We came to get 2 milkshakes, one strawberry and one chocolate. This is not on the menu and was made especially for us. Too bad the chocolate milkshake wasn't cold enough.

The quality of the fries has deteriorated greatly since there was a new owner. The snacks themselves are still okay, but the fries are limp and they are mainly very small pieces of potato. And the price has certainly not decreased. After all the years of enjoyment with Hussein and his father, we are now looking for a different and, above all, better fries shop.

When the previous owner stopped using it, it was a tough pill to swallow. But the new owner certainly doesn't disappoint. Fries are tasty and the staff is friendly. I've been here several times in the past and have always been very satisfied.

I will really miss the fries from the old owners, I have never had such tasty fries as theirs anywhere. Always deliciously crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Even with a dollop of sauce on top of the cone, the fries that were covered remained crispy! It's a shame that their art of frying fries has not been adopted. Forever a place in my heart 💔🙏

What a mockery, did the new owner leave his 'Glasses' at home? How difficult must it be? Want to fry a fresh artisanal fries? Apparently very difficult. Nothing is right here anymore. A large portion of fries, but all small pieces. Half full cup of mayonnaise, which I couldn't even get to the bottom to dip a piece of fries into. The traditional frikandels tasted terribly salty. For me it was the last time, because the next day I still felt it... I miss the fresh fries from before.

Nice people. Mediocre interior, but that is subjective. The fries were mediocre but not worth the price (compared to Bram Ladage for example). Fries are no larger than 2 cm, which in my opinion means you can enjoy them much less.

You can't call it fries. Price/Quality is too high for what you get. Previous owners were 10x better.

This used to be the best fries in town, baked by 2 very sweet and fun guys. But now with new owners, it’s bad fries. No longer freshly cut, different potatoes and oil. (And mostly tiny rest pieces too) And where it used to be two guys, quickly serving all of us while having a fun chat, now it’s 4 people, taking even longer, when it’s not even fresh fries, and a big chaos. Baking good fries is a question of getting the right potato, fresh, and good oil at the right temperature. I could even taste the bad oil difference in my kroket. Man met friet clearly doesn’t get that and is just offering a cheap bake for the same price. (Probably because they need to pay 2 x as much people because of their own inefficiency) After many years of coming here bi-weekly with the previous owner, this was my last time. Bye bye previous owners, we will miss your fries, and you!

It was the tastiest fries shop in Rotterdam that pre-baked its own fries. Unfortunately, the fries have deteriorated considerably with the new owner. We have 3 bags of chip grit, fries were no larger than 1 cm. Chicken pieces were very tasty, I hope they change their fries supplier soon, unfortunately I will be looking for a new fries shop for the time being...

I happened to be in the area once when getting off the train from the station and fancied some fries. Best fries I've ever had. Have to try it again though.

The best fries in the Netherlands! Made with love. The peanut sauce is made by the owner's father. Tastes delicious! The onions are also freshly cut there by hand. And of course you will always receive friendly help.

We zijn al jaren vaste klant bij het Paviljoen. De eigenaren zijn fantastisch lieve mensen, het eten is van zeer hoge kwaliteit (uitsluitend verse patat en verse burgers) en de zaak is brandschoon. We halen echt nooit meer ergens anders onze friet en snacks!

De lekkerste patat van Rotterdam!

Lekkere friet, simpel en wel veel keuze. Gewoon een snackbar.

Kleine zaak, maar patat is super lekker. Vader en zoon zijn super gezellig.

Voor het eerst bij deze zaak geweest en nooit meer. Hebben voor 2 personen friet en 4 snacks besteld. Kost 22.50, terwijl op de borden we maar op 19.70 uitkomen. Dus ik vraag netjes 'heeft u een bonnetje?' Daarop reageren ze gelijk heel agressief, dat het onzin is, waarom het niet klopt, dat ze dure olie gebruiken, dat we niet moeten zeuren, dat we volgende keer maar naar een andere zaak moeten gaan etc. Nou dat doen we zeker. Volgende keer komen we hier zeker niet terug. Vervolgens klopt de bestelling ook nog niet. Uiteindelijk bleek er een inderdaad een fout te zijn gemaakt in de bestelling, die ze daarna goed hebben gemaakt. Toen waren ze ineens een stukje aardiger. Opzich vriendelijke mensen, maar met een beetje opvliegend karakter als je aangeeft dat er iets niet goed is gegaan.

Super lekkere patat nog beter dan Ladage dus hier de lekkerste patat in Rotterdam en je wordt heel vriendelijk geholpen TOPPIE !!!!!

Eigenaar, moest vermelden dat van het pinnen er zoveel naar de bank ging. De flessen saus die op de balie staan mag je niet aankomen. Mensen die na ons kwamen die geen meenemen hadden kregen eerder hun bestelling omdat ie om acht uur dicht ging. Kortom weet weer waarom ik er niet naar toe ging. Ook wel erg duur.

Super tent. Kwaliteit altijd goed en hele aardige vader en zoon die het runnen.

Kom hier al vanaf kinds af aan. Een van de beste patatzaken van Rotterdam. Helaas dat de prijzen wel fors gestegen zijn.

Bram Ladage heeft een probleem! Hier nóg lekkerdere patat gegeten, niks geen diepvries maar zelf gesneden. Mooi ingerichte schone zaak met hele vriendelijke mensen. Misschien een beetje aan de prijs maar dan heb je ook wat!

Ik kom hier al een jaar of 19 als ik in de buurt ben en een lekker patatje wil. Ruime keuze in snacks, ook vegetarisch. Vader en zoon zijn altijd even vriendelijk en attent. De zaak ziet er bovendien altijd spik en span uit.

Goed was erg druk maar wordt wel vriendelijk geholpen. Ze kwamen het eten zelfs naar de auto toe brengen.
