The food was cold and salty. Furthermore, I only see very young children working without any supervision; they are really just left alone, just the two of them.

Bad food because only young people work there for minimum wage; they don't even know how to make French fries.

I picked up my food here today, came home with my order, and several things were missing. The food was cold and soggy; several items should have been deep-fried longer. In short: check your order and hope they prepare the snacks hot from now on.

The feta salad tasted old, and the lettuce itself was brown. The dressing was also awful. The woman behind the counter is grumpy... Arrogance to the max.

I visited Vitara Eeterij Family in IJburg recently and had a really great experience! The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed — perfect for a casual meal. Their burgers were fresh and flavorful, and the portion size was just right. Staff were friendly and made sure we felt welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in the area again!

Used to come here quite often but they fell off. The employees are literally a bunch of kids now who don't know what they are doing, forget items, have to reopen all orders while making them, mess up stuff all around. 4 teens standing behind the counter doing the work of 1/2. They messed up half of my order and even forgot items. Looked like a scene of monty python in there.

An absolute highlight for the place! Everything around it is a bit more expensive. The prices here are absolutely reasonable and top-notch for the quality. Every component on the plate is prepared with love, perfectly seasoned, and simply a delight. You immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion of the chef. The service is friendly, attentive, and at the same time pleasantly unobtrusive. A place you'd love to recommend immediately—but it's almost too good to share with everyone. 😉 I'll definitely be back!

Was onbekend met dit concept maar heeft mij positief verrast. Heerlijke Smashburger gegeten met krant gebakken frietjes. Ook het softijs is lekker. Mijn partner had een frites hete kip, was ook erg smaakvol en ruime porties.

We are not very easy with a snack bar…. Normally we drive 15 km and unfortunately we don't come from the IJburg area, but here it was nice and fresh, it didn't smell of grease so it was fresh... very friendly service and the food was great... Good fries, tasty sauces and fresh onions! Definitely recommended!!

The fries with meat on them are really disgusting. I had a stomach ache all night. Burgers are okay. The staff doesn't seem to have much knowledge about their food.

Deze plek is zeker een aanrader om te eten en te drinken! Gezellige sfeer, aardige, vriendelijke, leuke en begripvolle medewerkers en helpen je als het nodig is. Ik kom hier bijna dagelijks (zo niet, elke dag als ik kan) om in de gezellige sfeer te zitten en nuttig een drankje, eet een broodje of patat en maak een praatje. Ze hebben hier een ruim keuzemenu, ook voor vegetariërs! De medewerkers luisteren aandachtig naar de wensen van een klant en waarderen de klant. Echt een pluspunt van de vele pluspunten van dit restaurant!

picked up some snacks for the first time at Vitaria Eeterij Family snack bar in Ijburg. what you get for those prices is ridiculous and poor quality. I even ordered a special frit for 8.75, when I got home apparently there was a sandwich instead of fries. so immediately thrown away! would NEVER get something from Family snack bar Ijburg AGAIN.

We have tried it a number of times now because there is not much else on IJburg, but what dirty fries! It was once very tasty but now it is unedible (new owner?). In addition, they have already forgotten the onions that were ordered twice and the nasi disk was a sticky mess that I threw away after 1 bite. So better skip it!

Friettent ++ De Family is ooit gestart als een echte snackbar. Kortom, een grote toonbank met alle producten die 'het vet' in konden en fel witte TL-buizen voor verlichting... Maar inmiddels is de Familie overgenomen door een nieuwe eigenaar en die heeft er een hele leuke draai aan gegeven... Het snackbar gedeelte is opnieuw aangekleed en ervaart niet meer zo 'koud en saai'. En de zaak is uitgebreid met een eetzaaltje wat een beetje een "bistro-achtige sfeer" heeft. Eigenlijk best gezellig... En voor een snackbar regelrecht luxe! Er komen wel veel ouders met kleine kids, dus het is er meestal niet zo rustig als je in een bistro zou verwachten, maar behalve de inrichting is ook het eten verbeterd en dat maakt veel goed!

Heb hier een patatje oorlog en een bami gegeten. De bami was overheerlijk, patat met ketchup was redelijk. Verder was het makkelijk parkeren en werd ik wel snel geholpen.

Das Essen war ok. Die Bedienung wirkte etwas überfordert, hat lange gedauert bis man am Tisch bedient wurde.

Helemaal een dram. Elke week eten bestellen maar telkens vergeten ze wat te bezorgen. Geen satesaus en milkshake en cola al eens vergeten. Deze tent moeten ze opdoeken.
