Based on many good reviews about the service, I decided to try their fries for the first time today. My husband and I were second in line behind a family. Then, someone walked up and cut the line right in front of us. The vendor clearly saw us standing there first, but to our surprise, He chose to serve the line-cutter instead. This was incredibly disrespectful. If it were crowded, I might understand, but there were barely any people. This was supposed to be my first time trying their food, but now I will never come back.
