Warung Irsjaad in Wijk 02 Almere Stad

Eethuis Blina is my new favorite! The food was delicious and the staff was very helpful and friendly, both the owner and the employees. They also work very hygienically, which I find very important; everything is clean and the food is fresh. My husband and I enjoyed the meal. Definitely worth a repeat visit!

Tried out the new roti place. Chicken roti and saoto soup. The food was delicious again and the people friendly. Just like with the previous owner. We will definitely be getting takeout more often. We are happy that we live in this neighborhood.

I visited the new owner for the first time this week, and the food was delicious!! I ordered saoto soup and a spicy chicken sandwich; it was very tasty and I was served quickly. The owner had also made a salad that we got to taste, which was really delicious! Blina is definitely highly recommended and I will certainly be back soon 😊

Delicious food and the best staff 😋

It was very good for years; now the new owner is friendly, but I don't like the food. I tasted the Saoto soup, the chicken satay, and the baka bana, and after one bite, I threw it in the trash.

My food got cold … and when I say cold I mean cold like it just came out of the fridge they forgot a large part of my order too …

My absolute favorite takeout restaurant for years, and a fantastic family business. My cousin is even more of a regular there, but by now I am too. The food is always fresh daily, affordable, and the portions are very good. My big favorite is chicken or lamb roti, satay skewers, and Bami or Nasi moksi. Saoto is also highly recommended. 😍 Lobi lobi, see you soon.. ❤️💪🏾 Update: A loyal customer for over 10 years, and still consistent authentic Surinamese artisanal quality... 🫡😘 Sunday, July 19, 2026 is the last day, a shame for us customers. 😪 But on the other hand, they are finally going into their well-deserved retirement. Happiness and their health are absolutely number one. We will always keep seeing and talking to each other. We text and call, of course. ❤️🤗

Food was alright, did love the chicken and the bakbanaan.... but they didn't have cassave or the saoto soup, the person that answered the phone seemed not to know if they had everything or not.... The bami had some spiciness to it, in general you don't feel it.. untill you bite a certain thing and your month is burning 🔥 and there was also the taste of anise (anijs) I think very strong

My first time at Warung Irsjaad, but the ladies turned my meal into a real feast. And what amazing flavor! I was hesitating, and they offered me half a Bami Speciaal and the other half a Tjauw Min Speciaal. The roti was also delicious and very flavorful. It was such an incredible treat; highly recommended.

On King's Day, we got takeout from Warung Irsjaad, and what a surprise that was! A real hidden gem that we hadn't discovered yet. Luckily, we were on time, because many dishes were already sold out later on — and after tasting them, we completely understood why. The food was incredibly tasty, fresh, and prepared with great flavor. You can taste that it is cooked with love and craftsmanship. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and hospitable. People with golden hands! We will definitely be back here again.

Since we discovered the generously filled vegetarian/vegan roti here, with alternating tofu, tempeh, and/or falafel, we don't want anything else! Incredibly delicious. Sometimes hard to reach by phone during 'rush hour' when it's busy in the kitchen.

Simply the best place! Everything is clean, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Simply recommended and great prices.

Really nice food. It was delicious, Thank you! People also nice and talk to you with a smile.

Last Sunday I got takeout from Warung Irsjaad, and it was truly delicious. I had the bami speciaal (special noodles), which was super flavorful, well-seasoned, and a generous portion. Everything was fresh and clearly prepared with care. It was also reasonably priced, and the quality of the food is beyond words! The service was also very pleasant. I was greeted immediately at the door, even though it was incredibly busy. I was helped by a woman wearing a headscarf who was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely recommended, and I'd love to come back!

We had delicious bami chicken special and roti chicken special. Absolutely delicious! The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Delicious soato, good price. I recommend it.

Really very good!!! Recommended

The service is very friendly. The bami rendang chicken special is highly recommended.

Around half past seven I called to place an order and was helped nicely by phone. It also looks clean and hygienic. I have to say that I am very picky with Javanese bami and had been hungry for a long time. Warung Irsjaad really prepares the food with love and you can taste that right away! Also large portions for a nice price. The bakabana was deliciously crispy with creamy peanut sauce. And tjauwmin chicken with bone... chicken was so tender and juicy... really delicious!! 🤤 A regular customer! Thank you chef, your hands are made of gold! ✨✨ In short, highly recommended!

It's a takeaway only place ! The food is really tasty and it's reasonably priced for the days you actually have no energy to cook . People who are working there are kind the restaurant is ready for a renovation or a fresh look but since it's not functioning as a eat in restaurants it's oke.

Best Warung in Almere. Try the chicken noodles—amazing!

The best Surinamese takeaway in Almere! Food always top notch. Good quality, large portions and affordable!

Order by phone goes wrong 9/10 times because a little girl answers the phone, food is great.

