Delicious fried fish, I only need fish from this fish cart; crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, it doesn't get any better. We have been coming here for years!

The kibbeling were okay, but not very good!

Delicious fried fish, definitely recommended!

For years, this has been our regular kibbeling supplier... friendly people, deliciously crispy, not too greasy and nicely seasoned...

Tastes differ, but I think this is the best fish stall in Assen. Crispy fried, clean oil, good fresh fish and spices. I love the communication with a big wink 😂 In short: highly recommended

Delicious herring and fine fried fish.

I was driving past from Groningen to the south and saw it right away. My colleague and I were craving some kibbeling (fried fish). It was busy, lots of regular customers, I assume they know them by name. Many had placed their orders by phone. It was chaos, but orderly chaos, everything went perfectly. I ordered kibbeling with sauce twice, at €6 each. I had to wait, but the batches flew off the counter. Mine was the furthest from the fryer, I nearly burned my mouth. It was so hot and delicious. When I head north again, I'll stop by again. This will become my regular lunch spot.

Delicious portion of kibbeling, well fried.👍

The fish was fresh, tasty and not expensive

Antisocial staff. They don't communicate, they just use gestures. For example, the man simply shook his head "no" when I asked for a bowl of fried cod. We used to stand around chatting while we waited for them to finish. They didn't ask if they could help us, and after a few minutes, they closed the stall. According to them, we should have asked for help. Awful, never try again. Especially that bald woman, yuck.

Just got another delicious fish with Dad. And this remains the best in Assen. So definitely worth 5 stars. See you soon 😀😀

Top-quality fish, delicious kibbeling, and the salted herring was superb. Excellent service and friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit.

Herring, kibbeling and gourmet were delicious! Highly recommended!

Fresh from the fat or from the water, straight into your mouth.👍🎣⛵

If you order in advance, it will be ready on time. Nice bickering!

I ate a portion of kibbeling here last Thursday. I hope this wasn't standard quality because that was really bad. Completely fried pieces of fish that were completely dry. I heard the fishmonger complaining about his chip shop, so fix that because you are really going to lose customers with this...
