We had a delicious meal! They have gluten-free pasta and pizza, and the gluten-free pizza is truly delicious! The non-gluten-free dishes are delicious too. The courtyard is super cozy and the service was top-notch. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Beautiful location with an atmospheric courtyard. It took almost half an hour before someone came to ask what we wanted to drink, after which things went faster. The children had a generously topped pizza, we had the fish platter. This was also a huge portion. We couldn't possibly finish the pasta under the fish. The taste was fine. A minor downside was that there was a piece of plastic in the pizza. After mentioning this, we heard nothing more. When another waitress came to clear the table and I mentioned it again, someone came to apologize. It turned out to be a piece of the mozzarella packaging. I would have appreciated it if a drink or a slice of pizza had been deducted from the bill, but apparently that wasn't possible. A shame. For us, the first and last time.

As a pizza lover (not an expert!), I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. My son was very impressed with his fish pizza; according to him, the best pizza he has ever had. A huge compliment to the chef! The presentation of the food is truly amazing, and it makes the food taste even better.

Ordered a pizza online at 6 PM, received a confirmation to pick it up at 7 PM, then got a call at 6:57 PM saying it was too busy and it would be 8 PM. No apologies or anything. They were already on their way. Subsequently, had a delicious meal at their neighbors, Suriname aan de Geul; fantastic food, friendly staff, and many times cheaper than 2 pizzas.

What an amazing Italian restaurant, the food is prepared with love! We ate inside first and then moved to the courtyard for dessert. You feel like you're in Italy for a moment. I had the Bruschetta as a starter, the Tagliatelle with beef tenderloin tips as a main course, and the panna cotta for dessert. We had a super delicious meal, we would love to come back 👍👌. And those extra calories, you'll just cycle them off again in South Limburg. 😉🚲👍

The food was good, but on several occasions parts of a dish were missing. For example, no Parmesan on the carpaccio, no ice cream with the cheesecake. The service is friendly, but the overall atmosphere is rather messy.

The atmosphere was cozy, the service was top-notch and very friendly. As the icing on the cake, the owner himself came over for a chat, which made it extra personal. We will definitely be coming back here from West Flanders!

We have been coming to this restaurant for many years. The owner is an extremely likeable man and the service is simply attentive and good. The location is always pleasant. However, we have noticed that the quality of some dishes has deteriorated significantly. A few months ago, we tried the pasta con filetto e tarrtuffo. However, it was a huge disappointment; there was little to no truffle flavor and the beef tenderloin tips were cooked far too long. The meat was truly bone dry and terribly tough. We felt like, very annoying, but unfortunately, it can happen once in a while. Last week, we made another attempt. Fortunately, the lasagna was good. At the request of others, we asked for a pasta/spaghetti with seafood, as it is not on the menu, but that was no problem. When the dish was brought, it looked very promising. Beautifully presented with mussels, salmon, white fish, etc. But unfortunately, this dish was also severely substandard in terms of taste. The pasta was truly tasteless, bland, had little oil, and was very dry. The Calamari was also so bland and tasted only of oil. Another bad experience. It is becoming really difficult to give the restaurant another chance now. Especially when you have had a very bad experience for the second time. Unfortunately, trust in the chef is gone. A real shame.

During my vacation, I picked up two three-course menus with pasta and pizza. They were really delicious! I definitely recommend it!

We had a delicious meal on Saturday. We had a lovely Pinot Grigio Rosé and the Grigliato di pesce misto, truly a delectable seafood platter for two. Even though it was busy, the service was pleasant and efficient. Definitely a place to return to when we are in the area again.

Nicely reserved a table for two outside in advance. A lovely quiet spot in beautiful weather. The service was quick; we ordered the seafood platter for two. This is highly recommended. It is delicious: various types of fresh fish, from sea bass and mussels to white fish, salmon, lobster, and shrimp, served with tasty warm pasta aioli. With the right cutlery and napkins. Everything was top-notch. Well worth the price. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick, even though it was busy. The personal touch is not forgotten.

Disorganized service. After making a reservation, we were seated in different places due to some confusion. We expressed our frustration, but our criticism was not fully understood. We then ordered, and the starter was forgotten, so the main course had to be returned. We accepted the apology. Ultimately, we had a very good meal and lovely wines. However, when settling the bill, they wanted to know exactly how much we had drunk, even though a complimentary wine would have been much more elegant.

