Nice, well-organized restaurant with a wide selection. Very spacious layout. Looked very clean and hygienic.

Pleasant ambiance and very friendly staff. The food is fine, with plenty of choice in vegetables, meat, and desserts. Used plates are cleared from your table. We had to search for the desserts for a bit, but we also skipped the hostess's explanation, so that was our own fault. We did find them, though, and enjoyed the fruit, the varied ice cream flavors, and the chocolate fountain was, of course, present as well. Had a lovely afternoon, thanks!

I have been to quite a few all-you-can-eat restaurants, but this World Cuisine really exceeded all our expectations. There was also plenty of choice if you didn't eat meat.

We found completely spoiled mushrooms on our dish and politely informed the staff. The owner came over and insisted the mushrooms weren’t spoiled — apparently, the water was spoiled — yet they left the mushrooms on the dish anyway. Absolutely unacceptable. I would never return. Giving 1 star is a lot for this restaurant. 0*

The food is really disappointing, there is little choice and sometimes it was a bit tough because it has been sitting there too long. The atmosphere is also less than ideal; it is quiet. They should make it a bit smaller so that people sit closer together. It is very large but has a limited selection. Unfortunately for me, not again.

The overall experience was not pleasant. Also I got very bad chicken from the 'wok' section, It smelled funny in that area as well... Do not recommend. There are way better places out there!

Nice restaurant with tasty dishes

We recently ate there on a Saturday evening. It was busy, and a lot of things kept running out. The dessert area was also a mess; the ice cream scoops were lying in those bins of water and that water was very dirty, the drinks fridges were often practically empty, and there was no regular Coca-Cola, only Zero. We have eaten there several times before, but this time it was quite disappointing.

Environment: nice and beautiful Service: great without problem. Food variety: very good. You can find a lot of choice here. Food quality: overall fresh and good. Food taste: this is where I have to say something: The food was tooooo salty. The steak, other types of meat. For some reason, there is extra salt in almost every dish. I don’t know what the strategy is—to keep food from going bad?? This kind of ruined our experience. All four of us ended up feeling very thirsty even drinking about 1 L water each. And spending the evening drinking water and go to toilet.

We had reserved for the 8 pm - 10 pm slot. We will never do this again. We were the only ones there during the last 45 minutes, and everything was already being cleared and set up for the next day. Quite a few dishes were also missing. Very unpleasant. Towards the end, we were also shown the door. This is very disappointing, especially since we paid the full amount. Then lower the rate or start clearing up later. Not something we would do again. Our advice to guests is, in any case, not to book this slot.

We ate here with our children yesterday. If even the children don't like the food, that really says it all. A lot of the food tasted like it had been sitting there for a very long time, even though we were there at 6:15 PM. The steak was dry, even grainy. The sushi was tasteless and the carpaccio watery. The chocolate mousse tasted like rubber. The tongs you are supposed to use to pick up your food from the buffet are so hot that grabbing them isn't an option, so you just give up. Which isn't even that bad, by the way, because most of it looks tasteless. The toilets are dirty. The floor was full of water, looked like an overflowing toilet, while flushing normally was also a challenge. All in all, a really disappointing experience. Our expectations of a greasy spoon aren't high, but this really topped everything. Once and never again!

Never again! Been there a number of times already and not everything is always equally tasty. Okay, that can happen. But if meat is half-cooked, I leave it. Tonight really topped it all! We were setting food out, including a dish, and my husband and I went to the toilet. We came back and the food was gone. Okay, mistakes happen. But then at the end of the evening you get approached because you left a dessert that was really gross... meaning you leave a lot behind? I understand that this happens regularly and is annoying, especially considering the bin of trash under his trolley... So I went to the counter to ask for an explanation... no, but you do that often and staff said the same thing last time? Excuse me? The last time was during the Nijmegen Four Days Marches and that was weeks ago. Is it so quiet there that they know exactly what I ate last time? We visit a wok restaurant 2 or 3 times a week for work, but we have never experienced anything like this before. That is why I visit a wok restaurant: to be able to take small portions and not have to throw anything away. But here, you are forced to eat undercooked chicken or things that are just lying cold on the buffet. No, never again this restaurant for us... now I understand why it is always quiet here... I had already been warned...

