The food was delicious! Great service! It's just that it gets very warm inside in this hot weather. Unfortunately, there's no air conditioning. We'll definitely be back.

A gem where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Perfect for all ages. An extensive and carefully selected menu, as well as an excellent drink selection. The staff are very welcoming, enthusiastic, passionate, and, moreover, highly professional. Reasonable prices. So, a visit to this acclaimed venue is highly recommended. Enjoyment with a capital E.

Excellent products and excellent atmosphere, but on the high side in terms of price

Mijn man en ik moesten wat ophalen in Sprundel, aan de mensen daar gevraagd of ze een tip hadden en zeiden direct dat we hier prima konden lunchen. Het was mega druk maar gelukkig was er nog een plekje in de zon en uit de wind vrij, vriendelijk personeel en ondanks de drukte kregen we ons drankje snel uitgeserveerd. We kozen een uitgebreide lunch, eerst een klein soepje, toen de gamba’s om te delen en daarna de varkenshaas puntjes. Zoals gevraagd kwam alles netjes na elkaar en niet meteen alles op tafel, eten duurde even door de drukte maar we zaten heerlijk in de zon en de drankjes kwamen wel direct na bestellen. Jammer dat we niet in de buurt wonen anders hadden we zeker vaker gekomen!

Cozy, warm location, delicious food and friendly staff

Unexpectedly, without having reserved VTV, we had a delicious meal S U P E R. Upon arrival, I was greeted kindly by a beautiful young lady. Then had a delicious freshly made tomato soup, then fries instead of bread with a pan of peeled prawns with funeral food. Everything was perfect, even the funeral expenses. Even the bill was not disappointing 😃👍 If I am ever near this cozy restaurant again, I will definitely go again.

This is highly recommended!!! We arrived yesterday (on a Sunday) without a reservation and luckily we had a spot because it was quite full. We think that is already a good sign. Het Wapen van Nassau is a spacious business with a relaxed atmosphere and what is also nice is that there is parking nearby. Really good service and enough staff to help you quickly. They are all very pleasant, pleasant, accessible and friendly to deal with. And a big plus: they all focus on their guests instead of their phones, they don't even carry them with them!!! They are really busy with their job! Even the bartender: always busy between orders and cleaning up, making things nice and clean. And the food... it came out of the kitchen quickly (even with many guests) and it was, in a word, delicious!!! Tender and nice and warm meat, a snitzel is always a gamble (high chance of being too dry) and it was perfect: tender on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside, and then also generous side dishes: fries and perfectly fried potatoes with then also real mayonnaise for 2 people! And.... included in the price!! For dessert the Bastogne mousse... how heavenly and delicious it was!! We really complimented the chef on that. He is a young chef who knows his way around the kitchen!! Kudos to all the fantastic staff! And as a bonus the prices: very pleasant!! The price-quality ratio: a big 10!! We were really lucky that we ended up here on spec!

We had such a delicious meal there, we had dinner with 10 people and everything came together beautifully and there were no long waiting times. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. March 2, 2024 ate again, well it was great again, great help again.

Had lunch here on Sunday. Everything was great! Nice and warm inside, nicely decorated and very tasty food. Three full A-4 pages only for Lunch. Choice stress! 😂 Chosen the Mustard Soup € 6.50, a Farmer's Omelette € 12, and Bouncer of ham, cheese and bacon € 12.50. Delicious! It is also possible to choose a small cup of soup instead of a large soup. The staff is friendly, very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended to have lunch there.

A simple but sleek restaurant with comfortable chairs. The staff is fast and very friendly! The spareribs could be a bit more tender, they were somewhat dry. The truffle pasta had too many mushrooms (And no, I'm not a vinegar whiner, just honest). The sandwich and the starters are very tasty. A nice dessert that is on the menu: the almost full dessert, ideal!

Als je lekker wilt eten, dan moet je naar het Wapen gaan zeggen ze altijd in het dorp. En hier is niks aan gelogen. Goede sfeer, je wordt goed geholpen en het eten smaakte top. Een regelrechte aanrader!

Heerlijk restaurant met geweldig terras, mooi gelegen midden in het fietsdorp Rucphen. Volop parkeergelegenheid, prachtige ambiance, na de veranderingen in het centrum van het dorp rustig centraal gelegen. Erg vriendelijke en attente bediening. Uitvoerige lunchkaart met een paar prettige verassingen, passende prijs. We hebben ons ontfermd over de gevulde kaasstengels, passend bij een speciaal biertje, een mooi moment in een leuke fietstocht. Ook de diner kaart ziet er prima uit; mooie locatie met goede keuken.

Tijdig gereserveerd en duidelijk gevraagd om mosselen te eten,echter bij aanvang diner waren er geen mosselen, Men wilde echter ook niet meegaand zijn voor iets anders,dus opgestapt.
