€3.10 for a small bottle of water. Theft! Absolute theft... you should be ashamed to ask for this in a hospital. By the way... there are no prices listed for the (soft) drinks. Every product offered has a mandatory price indication.

It happened at Treant in Emmen…. we stood in front of a closed door at the hospital shop… and many others with us. The window clearly states that they open at 11 o'clock, but it turned out to be 12 o'clock. Expectations raised, disappointment realized. Help your own employees to do a good job!! Dissatisfied customers are simply not fun.

There's a sign saying, "If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, please let us know." But if you then ask for wheat-free bread, for example, 100% spelt, corn bread, or gluten-free, it's not available. When I ask what you offer for people with allergies, I get no answer. Finally, a prepackaged cookie can be offered. I find this very odd for a hospital. The woman wasn't interested at all!

You order via thuisbezorg.nl, pay for everything, and suddenly at the time they are supposed to arrive, you check the site and find out that the order has been cancelled because they are not open. On the thuisbezorg.nl site it says open, on their website it says open too, but when you call the number, the person answers and says, "Yes, we are closed. You will receive the money back in your account within 3 working days." So now I have to order food from someone else again; this costs you 2 orders. If you are going to order from Mevlana Emmercompascuum, I refuse; don't do it.

Raadhuisplein 99I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews. It's possible that some things have been renovated and improved, but the food was affordable and delicious, and beautifully presented. The service was the friendliest I've experienced anywhere else in the Netherlands. And the atmosphere was very inviting with very comfortable seating. Perfect for a visit to Wildlands.