A very cozy and inviting restaurant! The food was delicious, and the portions are perfect, even for big eaters. I would definitely recommend the Frutti di Mare pizza. 😉 They also have a special area inside if you bring your dog. Great for four-legged friends!

We reserved a table for 7:00 PM. Upon arrival, quite a few tables were already occupied, so we were shown to a table upstairs, which was fine. The staff were clearly busy, so it took a while before we received our drinks and could order our appetizers and main courses. After ordering, it took almost an hour and a half before we received our appetizers... the food was excellent. We understood that it took a while because some people were sick. We understand and appreciate that things might be different. What did surprise us was that despite the staff shortage, they decided to keep the entire restaurant open. This was unworkable for the staff who were still working.

We shared bruschetta as a starter, followed by fantastic main courses. Pasta with mushroom filling and a delicious saltimbucco with spaghetti in garlic oil. Delicious. Definitely recommended for dining out.

After good reviews, we made a reservation. Well, that was incredibly disappointing. The welcome in the small hallway where you have to wait was already disappointing. Inside, it's a cozy restaurant but incredibly noisy. We opted for an anti-pasta appetizer for two. It was beautiful but tasteless. The frozen calamari was a disappointment, even though the website says they make fresh calamari. We both felt nauseous during our meal, and the shrimp really bothered us both. We decided not to have a main course because the food made us feel unwell. We also found the owner unhygienic; he was so sweaty that beads of sweat fell off, and the way he spoke to us was unfriendly. We had to pay downstairs, so unfriendly, not a good day. Outside, several other guests were complaining about the food's lack of flavor. A shame, a pleasant evening ruined.

Everyone sharing a small house and then enjoying a meal together. Waiting in the narrow hallway with six people, while the staff paced back and forth, wasn't very convenient. We were shown to our table after about a 10-minute wait. Drinks arrived fairly quickly. The menu is extensive, so choosing was a challenge. Two meat dishes, lasagna, a portion of fries for the little girl, and a four-cheese pizza. The pizza arrived quickly. It had four slices of cheese on it, but was that it? The lasagna was a substantial portion that tasted delicious. A plate of meat with spaghetti, and a plate of meat with fries. Only the fries were shared with the little girl's, which made us wonder if it was really a portion for two. The flavors of all the dishes were excellent. It's not cheap, so you expect a little attention. That wasn't the case, only at the end when the plates were cleared. Did the Limocello, which I'd seen mentioned in various reviews, pass our table by? Maybe another time, but not for now.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience at this restaurant. The drinks were fine and the bruschetta was delicious. However, the main courses took a very long time to arrive and even came separately. My food had almost cooled down after 5 minutes while my partner's wasn't ready yet. The meat in our dishes wasn't good; it lacked flavor and was tough/overcooked. The service was very poor; we had to wait a long time for our drinks to be taken, and we weren't even asked if everything was to our liking. We paid the bill without tipping, which we almost never do. Such a shame!

RESERVED FOR 4 PEOPLE WEEKS IN ADVANCE. Since it was getting cold outside, we sat inside...a mistake...we waited over 1.5 hours for the main course. 3 pizzas eventually arrived...the 4th [sole from the freezer] arrived when we were finished with the pizza! Then the owner gave us a hard time! If you can't handle the food...please don't accept reservations! Never again! Simply terrible!

Not what we're used to here. They've changed the menu, dishes have changed, and there aren't enough staff for the number of people in the restaurant. They don't even come to our table to order drinks. We had to wait a very long time, 2 hours and 15 minutes, for our main course. And the dishes were served in a rush. A shame, as we've had delicious meals here many times in the past!

This is a typical Italian restaurant, with excellent food at a reasonable price. The only downside I can think of is that the portions are too large, leaving me no room for the delicious appetizers or desserts. The courtyard garden is especially lovely and atmospheric.

Because it was so busy they only had to place one order, so I had to wait a bit longer, but the food was definitely worth it.

