Grabbed a tasty snack for the road. A nice snack bar with a wide selection of delicious food.

I initially wanted to go for fries with stew and a snack, but for about the same price, I opted for the pork tenderloin pieces with mushroom sauce. Delicious.

Very friendly staff. They take their time with you. I'll definitely be ordering from them again. And the food is delicious too!

Ate here for the first time. A very nice mixed grill platter with three types of meat, salad, fries, and three sauces. Then an ice cream and whipped cream waffle. Everything looked sublime. Friendly, hard-working staff. I thought it was inexpensive and would definitely recommend it.

The soft serve/sundae? WOW 🤩 I've rarely had such delicious ice cream. The rest of the food was also delicious, except for the chicken/half chicken, which was very dry. Still very tasty :) The atmosphere only gets 4/5 stars; we sat outside because it's nice, but not particularly beautiful. But it's very pretty inside. The service was nice too. We even went back for another ice cream. So, you really shouldn't miss it. 🙌

Normally everything is great. Unfortunately, the service has been really bad in the last few months. I waited 30 minutes and they didn't even come by to take my drink order. If you've ordered, you're expected to get everything. Unfortunately, I left hungry and looked for another chip shop.

Mixet grill is a plank with 3 small pieces of chicken, pork tenderloin and tough steak, unprepared iceberg lettuce, you had to look carefully otherwise you wouldn't see the lettuce, a tomato and a slice of cucumber, a mini bowl of pepper sauce and a mini bowl of cream sauce, a small cone of fries with a little bit of mayonnaise. You could put it in a hollow tooth, this for €19.95 PP When it came to the table they had forgotten the steaks, these were brought 5 minutes later. The table behind us came in later and had already finished their food when we got it, a lousy bit of food for a lot of money. 3x menus and 3 glasses of beer €84,- I have never experienced anything like it that you get so little for a lot of money, we are very disappointed and will never go there again. The chairs are also on top of each other, not recommended.

The food itself is fine, although sometimes the fries are not completely cooked, but what really bothers me is the amount of sauce you get. If I order fries special, I want a big blob of mayo, curry and onions ON TOP of my fries. But what you get is a little bit of sauce in the separate compartment of the container. I really don't like that.

I will never come there again, today October 27, 2024 we were there at 5 p.m. and at 5.45 p.m. still no food. Something to say, then my husband got his food after 10 minutes and I 5 minutes later. Had a kapsalon chicken, well the chicken had to be I searched and my bowl was full with just some sauce and fries, the service was warned, I would get a new one, it took half an hour, I was very angry and said pack it because I'm not going to sit and eat alone now. I got home, lots of lettuce and sauce and no chicken, all together a tablespoon I think. I have 2 food trucks myself and know what quality should be, and this is not it. I grew up in the catering industry, but here they would be better off sticking to their Chinese rice table because they don't like this, and otherwise there are a few good chefs in the kitchen, than what it says now because that is rubbish. Hopeless owner...customer unfriendly!no service! starts a conversation in the restaurant himself. Too bad the old owner is gone! Because I was always very happy about that, that was a Dutch chip shop with decency. And not some goofy guy who got his ass kicked and can't admit his mistake....

An irregular mess when busy. The table next to me had paid. They were three people, a child and two adults. The man at this table got his food later because they forgot to make it. The woman was eating, as was the child. When the man got his food, there was no apology. The man let his wife eat, saying he thought this was a puppet show. Quite rightly so. While ordering my food, the girl couldn't find what I was going to order her. By the way, I was only helped after 15 minutes and my food came 10 minutes later. As for my food, it would have to be oriental. The noodles I received had loose minced meat. Didn't contain leeks or anything like that. The lettuce did not look fresh. The chicken satay was way too salty and the satay just wasn't tasty. I don't understand why people still want to eat there.

What delicious dishes you have here. I had a pan of hot chicken. The chicken was well seasoned and deliciously spicy. The rest of the table had dishes that I didn't photograph but were all very pleased. The portions are also very good. If you follow the restaurant on Facebook you will receive a surprise snack and a dessert via Instagram. Very nice promotion! We had shrimp croquettes. If you want to eat at a good snack bar/restaurant, you have definitely come to the right place.

