Our Asian taste buds are satisfied after eating so much western food for the past 2 weeks in Paris and Amsterdam. Ordered from Uber Eats and Delivery came a little late (10mins late). However, food was amazing! Ordered Phaneng Kai x2, Pophia Tod x2. It's easily the best meal we had in Amsterdam to be honest! Highly recommend the above items (especially Phaneng Kai was spicy and tasty)

Delicious food. Ordered through their own website. It was delivered within an hour. Good portions and flavor. Definitely worth ordering again.

Pay more attention to customer requests

Their red curry is always great- I have ordered it 5-6 times, and it never disappoints. This time we also added fried rice- and the rice was stale & smelly. So giving 3 stars

I had to wait 3:30 hours for my food. I ordered it and they said it would arrive in about 20-30 minutes. After an hour, I called them and asked if it was still coming. They said it was coming and we were waiting for the delivery person. Two hours later, I called them again. When will my order arrive? Yes, the delivery person will be there in 4 minutes. After that, I had to wait another 30 minutes for my food. The delivery person was very grumpy and shoved the food in my hands. He didn't say anything and just walked away.

I should have read the reviews before ordering on Uber Eat.... Order placed at 7:10 p.m. and after 2 calls from me and 1 call from the receptionist at our hotel, the order arrived at 9:45 p.m.... obviously with missing products 😞 Needless to say, I do not recommend it at all.

Do not order from this restaurant on UberEats! I ordered two dishes today, and after waiting for an hour, I received completely wrong orders. When I called the restaurant, they refused to issue a refund and said it would take another hour to exchange the food. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. Most importantly, duck tasted not fresh and the vegetables were super salty. Better choose other decent Thai food in town.

Order on UberEats never arrived after 2 hours of waiting. This establishment makes fun of its customers by canceling orders without warning, does not answer the phone, and is in bad faith by saying that it is never their fault and that they do not cancel any orders (see all the answers they invent in the other comments). So here is the screenshot "your order has been canceled by toko thai". I am curious to see what argument they will invent this time to try to justify themselves. We must stop ordering from these clowns!

UberEats delivery never arrived after a 2-hour wait. They don't answer the phone. Given the number of comments complaining about this problem, we're just waiting for this pathetic "restaurant" to go away on its own. --- Edit in response to your comment: You take people for idiots. Instead of apologizing for your deplorable service, you ask if the food isn't waiting for me at the hotel reception?! Shame on you.

Usually great food. Last order was a bit disappointing because we always had a great meal. The taste was a bit less present in the curry and the pad thai. Otherwise always friendly service.

Made order for delivery and didn't arrive for 3 hours. Then when it arrived it was wrong order. Avoid this place. Tried to cancel after 2 hours of waiting and wasn't allowed. No understanding from staff or attempt to discount.

Very useless staff. Went there in person to order take-out to make sure they're not adding mushrooms(my wife is allergic so I asked them very specifically to omit them). When I got home and opened my order there were still mushrooms... Would have taken it back if I weren't far away.

The food was unfortunately very disappointing. The Pad Thai was not tasty, the satay sauce was as thick as peanut butter, and everything was cold upon arrival - despite being delivered within 40 minutes. I won't order here again.

Had to wait over 2 hours for our food. We had to call after the Uber Eats delivery time had long passed. When the order finally arrived, it turned out that they had forgotten to deliver the cassava. I contacted you again by telephone about this. I was asked if I wanted a refund for the cassava, to which I answered yes. I then had to provide my telephone number and everything would be sorted out the same evening. I never heard from them again! The food itself was certainly not bad, but the service was really bad. A reason for me not to order here anymore. That's not how you treat customers.

I ordered chicken curry and pad thai through Uber Eats. The pad thai was meh, but the thai curry was amazing. I love the consistency of it and the spices were there! I could see myself reordering it jn the future. In fact, I bought the B1G1 promo and I am so happy that I have some in the fridge for me to bring it to the office the next day. There was a mishap about the delivery which caused them to go a little bit over than the estimated time. But the way they resolve it was excellent! Context: the delivery guy couldn’t read the delivery notes that I wrote in English, but after a few attempts to call me (but it didnt go through), the manager took the initiative to deliver the food himself.

After waiting for more than three hours for no food, the store did not contact me or cancel the order.