We were here with friends in the patio/courtyard on a summer Saturday (July 12th). It was already quite full. The two of us went for a non-alcoholic aperitif (a crodino spritz), a coke, and water (both sparkling and still), followed by a main course: a ravioli filled with lobster, a stew with whitefish, mussels, and scampi, a pan-fried sea bass, and a sirloin steak, finishing with vanilla and hazelnut ice cream, dame blanche, hazelnut and vanilla ice cream, and a slice of shortcrust pastry with lemon. The food was truly delicious. The service was good but became a bit chaotic as the evening progressed. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely meal here in the courtyard, it has a great atmosphere and was also full in this beautiful weather! Staff very friendly and up for a joke. Plenty of choice, extensive menu, something for everyone! Price ratio excellent! If we are in the area we will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

How this restaurant is going downhill. Have been coming here for years but this was the last time. Takes a very long time before you get your food. And then it is also cold, not cooked and overcooked, pasta was cold. No service to be found to report this. We are told we have one man too few, yes I don't care about that. Dishes were removed from the bill, that's true. This was the last time for us. Fortunately there are plenty of better restaurants here.

Service was quite chaotic and we were tucked away in a small and much too warm room. Considering my first experience, I don't think I'll go back here again. Price-quality is quite poor.

Keurig en op tijd gereserveerd word je ergens achterin 1 hoog ongezellig weggestopt. Vraag je om ander plekje dan kan dat niet….zie je de tafel naast ons later toch verplaatst worden! Schandalig! Het eten is prima, maar toch ontevreden naar huis.

Came here to eat for the 3rd year in a row. Still super friendly staff and great food. Map Changes from time to time. Delicious dishes, good wines. The only thing missing is a selection of Italian beers.

Very disappointing! The kitchen couldn't handle it and we had to wait more than 1.5 hours for our main course. Moreover, this was reflected in the dishes. Made in a hurry, little taste, fat (too much cream, thick layer of cheese, etc.). This was indicated, but nothing was done, no compensation in any form. Shame!!

Gereserveerd op donderdag voor pasen om 2e paasdag te eten. Druk dus, maar goed we hadden gereserveerd voor 2 personen. We werden op de “zolder” geplaatst, zonder andere gasten, ondanks reservering aan een 4 pers. tafeltje. Andere plek was NIET mogelijk, onvriendelijke reactie, beneden was mn voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Laat ik nou slecht ter been zijn! Bij het afrekenen gaf ik de tip om mn bij verwachte grote drukte bij reservering te vragen of een stijl trappetje bezwaarlijk is. Reactie “ daar kunnen we geen rekening mee houden, dan moeten we overal rekening mee houden”. JA DUS! Dat noemen ze klantvriendelijk!! Dat was ver te zoeken! Het eten was goed… maar veel te duur.

You can still reserve online on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Often drove by, didn't expect it to be so cozy inside, beautiful patio terrace. Friendly welcome, attractively decorated and delicious food. We will definitely come back.

Stopped here spontaneously at the end of a long motorcycle tour and was absolutely thrilled by the excellent food and very attentive and friendly service. We were served by at least four people and everyone was chatty, courteous and created a very welcoming atmosphere. The food wasn't run-of-the-mill Italian and was extremely tasty. We were also very impressed by the value for money and can definitely imagine coming here again on our next motorcycle tour.

What about hygiene? When Sebastiaan often wipes his wet nose with the back of his hand and also wipes his sweaty forehead with that hand, hygiene seems to be a thing of the past. Especially if you just continue preparing the pizza. Creepy, we won't go here anymore.

What ridiculous management and service. After 1.5 hours of waiting, our dishes finally arrived. We had made a reservation and yes it was busy, but there was no communication and the service also made inappropriate comments during the evening and sometimes somewhat strange reactions to our family. Indicate from the shop that it is busy and possibly give us the option to eat something as a snack. While the restaurant downstairs was already empty and everyone around us had already eaten, we felt completely unseen. The food, on the other hand, was good and quite unique for a pizza, but that's okay for this price. In short, not recommended.

Bediening man op leeftijd die geen geduld had, wij hadden iet wat meer tijd nodig bij het maken van onze keuze, zijn reactie "zo moeilijk kan het toch niet zijn. Eten werd niet gelijktijdig geserveerd, kleine porties, kaas pizza met vijgen en walnoten, deze waren op, bediening kwam aan tafel met mededeling dat de vijgen op waren en idpv cherry tomaat, welgeteld 1 cherry tomaat geen walnoten. Zat nog aan de wijn en bier kwam ie vragen of we koffie wilden. Het tocht er heel erg, alle deuren stonden open. Glutenvrije pizza was prima. Voor goemoedelijke en limburgse gast vrijheid moet je hier niet!!!!