Parking is just over two hours for 7 euros. Yes, you can get a discount via the website, but you are told that there when it is no longer of any use. Food below par in terms of taste and quality. The music was on repeat continuously, so we heard the same songs six times in an hour and a half. You had to ask for mints to get a few. It is quite a struggle to make ends meet this way. We regularly eat at these kinds of concepts in the area and have been here four times already, though the last time was more than a year ago. Honestly, it has really deteriorated. A shame.

After the renovation and new interior, the location looks truly beautiful. The new additions to the buffet are also great, and the service upon arrival and table seating is top-notch. Clearing tables could be better (sometimes plates are taken away while you are still eating, and sometimes empty bottles just keep piling up endlessly), but overall, the experience was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the grilled dishes are disappointing so far. Every time I visit the restaurant, everything tastes burnt, even when it doesn't look burnt. The grill is probably not cleaned, or not cleaned well enough, as this is already the case early in the day. It is a waste of the ingredients, because everything is overpowered by the burnt taste. On the other hand, the wok station has improved significantly. The sauces are still mild, but the dishes no longer swim in them. The current chefs know how to dose the sauces much better.

Very poor customer service and extremely unfriendly. The staff addresses customers in a very unprofessional and unfriendly manner. The employee who always stands at the checkout literally snatched an ice cream from my two-year-old child, instead of speaking to me about this as a parent. It is truly antisocial to take action yourself towards a two-year-old child, instead of communicating with the parents first.

Absolutely the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. We respected the two-hour limit for the all-you-can-eat buffet. However, as soon as our time was up, my young daughter had already taken an ice cream, and a staff member took it out of her hands. It was heartbreaking and completely unnecessary. As we were leaving, we simply wanted to drink a little water, and we were told we were not allowed to. To make matters even worse, we came with guests visiting us from Switzerland and France, and we were deeply embarrassed by the way your staff treated us in front of them. The food itself was also very disappointing. Much of it tasted old, dry, and as if it had been sitting out for a long time. The quality was far below what we expected. There is a huge difference between enforcing rules and treating customers with respect and basic human decency. The behavior of your staff was rude, humiliating, and unacceptable. We will never return and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The staff were unfriendly, unprofessional, and gave a disrespectful impression. As a guest, you expect to be treated with respect, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. Unfortunately, I found the staff to be unfriendly. They showed little willingness to think along with me, and various matters were made unnecessarily complicated, which made the experience unpleasant.

We dined at the Wereldrestaurant again after many years, and it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant has lost none of its hospitality, and the quality of the food remains excellent. That certainly deserves a compliment! However, we did notice that the selection for our family members with a gluten allergy is quite limited. Warnings regarding the presence of various allergens are given properly, but the sheer volume of information makes the whole process a bit confusing. We would appreciate it if the dishes were also clearly indicated to show what people with a gluten allergy *can* eat. Perhaps it would be a good idea to set up a separate gluten-free corner so that guests can serve themselves without worry. That would offer much clarity and convenience. We also do not quite understand why even simple sushi, such as maki, contains gluten. Additionally, a separate air fryer for gluten-free fries would be a nice addition, especially for children. Other products are prepared in the current fryer, which could lead to cross-contamination. All in all, we enjoyed our visit and would love to return again. With a few adjustments, the restaurant would also become more accessible and welcoming for guests with a gluten allergy.

Overall, the food here was good, but I don't find the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant very cozy; it is one big open food hall. Regarding dessert, it is clearly stated that all ice cream contains milk, but no alternative is offered, such as sorbet (without milk). That is a shame for people with allergies, who cannot enjoy a decent dessert here.

It's just a trashy greasy spoon. The quality is really mediocre, a 6. The oysters had no flavor, the tenderloin was dry, and yes, that scooping and serving is bad anyway. It was fun for the kids; they could play too, so that makes it all good. In any case, I'm never going there again.

Spacious layout. Lots of choice. Basically, it is a standard buffet restaurant with a large wok section. Very good chairs. The food was good. But to call it international cuisine? NO.

