. I tried several times, but unfortunately, it's become considerably more expensive. When picking up, you also notice it's less busy and has far fewer staff than before. I think that speaks volumes. After three visits, I'm calling it a day. Hopefully, the new owner will see the difference, otherwise I fear the business will soon be closed.

I placed my order by phone and was able to pick it up at 7:00 PM. After waiting 20 minutes in the store, I asked when my order would be ready. It turned out it had already been ready for a while. I received my order and a small bottle of wine as a gift for the long wait. When I got home, the food was far too cold, and the order was incorrect, with no lamb chops and extra gyros. Such a shame.

The food is great, but the delivery is and remains a disaster. I thought the previous owners were the best, but the last few times we ordered, it was a disaster too. Today, we even waited two hours. Ordered at 3:48 PM for delivery at 7:00 PM, and still no food at 9:00 PM. I called twice. The first time, they said it could take a while due to staff shortages, etc. (despite time slots), and the second time (almost an hour and a half later), they told me my order wouldn't be the next one, but the one after that. I canceled the order, so I was forced to eat bread with my family. The downer of the weekend. No more Greek Taste for me, so be warned.

Delivery right on time, food was lukewarm while I had already indicated in the comments "nice and hot". Nothing to complain about the amount of meat, but fries were 3 arrows in my container, 5 arrows in the other, I can't call that fries, it's really far too little.

Been a customer of the Greek taste for a long time, and it continues to be a feast! 1 mixed dish is more than enough for the 2 of us. Meat is nice and tender and nicely seasoned. Almost always delivered to the door at the requested time.

Satisfied! Craving a Greek meal today. Order delivered quickly. Delicious. Wonderful food. Way too much. Easy and convenient tomorrow. Greek food again. P.S. The Greek olives are amazing!

2de Kerstdag besteld. Werd gebeld dat er niet aan huis gebracht werd. Maar ze kwamen toch. Klasse! Bestel meestal mixed gril. Levering altijd binnen afgesproken tijd, kwaliteit eten zoals in Griekenland, lekker! Zeer tevreden, professioneel en altijd kwaliteit.

Mmmh I ordered again yesterday, it was a while ago, it's not what it used to be in terms of quality, I think the gyros were heated up in the microwave with the lamb chops and it's great that it was still offered fairly lukewarm, the salad wasn't good either and the rice was just cold, unfortunately no more fries and that for just over 30 euros Next time just get fries at the burgerhout

Oops oops!! Had given them the benefit of the doubt before. However, I ordered mixed grill again yesterday. What's strange in itself is that they were there within 10 minutes instead of the usual half an hour. Not to eat, cold, tasteless. Waste of money! Never ever again!!!

This was really the last order. The food was always excellent, good quantity and tasty. But lately it's just been cold. Not lukewarm, but cold. Cold fries, cold meat. Even the salad was even less cold. If you do it once you can overlook it, but if you do it twice it just stops. We don't order anymore.

Delicious food for a fair price

Om 1955 uur gebeld om een maaltijd af te halen en van de medewerker kreeg ik als antwoord dat ALLES al op was, ondanks de zaak geopend is tot 2130 uur !Toch wel een hele ludieke manier om te zeggen dat je er geen zin meer in hebt om nog iets voor je gasten te maken! Slechtste antwoord in jaren te hebben gehoord. Gelukkig zijn er nog genoeg goede Griekse restaurants in Roosendaal die nog wel de gastvrijheid hoog in het vaandel hebben staan. Voor mij echt de laatste keer bij deze zaak nog te (mogen) bestellen!!

I wouldn't order here! They can't track the orders! An hour after official pick-up time we still hadn't started making our food. We ultimately opted for a refund and get food somewhere else!

I am very satisfied with this tent. They have really good food, the bifteki is nice and tender, and the delivery time is not too long. Highly recommended!! And try the dessert bougatsa :-)

Great place plus good food at a normal price

Ordered often from this company and have since transferred it to Pedro has constant problems with delivery to a new owner. Delivered within 5x 45 minutes to 1 hour later than the agreed time. We don't order anything anymore. I've reported this to them before, but apparently they don't do anything about it. Too bad Pedro couldn't continue the company.

Encountered a small problem...The site says they are open. You can simply order and pay. After waiting for over an hour and calling, it turns out that they are closed. Very disappointing of course. The owner contacted me by telephone a few days later. Apologized several times. Something had gone wrong. Money was eventually refunded quickly. Can happen! Better luck next time. Ordered at 5:16 pm... Delivered at 7:38 pm.. Called 6 times in the meantime... Voicemail a few times... Answered 2x.. Ordered: - starter: Keftedakia - Main course: Gyros dish - Side dish: bowl of tzaziki Tip to the chef: Everything was bland.... So please taste your food before serving!!! Keftedakia: - sauce too thin, too bland and minced meat too hard.. Gyros dish: - rice too bland and too wet.. - coleslaw chopped too finely so there was no bite. - fries limp and saltless - gyros was lukewarm Tzaziki: was a bowl of Greek cottage cheese.. Bland and no garlic or anything added.. Had to pay a total of €31.50.. Definitely not worth it... But it once was... I'm very disappointed!!!!

