I ordered online and my order was ready right on time, fantastic! You get your money's worth: delicious fries and tasty snacks. As a bonus, there was even a free can of cola. Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended, and the food was definitely delicious!

Really like the fries here, they're a bit cheaper than in similar cafeterias nearby, yet still tasty. They take about 15 mins to be made, so service is a bit slow

Not real home made fries. Even though we had asked for that. Satay sauce was also not tasty. Such a shame. Milkshake was watery. I would look further for real homemade fries!

The food is usually tasty when I order here. It might be useful for the delivery person to take off his helmet from now on and remove the scarf from his face when he hands over the food. Looks a bit nicer in my opinion.

So far we have always gone to Apeldoorn for fries. Absolutely mandatory program. We even took major detours when traveling just for the great freshly cut fries. But since the change of ownership, it's just convenience fries that you can get everywhere. Not bad but nothing special either. It's a shame, we definitely won't be coming back.

Firstly, everything was lukewarm / cold, secondly, all 3 croquettes were broken, one was a piece of mush, thirdly, the fries were saltless, fourthly, no mustard with the croquettes, and fifthly, delivered much too late.

What a strange company, either delivering or not delivering throughout Apeldoorn except for 2 zip codes. Was our favorite chip shop, but a lousy company. Deliver or not deliver....

(New) owners have ruined the taste and quality. Fries are no longer with their skin on and not freshly cut by the machine, which is what they were previously known for. and the oil in which the fries and snacks are fried is also not what it should be. Apparently money is more important to them than the quality of the food as everything is becoming more and more expensive... Too bad! Another good cafeteria destroyed!

Food was tasty but too late. Then called to say the food wasn't there yet. I was then hanged. When the food finally arrived, the delivery person became very angry and acted very aggressively.

We called politely to say that dinner was late and that we were on a work break. Are hung up twice by the owner with a lot of shouting. The delivery person was not friendly and aggressive and started cursing because we said something. Skip this store if you are going to order

Tastefull chips as long as one still is able to eat. Belgian style, I think, it was nice for as long as it lasted, but with the times, I have developped a sensitive stomach, but that is with eating in general. I think I definitely suffered hostile medical support, somewhere else. It's kind of sad not to be able to really endure any food anymore.

If you eat these fresh fries not long after frying, they are tasty. This customer is lucky. If there are fries left over, the next customer is not always lucky. These fries are then fried again (so double) and you can taste that. Shame!

Echte Belgische hap. Je kunt het in een punt zak krijgen of in een cartonnen bakje. Patat is vers gebakken en smaakt goed. Ik heb er ook een frikandel speciaal bij genomen. Deze vond ik te knapperig, smaken verschillen natuurlijk. Ook het aantal zitplaatsen is beperkt.

Today I got 2 frikandels for my kids. At first I thought the business was closed as there was no one in the business. After waiting about 2 minutes (since I had promised my kids a frikandel), an employee arrives. After the frikandels were put in the fat, she disappeared back again. After some time fishing the frikandels out of the fat, I was handed them in a container. I wanted to take them with me so the kids could eat them in a warm place. I turned around to ask for a bag but the tent was empty again and no employee to be found....
