I ordered nasi with rendang and tempeh, but unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The rendang was dry and tough, and the food had an odd flavor. When I contacted them, they told me it was a difference in taste. Later, I saw that other people had experienced this. Too bad, I won't be ordering from them again.

Got small rames. Her beef was really awful. It didn't taste like beef. I have no idea what it was. The vegetables were overcooked and the fried plantain was dry. Because I thought the meat tasted really strange, I threw everything away. I'll go back to Alkmaar next time. A real waste of money.

Roti chicken for 1 person, potatoes for 2 people, half chicken per person. Seems quick to make, but lacks flavor. The egg seemed old and rubbery, the roti plate was fine, the cornbread wasn't fresh either, greasy and tough. The ingredients seemed freshly made, but they just didn't look fresh. Delivery was on time. Haven't found good roti chicken in Heerhugowaard yet.

Unfortunately, the roti wasn't very good; the wrapper was way too thick. My partner's Ramen tasted bland. Such a shame; we won't be ordering from them again.

We ordered food yesterday and all got food poisoning and were seriously ill with severe stomach cramps and bad diarrhea :-( It was always good and tasty but we don't dare order there anymore.

Great service. We were even allowed to sample the food. The food was excellent!

We ordered from here often, and it was always delicious, well-seasoned, truly delicious. Today, after a while, we ordered from here again, and it was inedible! No seasoning, the beans were hard, the meat was tough, and it had no flavor. It was nasi ramas with five other dishes. Such a shame, it was our favorite!

I came in here...into this lovely little atmospheric shop...and was very kindly welcomed by the owner Cici...I started chatting with her...it was nice...while drinking a cup of Indonesian jasmine tea...I will definitely come back here again...to enjoy the hospitality of this lovely family...certainly until next time

Edited review: unhappy with the quality of the Sambal Goreng Boontjes, pretty sure it went bad. I went back but was disappointed with the service. The lady was not empathetic and didn't even apologise. Will not return here any time soon.

What a lovely place these kind and warm people have! 🥰 We received a warm welcome and were very hospitable. The food was delicious, and so was the tea! We had a wrap with spicy chicken, Pisang Goreng, and a spring roll. Clean and tidy. Definitely worth coming back! Selamat Makan 😋

Super delicious Bami Ramas special, ordered this for two people. Delicious flavor and nice and hot. There was more than enough. Delivered on time. Definitely worth repeating.

Ordered for the first time last week. Quite a disappointment. The delivery was fast, I can't say anything about that. I had white rice with beans and rendang. The meat was tough and I had almost no sauce. I also fished out whole branches of the beans. I was very disappointed.

I went on holiday to Bali (Indonesia) myself, and the food there cannot be compared to toko2walk. They also use the microwave, so know what you're paying top dollar for.

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews? Sorry things didn't go your way.

Nice cozy shop with good food and lovely staff. The food is very tasty and you get a nice portion. All in all a decent Indonesian shop with good food. Personally, I like it a bit spicier. And everything is halal, as Indonesian food should be!

The meat had a nasty aftertaste and did not smell fresh. Taste was not what we are used to from Indonesian food. Very disappointing. Not again for us.

I have often eaten Indian food in Amsterdam and personally I don't think the Indian food in West Friesland is spicy or tasty enough. The Indian food at Toko 2 Go pleasantly surprised me. I certainly enjoyed it

Heel vaak eten besteld. Wij houden niet van pittig dus bestellen altijd zo zoet mogelijk en altijd hetzelfde. Deze keer weer hetzelfde als altijd besteld maar opeens was het veel en veel te pittig. Beide porties die besteld waren. Meteen gebeld maar mevrouw lachte er gewoon om en was niet van plan om het op te lossen. Er op aangedrongen dat ze het maar moeten proeven want dat het deze keer echt heel, heel pittig was. Mevrouw nam het niet serieus en ging er alsnog niks mee doen....Daar zit je dan zonder eten

Erg goede toko, heerlijk eten en vriendelijke mensen. De vrouw van de eigenaar is Indonesisch en kookt heerlijk! Aanrader.

Vandaag voor het eerst besteld en we waren aangenaam verrast! Grote porties, juiste temperatuur en erg lekker zeker voor herhaling vatbaar wat ons betreft.

Kom hier al een paar jaar iedere week. Heerlijk eten met liefde gemaakt en de eigenaars zijn fijne klantvriendelijke mensen.

Tried today 1 vegetarien and 1 bami ramas. Just one thing to say: very disapointing. Not just the flavors but also a very "little" meal. Not a lot taste-wise. Not a lot of choice and Not much for the money you pay (2x 10,50 ) Normaly we go tot Alkmaar (Djaya Makmur) but we wanted to try this one. Will NOT go there again. In Alkmaar you get a lot more (could fead 2 persons), the food is better marinated and there is a lot more choice. My advise: skip Wok2walk and drive 5 minutes further and go to Alkmaar, you will Not regret it.

als je niet wilt koken echt een aanrader alleen thuis in de magnetron zetten en je hebt een heerlijke maaltijd personeel erg vriendelijk

Prima eten. Niet duur. Vriendelijk personeel.

Halal restaurant met veel keus uit diverse groenten, rund , kip of vegetarisch. Vriendelijk personeel. Het eten smaakte goed en met de medium portie zaten we meer dan vol. Voldoende parkeerdgelegenheid in de omgeving. Ruime openingstijden.

Neem enkel keer weer de Box to Go a 5eur met nasi, hete boontjes en hete kip.. een echte aanrader!!

While staying in the Netherlands I received a menu from my girlfriend she told me about a take-out Indonesian restaurant. Well, I decided to give it a shot. The food was a bit confusing to me but the lady who owns the restaurant with her husband was very patient and even threw in some free snacks to sample at home! i had all kinds of different meals and we tasted all and loved it. As my birthday was a week later and I didn't want to go out for dinner but wanted to invite family who lives in the Netherlands over, I decided to ask if they could help me out. I had so much food that I gave it away at the end of the evening and made some relatives very happy with the left -overs. Pricewise I have no trouble to take out ever again when I will be in Holland again From Alkmaar to Heerhugowaard is less than 15 minutes by car. I know they deliver as well but not sure if that is only Heerhugowaard. My favorites are the Soto soup, Dendeng Balado Pedas ( spicey beef ), Ayam Potjo-Potjo( chicken in coconut sauce) Would take out here again, and again!
