It's strange that they no longer deliver on time. This way, they only lose customers. If you can't handle it, stop delivering.

The food is excellent, but they ALWAYS deliver too early, too late, or cold. "The delivery guy is on his way," they say on the phone. It's only a 3-minute drive to us, and yet it arrives 20 minutes later. Lying to customers + not keeping to agreements = worth 1 star. Such a shame!

Delicious Chinese takeout with friendly staff. Plenty of choices and delicious. I've ordered from here many times (though I do order through their own website!) and have never been disappointed.

My sieuw mai is raw again and I ask for it to be fried, I hope I don't get sick, I've already had it once and I don't want to complain, my grandchildren wanted a meatball with gravy and fries, half of the meatball was raw too, the gravy was in the bag, the container was leaking, the fries weren't fried properly either, the peanut sauce was nice, now I've ordered something else for the kids, and the last time there it was always great, but not the last 3 years, shame on you, your delivery person was nice.

I ordered a Chinese rice table, but it didn't include any rice or noodles. When ordering online, you have to specify this. If you don't, you pay for the complete rice table without rice, noodles, or nasi. I find this unacceptable; that's no way to treat regular customers. She couldn't help me, so now I'm cooking a pot of rice myself. Thanks, Wen Zhou.

Takeaway restaurant but lots of it and delicious recommended

Huge disappointment. Half containers. Chicken with black bean sauce. We saw 3 small pieces of chicken. Foujong hai also half filled. Small containers of nasi/bami. For the first time, I ate everything and was still hungry. And that 40,- + Unfortunately, but this was the last time for us.

I ordered at 16:20, but at 18:35 nothing was delivered. I really regret paying a tip when I paid. 😑 EDIT: my food was finally delivered at 18:50! So 2.5 hours after I ordered. And the noodles were completely overcooked and mealy.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd.nl and had to wait over 2 hours, on a Tuesday evening. Wen Zhou soup is a favorite here. Hopefully this "delay" was a one-off. Because 2 hours is a very long time ... We did get apologies and free kroepoek for the inconvenience.

Excellent food and generous portions. Good and reasonably fast delivery. Flexible services. We had mistakenly ordered something wrong and it was resolved without any problems after a phone call

The tastiest Chinese dishes are available here. Friendly staff, fast, hygienic, reasonable prices. We have been eating at When Zhou for over 35 years

A small Chinese and chip shop, not for sitting down to eat, that's not what it's intended for, but a great Chinese takeaway. Can also be delivered, debit card possible.

Had to wait 2.5 hours for my food and it was never cold again

I haven't been in Rotterdam for too long but this local Chinese restaurant has been prima. The food (and portions) have been excellent. I've had a mix and match of their wide variety, and so far the Chinese Bami has been my goto. The ladies behind the counter have been only friendly and understanding.

The food here is very good, really tasty, the service is also good, a nice shop for takeaway and delivery, eating on site is not possible, but highly recommended for a good and tasty meal at home. Enjoy your meal

Hogweed is very dry and comes without sauce (it says sauce included but no other choice of sauce). In addition, you pay 15 plastic tax per hogweed. But all bear claws are thrown into one container without a stick. When you call they say yes, you have to click on sauce, but there is nothing to select in the app. Do not order from this tent.

Had to wait more than an hour for my order, fries were cold, tough and limp, and my veal croquette smelled sour, I thought it was my fault, but it also tasted sour, the hamburger was still sour on the inside, I will NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!! ! I will not pay for food poisoning!!!

Wen Zhou has been around for years! We have been eating there for over 25 years. Good food, tasty! Update 8-3-2023: still good food, just a bit expensive Chicken curry sandwiches 3.50. Won't come here that often anymore.

Gecombineerde snackbar met Chinese afhaalgerechten. Grote keuze. Prima eten. Wij komen er al jaren. Wel altijd checken of je bestelling klopt. Vriendelijke bediening door mensen met een Chinese achtergrond. Let op, betaald parkeren.

Normaal is het eten heel goed..maar dit was de eerste en de laatste keer dat ik daar spareribs bestel ik kreeg alleen ribben met weinig tot geen vlees..

Ja ze mogen wel eens wat aan die afzuiging doen heb er een half uur binnen gestaan allesmeurde na de vet.. Inclusief toen ik thuiskwamkon ik alles wassen ..

Vandaag ossehaas met broccoli besteld, en het is gewoon heerlijk. Broccoli en andere groenten perfect knapperig, en ossehaas heèèl mals ☺️ Alles ook goed op smaak !👍

Nu al twee keer mijn bestelling gewoon vergeten en eenmaal ergens anders afgegeven .

Niks bijzonders qua eten, je moet wel geduld hebben aan de telefoon ze verstaat je meestal niet. Bezorging duurt lang.

De mensen zijn vriendelijk. Maar de zaak vooral de keuken mag echt wel een keer goed schoongemaakt worden.

Ik haal er al jaren Babi Pangang en is altijd goed. Helaas één ster minder omdat je te weinig bami/of rijst er bij krijgt. Dus ik moet altijd extra bami bijbestellen.Wat weer zonde is want dan is het eigenlijk weer te veel. Ik vraag altijd om mager vlees wat ik ook krijg. Dus verders niets om op aan te merken. Wel jammer dat ze niet meer op maandag open zijn.

Moest 1 uur en 30 minuten wachten op mijn bestelling... Erg jammer want het eten is lekker!

Beetje uit het zicht. Want hier loop je niet langs je moet deze weten te zitten of in de buurt wonen. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Er is zeer vriendelijke bediening. Je kunt er ook nog even zitten. Zo op het oog ziet de zaak er schoon uit. Was voor mij de 1e keer hier maar als het zo uitkomt ga ik gerust weer.

Niet het beste eten maar wel goed.dus geen Wowfactor .. Prijzen gemiddeld .personeel is vriendelijk .Alleen Broodje kip kerrie raad ik wel af. Deze mag niet eens broodje kip kerrie genoemd worden. Vraag me wel af ondanks het er netjes uit ziet of ze wel eens hun handen wassen zo nu en dan..?? Ik heb er weinig vertrouwen in...

Ben al een aantal jaren zeer tevreden met wen zhou. Af en toe vergeten ze wel eens iets... sambal of een blikje drinken. Maar ook al ben je zelf iets vergeten, dan kun je ook nog even bellen en bezorgen ze het er gewoon bij. En de levering na het bestellen is in mijn ervaring best wel snel. Binnen 15 tot max 45 minuten heb je het in huis. Complimenten!! Tevens aardige dames aan de telefoon. Toppie.

Het smaakt goed, snel en gezellig

Duurt altijd erg lang, eten allemaal de zelfde smaak. Nee kan er niet enthousiast over worden, succes verder.

De beste, meest lekkere en verse eten !!!

Het eten is wel erg lekker alleen de bak met groente en saus mag wel iets gevulder zijn. En de spareribs zijn niet aan te bevelen. Is weinig en de grillroom is er beter in. Verder duurt het wel lang voordat je bestelling bezorgd is.
