If you are hungry, don't order from this place. They are saying it will be delivered in 15 minutes (I'm living very close) and it is the second time it is coming in 1 hour.

Waiting 3 hours for food! After 90 minutes we contacted the shop and someone said it was on its way. Called again 30 minutes later and same answer. Food arrived, no apology no nothing. Just don’t order here

Normally, we were always quite pleased with the food and delivery, but last Sunday was a different story. First, we had to wait well over an hour for 2 chicken satay skewers, 2 portions of fries, and a salad. After something was finally delivered, a portion of fries and the salad were missing, and there was more satay sauce in the bag than in the containers. In short, a big, dirty mess. Also, the food wasn't exactly warm anymore. Very disappointing, and especially that they didn't even respond to an email I sent to bring this to their attention. I will order elsewhere from now on.

Piri piri rice & chicken is best.

Delivery was a tragedy. They forget the chicken in the chicken menu.. The rice is completely inedible. They gave the wrong sauce. Delivery driver didn't even get out of the car and called saying "I'm here" before he was actually here. They literally didn't get a single thing right, plus the food was absolutely terrible.

We always order grilled chicken from Roastary Amsterdamseweg and we're very satisfied customers! Every time, we can count on juicy chicken with such delicious, crispy skin. The fries, both regular and spicy, are also a winner! You get large portions at Roastary, so you can really enjoy them. So always a pleasure, always a hit! #recommended

I recommend to avoid the Roastary in Amstelveen since the service is even worse than the quality of the food. I made a pickup order yesterday via thuisbezorgd and it was supposed to be ready for pickup at 16:50. I came to pick up the order at 16:55 and was surprised to see the place open but no one was there. When I came inside I saw one employee sitting at the side playing with his phone. I told him about my order and he looked and sounded surprised, and after he found it he started to prepare it. When I told him that I ordered a pickup and expected it to be ready he told me that he doesn’t want to work this way and if I don’t like it I can go to another restaurant. I surely will go to another restaurant but not only because of the terrible service, but also the food was bad. The chicken was pink from the inside and the fries were dry and it was clear that these were old reheated fries. Definitely doesn’t worth the price or the stress involved in ordering food from people who use their phones instead of working.

We often get food here and are crazy about the kippeling. Today we went to the store to get kippeling again. It was already packed, freshly baked and nice and warm. We came home and saw that almost all the chicken was burnt, simply inedible. Outrageous! That's why it was already ready! Now I understand. Too bad! We were always super satisfied, but not anymore.

We always order online and it is always delicious! The chicken is nice and tender and well seasoned, fast delivery and friendly delivery staff. We order at least once a week and always look forward to it!

Ordered spare ribs with seasoned fries tonight. The spare ribs were nice and tender but had absolutely no taste at all! The 'seasoned' fries were way too salty, simply unedible! If you are served something like this in a restaurant, you send it back to the kitchen! In short, our rating is one star, but this is already too high.

Received a completely wrong order for the second time, which can of course happen in all the hustle and bustle. But that guy who is super cool on the phone and tells you that you should solve it with Uber is really the last thing you want in your business.

Roasted chicken and nuggets were so good but coleslaw was awful. It tasted like already a spoiled coleslaw.

Got chicken and fries, it turned out to be lukewarm 5 minutes later when I got home. Warming it up myself, unfortunately didn't help. The chicken wings and kippeling were tough, tasteless and we strongly suspect that they were old meat. Fries mealy and limp. The applesauce had a very strange, sour taste. We are not quick to throw away food, but this just seemed old and had been reheated or something, so it was given a single rubbish bin.

Orderd the spring menu. The exciting sounding fresh salad was replaced with coleslaw, and the fresh fruit salad was entirely missing. Very disappointing. Informed the restaurant of the missing items through the uber eats app. No apology or anything.

Damn it. Soggy fries, undercooked chicken, dry and dirty coleslaw. No focus whatsoever in this kitchen, nothing was right. Feel sick.