Delivery taking 2 hours in a city where most travel is by bike is unacceptable. When I called to inquire, the delay was blamed on the rain, but it rains here almost all year round. If this is the standard response, perhaps the restaurant should only offer dine-in service. If you can’t meet delivery expectations, it might be best to pause that option altogether.

Not much to say about the atmosphere as this is a takeaway/delivery restaurant.

Accepts and then cancels when they realize it is further than they want to go. In that case, limit your area. Very bad. Edit: picked up food as i was nearby and it's great. The restaurant part looks very nice and services was great.

The best!!! If I could give 10 stars I would! Food taste amazing really like Thai cosine. I order with them almost every other week! And it’s pretty rare that delivery takes too long to wait , usually between 1 hour or 1 hour 30 min. Food is always fresh and delivered with good care, all liquid products always protected by foil around. My personal recommendation: Tom Yam Kai, Kaeng Kiowaan,Neua Phad Krapau. オランダにあるタイ料理さんて、ほぼ本場のタイ料理とはかけ離れた、なんだか炒め物にフルーツを投入しちゃったりするようなインドネシアっぽい甘だるいオイスター炒めみたいな“エセ”タイ料理が蔓延っているので、ましてデリバリーだったこともありまるで期待はしていなかったのですが、TOKO THAIさんめちゃくちゃ大当たりでした🤩👍 色々調べて写真を見比べてココはわりとちゃんとしてそうだなと思って、Uberでタイ料理として押さえて起きたい定番料理を3品ほど頼んだのですが、辛めにして欲しいとか卵を半熟でなどとわがままな特別注文にも見事に応えたちゃんとしたガパオライスが到着です。 味もしっかりした辛味のある美味しいタイご飯🍚🇹🇭堪能させていただきました🙌 他にもレッドカレーなどまた次回投稿したいと思います。 写真はあまり良く無いけど美味しかった〜❤️

Average quality..long waiting time

if you don’t want to deliver orders that are less than 20 euros then you can mention this at the beginning and even set a limit automatically. what you cannot do is to cancel peoples orders after you receive them saying you were too busy. that’s lying. last thing one needs from whom they trust with delivering food. it’s a pity for you that you don’t realize my orders usually are way more than 20eur if you check the history. great way to lose customers. keep it up

I picked up food from their new business in Zaandam last Saturday and it was great! The new place turned out beautiful and the food was great! I had the Kai phad krapauw and the spicy chicken salad and they were gone in no time🤤

Heb eten besteld. Aangezien Über Eats niet het juiste huisnummer heeft vermeld, heb ik het aangepast en de naam van het bedrijf vermeld. Wat schetst mijn verbazing, bestelling toch op nummer 149 afgeleverd. Ze hadden twee opties om mij tegemoet te komen. Optie 1) De bezorger terugsturen om het eten terug te halen, maar eh.... momenteel geen bezorger beschikbaar. Optie 2) met onze touringcar zelf naar nummer 149 om te zien hoe het laatste restje in het keelgat van de bewoner verdwijnt. Haha wat een fijne opties. Sta nu met een lege maaginhoud bij de groep om ze, al knorrend, naar Den Haag te rijden 🥴

As always a fantastic meal. This Thai cuisine is pure indulgence.

Order placed via Uber Eats, but was rejected and canceled 20 minutes later with no reason. Called Toko Thai and got on the phone with an unfriendly employee, who gave the reason that the order amount was too low (while the order was simply above the minimum order amount of Uber Eats). It will then take 3-10 working days before the money is refunded. Not a decent service.

Ordered via Uber Eats, waited for 3 hours just to receive a notification that it has been delivered while food was nowhere to be found. Terrible experience. Paid for the service and not only we did not receive anything in return (nor a refund), we also had to wait 3 hours.

Unfortunately one dish was missing. Initially we thought it was the green curry but later it turned out to be the soup (Tom ka kha). I drove back and got another green curry. We were mistaken. Delicious food! Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and the kai phad kratiam is addictively delicious (chicken dish with garlic and coriander). Could eat it for 2-3 days with plenty of prawn crackers left. Toko Thai is around the corner from me. Order for collection was easy to arrange via the website, and it was ready for collection in plenty of time. Well and neatly packaged, warm, and friendly employees. Worth repeating! Ignore the bad home delivery reviews. If you have problems with longer delivery times due to crowds, it is better to just pick it up.