We go to De Wereldkeuken with some regularity and it is always a treat. The food is of good quality and is/is deliciously prepared by knowledgeable chefs! The people are nice and helpful, and tonight was a real treat again!

Massive, there should be a dress code. The proportion of tracksuits was very high. The food quality was not very good compared to another all-inclusive restaurant 5 km away where we often go.

Went to Triavium World Cuisine again. Had a delicious meal. Just like old times. Lots of choice and fresh products. Simply good!

There was a wide selection, and families with children were tactfully seated together so that parents wouldn't have to feel embarrassed and others could eat in peace. The range was very extensive. I took one piece of everything I liked and was full, without even getting to the freshly prepared dishes. What was less good: We were there right after opening time. Several dishes tasted as if they had been sitting around for a bit too long. The desserts, in particular, were disappointing because the edges were already starting to dry out, but some of the meat was also of lower quality because it had been sitting for a while.

I went years ago. I thought it was absolutely terrible. Recently gave it another chance for a family dinner. After the renovation, it was supposed to be much better, but I still don't think it's good. I don't find the selection very fantastic; at the grill/wok, you are served impatiently and grumpily, the tongs lying in the bins at the back were so hot you couldn't grab them with your hands, my shoes kept creaking and sticking to the floor after a visit to the toilet, and there is also a limited selection at the fruit and dessert bar. Parking is paid there; it's a shame the restaurant doesn't offer a discount. You can find somewhere on the website that you can park with a discount, but they should offer that on the premises themselves. It looks neater and less cold, but the food is still minimal there. Unfortunately, this was my last visit.

Honestly, the decor is very nice. The sushi was delicious!!! 😀😀 The other dishes were a bit meh. The sauce on the Foe Yong Hai and the Koe Lo Yuk was a bit tasteless. The chicken satay was very dry, unfortunately. The chicken doner with the garlic sauce, however, was delicious, as was the Sui Mai. The desserts were just okay. The service is very friendly. I also highly recommend the wok and steak; that was decent (said my girlfriend).

I went there for the first time yesterday. The wok wasn't made well, and the rest of the food wasn't special either. I don't really understand why it's called that. I didn't see anything "worldly" there.

Exceeded my expectations, super good, good and fresh, and most importantly the food is clean. The atmosphere is quiet and very nice too. I'm normally not into this kind of restaurant at all, but I would gladly come back here again. And for the price, it's certainly great, especially with drinks included.

The food was tasty. However, the options here are very limited for vegetarians. My son is a real meat eater, though, and he really enjoyed it.

My son (13 years old) and I went to eat at De Wereldkeuken in Nijmegen yesterday. We haven't been there since the renovation, but it looked open, organized, and neat. The food was fine and the service was perfect; the staff were constantly active and friendly. For a buffet restaurant, I found the quality of the food to be quite decent. The food was fresh and was continuously replenished. I had an enjoyable evening.

We love coming here! There is something tasty for everyone, plenty of choice, freshly prepared for you, and yes... it is an all-you-can-eat place, so a food factory. But a food factory with a high-quality and extensive selection.

There were four of us today; three left feeling sick, nauseous, and with stomach aches. The photo you get of the meat "fresh" from the grill is what matters; much of the meat was raw, inedible, and we literally got sick from it. Never again.

The food is delicious and there is a lot of variety on the menu. We celebrated Easter by having dinner here together this evening.

For a large (food factory) restaurant, the food is really excellent. The staff is friendly, and there are a wide variety of food choices. There is something for everyone, even those with picky appetites. My family and I eat almost everything and come here regularly and enjoy it. For what you pay, you really get value for your money.

I ate here for the first time yesterday. The welcome was very friendly, the restaurant is beautiful and clean, but because it is so large and has a very sleek interior, I didn't feel there was a cozy atmosphere. As for the food, I found it all very tasty and good, although I found the sushi disappointing; personally, I felt there was very little choice. The selection of desserts and ice cream, however, was superb! All in all, it was worth going and it was something different for a change!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with the sushi; the selection was very limited and disappointing. Additionally, our children were reprimanded for getting drinks too often, which felt unpleasant. We had about 10 minutes left and my husband wanted to get a cup of coffee, but that was no longer allowed. We were told that our time was up, even though that was not the case. We were a group of 18 people and had expected more. This was very unfortunate and negatively impacted the experience. We won't be coming back next time; from now on, we will choose ABC Restaurants.