You order 18 chicken nugets, only get 10 along with a mini portion of fries. Add three tablespoons of applesauce for almost €3. This is no longer the Roastery it used to be with generous portions and delivering what you ordered.

What happened!!!!!?????????? Altijd super lekker besteld en verorberd, maar het hele concept lijkt wel te zijn veranderd!!!!????? Maiskolf ingevet met way too much butter, het glibbert helemaal uit je handen, normaliter gewoon heerlijk sappig en niet al te vet. De coleslaw ook teveel aangemaakt en veel te vet!!!! Niet de ouderwetse coleslaw die wij gewend zijn. De kip lijkt wel te zijn gekrompen en de spareribs daar wordt ook op bezuinigd. Jammer jammer, ik hoop dat jullie de oude formule snel weer oppakken en anders is het 3 klanten minder......

What happened!!!!!?????????? Always ordered and eaten super tasty, but the whole concept seems to have changed!!!!????? Corn on the cob greased with way too much butter, it slides completely out of your hands, normally just wonderfully juicy and not too greasy. The coleslaw was also made too much and way too greasy!!!! Not the old-fashioned coleslaw we are used to. The chicken seems to have shrunk and the spare ribs are also being cut back. Too bad, I hope you pick up the old formula again soon, otherwise it will be 3 customers less......

Today, May 23, 2020, I ordered and picked up a 1 kg chicken. When I arrived at home, I took it out of the packaging, but I thought it was a bit small, so I put it on the scale and without packaging and an aluminum bowl, it only weighed 835 grams. Called and the answer was one chicken is bigger than the other and they really didn't care that much. People weigh your chicken because you are getting fucked here.

Spare ribs not at all as advertised on the website, no marinade, cold and tasteless. Fries were also cold, adding half a liter of applesauce doesn't make up for that. Complaint submitted via Ubereats, but nothing was done about it, which is a shame.

Yesterday I ordered the Roastary Spanish pollo menu. The chicken and fries were not very warm anymore, but the microwave is good for that, but what I did mind is that my order was not complete. I ordered a baked potato and it was not included. .....How difficult is it to check an order....The chicken was delicious by the way....

Very bad, fries were huge portion, 10 fries!! And cold too. Spare ribs very small portion, you cannot call it a menu. Chicken was also good, but you can expect more for a roastary. Disappointing and not to be repeated!

Had food delivered by the Roastary again yesterday, again great. They are now open 7 days a week and that is nice. Also have all kinds of new menus, now also for children. In addition, they now carry Gall & Gall wines that are nice and cool. Great weather!

Chicken was OK. Not too spicy for Indian taste buds. But probably good enough who is not used eating too spicy food.

Our chicken was undercooked. My entire Mother's Day meal was ruined. Called them, they said they would call back....but no. I will not recommend this matter to anyone.

My expectations were not met. The spare ribs were on the lukewarm side, the primal fries were double fried, making them very hard and the corn on the cob was swimming in gravy. Pity. And for that price! Not a second time for us.

Great chicken, but never again through ToGoodToGo, which is expensive! 4 lean chickens and a BOX OF LETTUCE WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONS PURE AND ONLY LETTUCE you pay 6 euros for that while they promote that it should be EIGHTEEN euros now "discounted" for 6!!!

I ordered a menu at about 7.15 pm today on Sunday, paid via ideal and received a message via email that the order will be delivered at 7.40 pm, now it is already 9.27 pm Whether my order will still arrive, I don't think so. I tried to call but received a message. voice mail that they are closed now and will be open again on Wednesday. I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK. I will go to the store on Wednesday to ask for it back. This is very bad, very bad.

Bad experience if you come just after five you get a chicken from the day before, just lie that it just came out of the grill in five minutes and have an autute that you can be happy on the date that you can even buy there for that price

I have purchased a "menu" today : coleslaw, potato gratin, apple sauce and a whole "roasted" chicken. I cannot express my dissapointment. The chicken just fell apart, over cooked , probably several times. The flesh was mushy and dried out on the outside. A couple of bites.... and directly to the waste bin. The side dishes were correct.
