I'm doing all the cooking and accounting by myself, so I guess it can't be helped that she's a girl, but I wonder who's responsible for the flavor. I have dietary restrictions so I'm used to bland meals, but even if a child made it, it might be a little better. It was a miso udon with absolutely no flavor, salt, or oil. All the vegetables were raw (no boiled Chinese cabbage). Did you wash them? Bacteria won't die in lukewarm soup!

Bad food for the high price they charge. As some reviews mention: I regret not having read them first—don’t make the same mistake! I ordered a chicken udon miso soup, but it turned out to be just some broth (probably not even homemade) with lots of cabbage and a few pieces of chicken. It also came with a boiled egg that I don’t think was fresh, it tasted a bit sour (I assumed the flavor came from the broth) and 15 minutes after eating I had to spend half an hour on the toilet (luckily I was early for my flight). The staff didn’t look very professional; they were busy joking with each other while some customers were waiting, though I didn’t mind that too much.

Filthy environment and staff that either don't show up or don't care. With a family, you pay over €100 for mediocre sushi and soup. Tables are being washed, and you have to clean up after yourself. The floor is covered in trash. You get used to things at Schiphol, but this was simply unacceptable.

Dear Two Tigers Team, I recently ordered noodles from your restaurant and was shocked to find an insect in my meal (photo attached). I must say, I expected Two Tigers, not Two Tigers and One Insect. Quite possibly the least "Ramen" I've ever had. The noodles deteriorate to mush, the "Chashu is definitely not that, it's some roasted pork without any flavour. The" Miso ramen" I'm quite sure they just mix dashinomoto broth with instant miso soup pack. And the crimes of adding sweetcorn, cabbage, hard boiled eggs (not Ajitama). I'm sorry that I bought food here.

They start serving noodles at 11 in the morning. I ordered pork belly miso ramen and it was ready in no time. It was worth the two-hour wait. 18.75 euros is a bit on the expensive side, but the taste didn’t disappoint (what can go wrong with miso) and the portion was appropriate. There was also plenty of vegetable and protein. The staff were mostly busy with preparing food, but they did answer questions when I asked. Their English is unfortunately not fluent and I had issues getting them to understand what I meant. The sushi looked expensive with small portions; I didn’t try those.

It's been a long time since I've eaten such tasteless and sad sushi as here. The salmon was decent enough, the rice was dry and looked like it was at least a day old, the nori was watery to say the least, and the tempura prawns were soft and chewy. On top of it all, this food cost €41, a price that would have been acceptable if it was freshly prepared food from a star restaurant, but this was worse than the cheap sushi you get in the grocery store. If the price had been acceptable, I would have given the food two stars.

Being completely honest, as someone who has tried really really good ramen and absolutely disastrous ramen, this is bad. For almost 20 euros, I ordered chicken miso ramen with only eggs (tamago and boiled egg) and chicken as topping, NOTHING tasted oriented. The ramen noodle had decent texture which I found to be the only good element about the dish. The rest is just horrendous. The miso broth has only slight miso flavor and it masked by all the other ingredients that should not take place in the broth. The chicken was bland, but worst of all, the egg tasted SOUR. I asked the staff about the egg while encouraging a staff to try and check the quality of the egg for the safety of the customers. After a staff tried and said it tasted fine, I was just left there and ignored. This is not the service an airport restaurant should offer and definitely not acceptable to customers. Would not encourage anyone to come here even if it’s the only option available.

I had vegetable ramen noodles which consisted mainly of the thickest ramen noodles I’ve seen. There were few vegetables in the soup and it was tasteless. I instantly regretted paying for it and like all airport food, it wasn’t cheap. You’re actually paying for 1/2 kg of thick noodles. They did offer a new soup with more vegetables but I didn’t have an appetite for more of that brown water. It’s a disgrace to be charging a fortune for less than mediocre food just because you’re guaranteed travellers visiting.

Ordered babi pangang with rice noodles, there was no sauce with the dry babi pangang, only a small container of ketjap. I have always had a good meal there but will not order from them again!!