Unfortunately, a bad experience with the service and customer friendliness of the restaurant. Purchased well in advance via Social Deal vouchers and made a reservation immediately. Due to an error, it turns out there is no reservation in the system. We can still come, but we have to pay the regular fee! Such a large restaurant, and they can't make an exception for a Social Deal customer who can't come to eat now due to a system error, even though they have already paid! I will never come here again.

Had a nice evening and enjoyed the food. Received super nice service, friendly people, and a good deal if it's your birthday. Highly recommended.

I've tried similar buffet restaurants before, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff were very polite, but the food was unfortunately of poor quality.

The food was cold and tasteless. Poor hygiene and a lackluster atmosphere. The staff wasn't very friendly. And the chef was picking his nose behind the buffet, even though he was there twice. We paid for three hours and left after an hour and a half. We reported the complaints, but received little response.

We ordered sushi as an appetizer. There was only one type on each plate; the others were empty. We reported it, and they followed up immediately. After checking several times, the sushi hadn't been replenished. We also reserved the hotpot and asked the staff how long the meat and vegetables should cook in the broth, but they had no idea. We arrived at 7:00 PM and paid for 2.5 hours. At 8:30 PM, they started clearing everything away. We do have respect for the staff; they work incredibly hard. But we won't be back for the food, atmosphere, or experience.

This was our first time here, but also our last! We arrived at 7:00 PM on a Saturday night. All the sushi trays were empty! I was surprised. It wasn't that late. The friendly lady at the front desk did her best to encourage the men behind the sushi counter to make more. But when I returned later, there was still little to nothing. Very disappointing! The food we ate was delicious, though. But it's a real gluttony, and you have to arrive very early!

Despite the large size, the atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious. We really enjoyed it, definitely worth it.

We've been there several times and it's always good. Recently, they've also added hotpot for an extra 3 euros. We've always wanted to try it, but it's disappointing. You only get two kinds of meat and all the vegetables that come with it are inedible. You could choose between hot and regular hot, which had a spicy flavor, but the other option was just water, I think it was broth. We won't be going there again. They have a lot of tables, but only three were occupied, including the owner. This is definitely not recommended.

A new concept with a hotpot is added. You get frozen meat on the table, and the island's hotpot options are limited. I had to post a review two days later due to food poisoning. I was looking forward to treating a friend to her good care! The large fried shrimp were empty, the stir-fried shrimp and snow peas were undercooked, The dessert was so hard to bite into. So tough. I've never had such a bad meal here in all my years. Very disappointed.

The ladies at the counter were very friendly, but the chefs and staff in the restaurant had a much worse atmosphere. It was also far too large and colossal. Otherwise, it's a nice restaurant. The hotpot surcharge wasn't worth it, as there were a few vegetables and some meat, which was as tough as can be. The only plus is that you can use the griddle, which is good, but that's the case everywhere...

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience. The sushi was fine, and there wasn't much that could go wrong with it. But the hot dishes were absolutely awful! The pork belly was cold and tough, the shrimp were so tough you couldn't even bite into them, the chicken was bone dry, and the rosti was tough, dry, and cold. One stir-fry dish wasn't cooked properly, the sugar snaps should have been al dente, but they weren't even that, and the shrimp weren't cooked through or pink. Fortunately, dessert is pretty much untouched, so that was good. It's a shame that after a long time, you treat yourself to a meal that costs so much money, and you end up being so disappointed.

Lots of choices. However, the wait is long if you want pancakes or poffertjes, so you're less likely to order them. We also found many of the dishes bland and tasteless.

Wheelchair accessible and accessible toilet available. Great restaurant with something for everyone. Very child-friendly, a true family restaurant. Good quality food and drinks. The restaurant is very spacious, so it doesn't feel cramped even though it's very busy. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES AND GROUPS. Make a reservation for two hours, as that's plenty of time, and they don't really check the minutes.
