Warung Lene in Stadshart

Last week I got a tempeh sandwich there, with pickles and sambal. Delicious, but you can also order dinner and pick it up. They have delicious saoto soup, rendang, cod, and other Surinamese/Javanese dishes. Because it's a small place, it's best to order takeout or have it delivered, if they offer it.

The food here is delicious! Everything is freshly made. The lady behind the counter is concise but friendly. I love getting my Surinamese food here.

Delicious food at a reasonable price. One of the best you can get in Flevoland, and always on time when you call for pickup. The portions are generous; we often eat from it multiple times. Note that it's set up as a takeout location, so I wouldn't go there for family dining. The staff could be a bit more friendly.

Owner is always very unfriendly. Can't smile. When they first opened she was friendly.. now years later she seems to be a bit too big in her head. That makes me not like going there. The food is tasty though.

The taste of the food is good. They fry fat in old oil. When I told her very politely the next time I was there, she was very rude and attacking. While I just wanted to give it as a tip to pay attention to this. Maybe she thought I was asking for my money back. Which I wasn't. She can't handle (constructive) criticism. Bad business this.

First time here bought roti and bakabana with satay, it was really super tasty! If we are in Lelystad again we will definitely come back

Bara Hot chicken, chicken was super good, bara also tasted good and was nice and thick, I didn't know this one yet. Baras are often thinner in other places. I thought it was a shame that it went in the microwave. But understandable if it is not extremely busy on a weekday, otherwise it tasted good. Definitely recommended to get something tasty there.

The fresh rolls and food are tasty. What is very disappointing and unfortunate is that snacks such as Lemper and Bapao come from the freezer and are not fresh/homemade. This literally comes from the plastic bags that you also see in the supermarket. The only difference is that you pay less than 1 euro in the supermarket, but 2.50 at Warung Lene! I actually find that scandalous. For a store you can expect a bit more/better than that. At least everything is fresh at Sindjaja!

Delicious and sufficient food for a reasonable price!

Very rude owner, ate my sandwiches 6 times on the spot in 1 month and spent about 150 euros. Today we had dinner with a friend. The employee asks if we eat the food here, and we indicate that we will. Almost finished the sandwiches, the lady behind the counter shouts in a very rude manner that we have to clean up our mess and that it is only takeaway. First of all, the only person in my life who said clean up your mess was my mother and certainly not a woman behind a counter where I throw my money. Secondly, where was this comment when I came to spend my money all those other days. The lady was lucky that the store was sufficient and I am not someone who quickly loses his temper. Otherwise she would have had it dewded into her mouth on the spot by her so-called junk. NEVER AGAIN A PENNY FROM ME!!!

Delicious dishes. Top roti, great ketjap chicken and tasty sandwiches. Friendly people and not (too) expensive!

The food is nice; the service is very bad. The owner is antisocial and rude. As advice: stick to delivery, because there is no service and customer friendliness - that is essential - even at a store. You have lost a regular customer who comes every 2 days. Also make sure you manage your time and indicate that you charge for bags. Paying for it is no problem, but not paying for it as an argument for being rude is antisocial. Your time management is not the customer's concern. Very antisocial.

Takeaway shop for Surinamese food. Recommended.

We order here regularly from work (almost every week) and the food is always deliciously fresh, definitely recommended! especially on Friday the Brekat, enjoy!

Super goede toko als ik vanuit Amsterdam naar Lelystad kom haal ik altijd hier wat te eten diverse gerechten allemaal top voor een redelijke prijs.

Verre weg de beste Roti van Lelystad

Verschrikkelijk duur, een klein bakje roti kip gehaald, genoeg voor ongeveer 3 pistoletjes, a €14, niks anders erbij dus. Belachelijk. Kwaliteit was ok, niet bijzonder, niet heel veel smaak aan.

Heerlijk eten. Heel netjes in de winkel en vriendelijk Personeel.

De roti kip en roti rundvlees wat aan de zoete kant. Het broodje bakkeljouw daarintegen was top!

De eerste keer dat ik hier iets te eten haalde. Ik werd vriendelijk geholpen. De bak met bami rundvlees boontjes en zuur werd goed gevuld. Wij hebben er van gesmuld!!! Boven verwachting zo goed. Een aanrader dus. Tot de volgende keer!

Ik heb hier nasi met rundvlees en groente speciaal gekocht. De prijs is prima,€11,- is een koopje. De porties zijn ruim dus je krijgt waar voor je geld. Het rundvlees was lekker en de kousenband was ook goed alleen was de nasi flauw qua smaak, ik ben kruidiger gewent. Gelukkig had ik twee kuipjes sambal, peper, ter beschikking voor meer smaak voor de nasi. Als de nasi meer gekruid word is het uitstekend.

Tja, naar onze bescheiden mening de beste in NL 🙏👍. Halen ook nergens anders. Het is even zoeken, maar eenmaal gevonden en geprobeerd, wil je niets anders meer.

Altijd lekker en snel klaar; personeel is attent en vriendelijk. Persoonlijk neem ik hier altijd de nasi met kip of de broodjes met veel zuur. De zure komkommer hier is op andere niveau, een echte aanrader!

Dit is nu al mijn zoveelste bezoek aan Warung Lene en ze stellen mij nooit teleur. De werknemers zijn super vriendelijk en staan je altijd netjes te woord. Het eten is snel klaar en super vers en grote porties. Je krijgt echt waar voor je geld Daarnaast zou je echt de broodjes moeten proberen: warm, vers, en groot en ze zijn suuuuuuper lekker (maar ook snel uitverkocht elke dag dus weer er vroeg bij!!) zeker een aanrader!!!!!❤️

Komen hier vaak roti halen, vindt het een van de beste toko's.

Goede service, heerlijk eten en super aardige mensen. Gigantische aanrader voor iedereen die van lekker eten houdt.