It's been years since I got something here, but it still tasted just as good as it did back then. I accidentally received the wrong order, but that was resolved very quickly and neatly. Real Javanese noodles as noodles should be

Yesterday and the day before yesterday, we had another delicious meal at Warung Irsjaad. As always, I was warmly welcomed with a broad smile. The saoto soup is delicious. The best of Almere and surrounding areas. Also, don't forget the bakkeljauw sandwich, it was hhheeelll very tasty. The nasi, satay and bakabana are also delicious. What wonderful people. Been coming there for more than 2.5 years, and the quality is very high. Yesterday I visited Warung Irsjaad again. Always received a friendly welcome, and ate a delicious Tjauw Min😁. Nice people.

What a pity that we discovered this matter so late. Delicious food and very friendly people. We will definitely come back here more often!

Friendly people, tasty food and good portions too! I will definitely come back here.

Delicious food, really great. We all had something different and it tasted fantastic!

Delicious saoto soup and noodles and roti

A colleague always got food from Warung Irsjaad on our last night shift, now during my holidays I wanted to drive here but unfortunately I see that they are temporarily closed. I hope they open again soon because the food here is delicious!

Super friendly people and the food is fantastic

Food is of very good quality. Delicious food and affordable.

Here you can really enjoy the nostalgic good food you expect from warungs! In my opinion, they score as the best of all the warungs/tokos in Almere. Very friendly staff, good value for money, not too much fuss but tasty good food. It is small-scale (advantages and disadvantages). The disadvantage is that it can be so busy that you cannot place an order by telephone or inquire whether a dish is still in stock. Anyway, I like coming here.

Delicious roti chicken and roti lamb. The roti was nicely seasoned with plenty of meat, potatoes and long beans. The roti plates are nice and soft and filled with yellow peas. Friendly and attentive staff.

Ever since my nine-year-old son ate Warung Irsjaad's satay, he hasn't stopped talking about it. He says this is now his new favorite snack. The satay is honestly one of the tastiest satays I have ever eaten. There was a lot of meat, it was well seasoned and it was nice and juicy. The teloh bakkeljauw was also very tasty. The cassava was fried nice and crispy, the cod had a delicious taste and the pickles completed it. The staff is friendly and cooperative. While leaving, a customer realized that he wanted extra rice because his child likes it. However, the rice was not ready yet and it would take another 5 minutes. However, the customer did not want to wait for an offer to pack brown rice for him (free of charge). I found this very heartwarming and refreshing to see. There was also plenty of free parking, even in front of the door. We will definitely come back and recommend Warung Irsjaad to everyone.

Didn't like the food. Chicken was very dry and no tast. Rice was also dry and hard Bami was oke. Chow mein not the usual kind.

We often come to Warung Irsjaad to get our food. The food is great and they always have specialties such as Berkat or Moksi Alesi. That is why we hired Warung Irsjaad (Glenn) to take care of our catering during the wedding. Wow! This couldn't have gone better. The food was delicious and diverse. Glenn also likes to think along and is also a host. Our wedding was a mix of Javanese and Turkish. Even the Turkish people enjoyed Irsjaad's food. All in all.. Warung Irsjaad is highly recommended! For takeaway or catering. You won't regret this.

Went to order baras for my terminally ill father because he felt like it. Once inside, there was only a sweet girl at the counter who could hardly manage on her own. She always walked to the back to get something or to ask for clarity while people waited. No help was forthcoming. Perhaps a conscious decision by management not to run a business. Finally gone without baras. Girl at the counter was relieved and so was I. Ordered from another store.

Tastiest satay in all of Almere! Toppers! Actually everything is very tasty! And staff is very friendly.

Food was delicious and the sambal definitely felt twice 🤣

Dear Irsjaad, my wife got me a portion today. Nasi special with all the trimmings. I also have a restaurant myself, with a deep bow from 1 chef to the other chef. As a Surinamese to the other Surinamese. Nasi is great, chicken is great. Sour, pepper, satay, everything is just right. Great food, thank you so much!!

Paid 6 euros for teloh with bakkeljauw, only the bakkeljauw was out early, do I really have to pay 6 euros, yes, she said it was also very customer friendly

Aanrader!

Altijd lekker eten, prima prijs. Fijn zo dicht in de buurt. 😀

Beste Surinaamse eten almere,vriendelijke mensen

Zo ontzettend lekkere roti met kipfilet. Je likt je vingers letterlijk af 😅 Het blijft mmmmmm

Vandaag heerlijke roti gehaald👍

Echt goed eten! Beste saoto ooit😋

Vriendelijk personeel. Kortom: we komen graag weer terug!

Heerlijk eten, super vriendelijke bediening. Een echte aanrader!!!

Zeer goed eten, malse kip, zoet zure groenten en heerlijke bami!

Super eten! Heerlijk genoten van de Bami Goreng!

Altijd lekker verse Surinaamse eten