The food is always excellent. Unfortunately, the delivery times are always worthless. Now 40 minutes late again. Solve that once, better for the experience. And the fact that the real Greek experience also involves a long wait, I would not see that as an advantage in the Netherlands. I barely have the energy to type anymore, I'm so hungry...

Tasty tasty tasty!. You must order delivery a long time in advance. But pick-up is very quick. It still looks nice. Open kitchen....and nice surroundings for a takeaway. The only downside I think is that the tzaziki is way too strong...while I really am a garlic monster. But otherwise great!

We will not order from here again. Ordered at 5:15 PM, we could then choose 6:15 PM as the delivery time, but chose as soon as possible. Then, after 2 hours and 20+ calls, I went to the store with an immediate voicemail, only to be told that the phones were empty (they only found out then) and to hear that the order had not yet been completed. They also said that it was very busy, but there were only 2 receipts, so it wasn't that busy??? Then say that nothing can be arranged with a discount and/or the delivery costs will not be deducted either. There is no consideration or friendliness towards the customer. Completely snubbed by chef and owner and compare themselves to McDonalds?? Definitely not recommended!!!

We ordered before 7:30 PM. The delivery person didn't arrive at the door until 8:35 PM. Much of our order was not correct as we had indicated via their site. So a bit disappointing.

Telefonisch besteld. Een uur later kan ik het eten ophalen. Bij binnenkomst moet nog worden begonnen met het klaarmaken van de bestelling. Geen probleem voor mij, ik heb de tijd. Blijkbaar wel een probleem voor de eigenaar, want ik wordt ter plekke uitgescholden omdat ik telefonisch heb besteld “en nu zeker denk dat ik eerder aan de beurt ben omdat ik heb gebeld” en “dat hij zelf bepaald wie wanneer eten krijgt”. Na dreigen dat ik mijn geld terug wil, kalmeert de oude Griek een klein beetje en gaat in het Grieks verder (lijkt op schelden, maar omdat ik geen Grieks versta, kan ik dat niet bewijzen). Vervolgens krijgt het personeel een scheld parade over zich heen. Personeel doet ontzettend hun best, maar die baas moet hoognodig manieren leren. Zowel tegen zijn personeel als tegen zijn klanten.

Heerlijk gegeten, de bezorger kwam op de afgesproken tijd. Eten was lekker en warm. Greek taste voor 2 personen genomen en was meer dan genoeg. Goede ervaring, goed gegeten! Gaan zeker vaker bestellen

Delicious food, but I won't order again.... With every order I ask if the gyro meat can be cut into small pieces, please. This certainly applies to the children's menu. Kids just don't have such a big temper! Last time the pieces of meat even seemed larger than normal, which is a shame. Whether it is not clear or the Greek stubbornness? Don't know.

Ordered by phone today at 4:00 PM to pick it up at 6:30 PM. It was neatly ready and once we got home we ate it deliciously! Here you get value for your money! The pita gyros and mixed grill. The squid menu was about delicious! This is worth repeating!💪

Normally very tasty food, but unfortunately the last two orders were not as we are used to from the Greek Taste. With one order something was broken in the bag, causing everything to be covered in sauce. Today's order was missing the tzaziki that we ordered extra and the salad. it was neatly delivered. but unfortunately the salad was still missing and 1 container of tzaziki was broken. also the rice was undercooked. pity...

It's outrageous how people fool you... I was told 45 minutes ago that my food was ready but no delivery available. Just called and it was ready again and no delivery person yet. Too bad there isn't a good organization there. Normally high quality of food, but very poorly organized in terms of delivery and appointments.

Normally we are very satisfied with the food. Tonight only some of the meat was still half raw, cold, a lot fattier than normal and the fries were half fried, cold and limp. This is not our normal experience with The Greek Taste, so we called. Unfortunately nothing was possible, we just had to eat it or throw it away. This review isn't even about the food, that might happen at some point. But we think this is such poor service!! We don't need a new order, but an apology would have been appropriate for such an expensive order. We will not be back after this time.

After more than an hour and a half after ordering, they simply state that the meal we ordered will take up to 3 hours!!! Can take time, i.e. ordered at 5:10 PM, delivered around 8:00 PM. This without further communication, but only a reference to their website which states that delivery "can take a long time" during the weekend. Unacceptable if you ask me, but of course they have arranged payment via IDeal. So your money has been received immediately into their bank account.....
