I've eaten at this restaurant more than once, but honestly, three years ago it was the best in all of Holland. I considered it the king of shawarma in Holland, and many people praised its food, including myself. Today, I wanted to go back and repeat the experience, but honestly, I was shocked by how completely different the shawarma tasted. It was very ordinary, and frankly, I've found shawarma at other restaurants that is a thousand times better. Today, I absolutely hated the taste of the stale shawarma and the crispy chicken – it was inedible. Unfortunately, it was a failed experience, and it's the last time I'll set foot in this place, especially if I'm treating friends or family.

Unfortunately, the shawarma was terrible; it had absolutely no flavor, and all I could taste was the gas... The falafel also lacked the flavor we're used to... Not to mention the heat inside the shop; there was at least a fan for the customers waiting for their orders or those already ordering.

The taste was never good... a year ago it was much better, and I also noticed that the staff is no longer the same and that they hardly smile at customers.

The food is tasty but should come faster

I ordered half a kilo of shredded chicken for shawarma, and he gave me half of it as jerky. It was disgusting. If I had guests, I would have thrown it back in his face.

This is the best Syrian Style shoarma, and dare I say the best shawarma in the city. For 6 euros (in 2020!) you can get the best ‘Syrian style chicken shawarma’ : just make sure you emphasise precisely that you want the syrian style with garlic sauce and pickles. No sla no tomatoes. To order go all the way to the back where there is a counter. I made the mistake of waiting at the kebab counter but they’re not (always) responsible for the point of sales. Also: they people are amazing, and you know they love their job, and if you don’t you will once you bite into it.

Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. The broasted chicken was bland and burnt, and the shawarma was undercooked and tasteless. I ruined the food because of the bad taste. I advise you to change everything.

The food here is always tasty. Occasionally it does get busy, so you have to wait a bit longer for a seat. The shawarma is delicious and not too greasy. The same goes for the crispy wrap. Definitely recommended!

I ate taco and panini. The panini was good, but I didn't like Tako that much. A place of taste to visit occasionally.

I had such a delicious meal here that it reminds you just how good it can be. They really use meat on a spit here. The flavors were wonderful and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I cannot emphasize enough what a gem this beautiful establishment is.

The food was good, but I don't recommend it for the service and the place. Firstly, the cashier was excellent, but the other staff members were poorly trained. Secondly, it was very crowded; you couldn't find a seat.

I have not had such a tasteful and unique kebab for years, so i decided to come and write this review. I was brought by by a colleague who lives near by and I must say that I have been amazed. Well priced, tasteful, good ingredients, nothing to more to say. Just come and enjoy! Its busy because its good!

A terrible experience. The shawarma smelled rancid and was drenched in oil, tasteless, and dry inside. The crispy chicken was just chicken breasts with minimal seasoning, tasteless inside, and nothing like real crispy chicken. The excessive delay was clearly a way to attract customers. One of the workers took money from a customer (his friend) and served him before everyone else. I will never go back.

It was a disastrous experience. I swear to God, my stomach hurt for two days because of the shawarma oil, and the crispy chicken was tasteless and the pieces were huge. I would never repeat the experience again, even if I were paid to eat it.

Het was helmaal niet lekker...zonde van mijn geld en mijn tijd. Zit smerig uit , Oli was niet vers en de kip was rauw zit binnen de kip nog bloed ik raad niemand aan... The food was absolutely terrible. The broasted chicken was awful, rancid, and full of blood inside, fried in burnt oil. It was a complete waste of the euros I spent there, unfortunately.

I bought fried chicken. It has nothing to do with anything except the fried chicken. It is very, very bad. May God break their hands over this food. It is all oil and there are no spices. This is the first time and the last time.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The kitchen looked dirty, and it seemed like anyone could handle and work with the food without proper hygiene. I also noticed garbage containers inside the kitchen that were not clean, which is very concerning. On top of that, the quality of the food has gone down compared to a few months ago—it used to taste much better. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return.

A few days ago, I bought a kilo of sweets from you and got it as a gift. I asked the employee to bring me a kilo of assorted Arabic sweets without the crystals. I let him do his thing and went to order some shawarma. Unfortunately, when the guys opened the box to add me in, I found two rows of dates and a full row of pistachio-paste sweets. The box didn't contain any bulbul nests or mabrouma, even though I paid for a kilo of assorted Arabic sweets. I was truly embarrassed in front of the guys. I expected a neat assortment and quality befitting the shop's name and reputation. I wish they would pay more attention to customer requests, especially when they're gifts. Also, please note that the paper bag is too small for the box and broke before it arrived.

I would not recommend any respectable or conservative family visiting this restaurant. There is a clear lack of respect for girls, and the staff behaves inappropriately. One worker gives young men's phone numbers to girls who visit, as if the place has become a dating site rather than a restaurant. The place is far from a family-friendly or respectable atmosphere. I would not recommend anyone visit it.

Unfortunately, I came for a visit from Germany and the restaurant was on my way. First of all, I did not like the way I was treated. The worker behind the stand spoke in a completely disrespectful manner. The food was average and less than average. The atmosphere in the shop was like the turbine was off, as if the shop was on fire. A very bad experience and will not be repeated at all.