The food is fine but give 2 stars for the prices. What an expensive tent. 4 small milkshakes, 2 special frikandels, a croquette and a portion of chicken nuggets: €26! Maybe it's just me, but I think it's way too expensive. Next time we'll look further.

Nothing wrong with the food.. Service is friendly, just don't ask us 5 times if we want something to drink.. What is bizarre is the prices. Makes no sense at all, okay, add a sauce to something and pay for it, okay, but on e.g. the snitzel with a bit of champion sauce for 2.20e, paying for sauce on your ice cream. I was really shocked when I had to pay... No matter how delicious the food is, you won't see me (and my fellow diners) here anymore..

ordered online. I was surprised by the high prices, but if it's good to eat, that's okay. Unclear menu. Special: then you have to order the sauces etc yourself and pay extra (a lot) for it. Snacks were fine. Fries were lukewarm, limp thin and tasteless. Delivered within 35 minutes (still quite a while). Not to be repeated.

After visiting the action, we had lunch here. 2 x 12 hours and 2 cappucino. Staff very friendly and polite. Service very good. Interior looks fashionable. Some furniture worn. But hey, the atmosphere and the food are good and that's what matters. The experience was very positive and I will definitely come back.

The food here is very tasty, but if you sit on the terrace you have to wait a long time for a waitress to come. This may be improved. But once your order has been taken, you will receive your food quickly.

This cafeteria/snack bar with lounge/restaurant vibes is fantastic! Table service, very helpful staff. The seating area looks warm and welcoming and atmospheric. The food was tasty, well proportioned with great flavour. Are you feeling hungry and are you nearby? This is REALLY recommended!

Delicious food! Super friendly family that has something for everyone on the menu. The fries with Nacho sauce and burger with egg were definitely recommended.

My food was served. Then it turned out that my friend's order had run out of sauce. This was not indicated after placing the order. When asked which other sauce was possible, we did not receive an answer after waiting 10 minutes. I had already been asked where my friend's order was, but it would arrive shortly. We left because my food was now cold and my friend's order had still not been served.

My girlfriend's food was already served while it turned out that the ordered sauce with my dish had run out. We waited 10 minutes when I asked what sauce was available. And still no answer. We left.

It was quite tasty, but portions could be a little bigger. Good news for the rest!

Spacious seating and very friendly owners!

Previously (with the previous owner) really tasty soft ice cream, now there is no flavor and you really only get a little bit. Definitely not worth repeating for that amount of money.

Yesterday I ordered a portion of nasi, which really shouldn't be called nasi, but it was way too salty to eat. And the owner didn't want to accommodate me in anything! That was my last visit there!!

When the Bakhuus had just opened, I didn't think the service was that good. That has now changed. Compliments to the young girl who serves there now. Furthermore, the map has been changed/expanded(?) That has also improved. The food is what you would expect for a glorified snack bar.

I came here every week but the quality has deteriorated so much due to the new owner. Peanut sauce is nasty and meatballs have no flavor. Croquette much too overcooked. The food also took a very long time to be ready. Service unfriendly.

You pay a lot for little and the fries are cold.

We used to order every week with the entire family from both locations. Always eaten with taste. Ordered today for the last time after several misses in the past six months. Indicated that I wanted the chicken doner well done and still half raw in the container. Tried calling branch no one answered... tried calling both branches for an hour. My husband finally took the plunge and was having severe stomach pains within 10 minutes of going to the toilet. The chicken salon has also become extremely expensive and the amount of chicken you get for 12 euros nowadays is really scandalous. The service and food used to be great, but nowadays the dogs no longer like it, which is a real shame.

They often fry fries twice and they don't listen to the customer well, plus if they give something like a snitzel, the grease leaks through the bag so that the car mat is just as greasy as your snitzel

On a long drive, take a break from the highway for a snack and a drink. Smooth service and friendly employee. The ordered food arrived quickly and well prepared. Salad fresh and meat tasty. Fries fine and tasty. Quite a large portion.

Just ordered food, but when you complain that there are only 8 pieces of döner at your salon, they say that it always contains 150 grams of meat. Well I think the scale is broken. And they're not going to do anything about it, you know. It's really nice if you treat your customers this way! NOT SO!!!
