What a beautiful atmosphere!!! Fits perfectly with the owners' choice, knowledge and passion about whiskey and the delicious matching dishes. Huge choice, a suitable whiskey for every taste and experience.

Wonderful experience in a very comfortable place, with beautiful people. The selection they have is endless but they help you find the way to orientate yourself. If you want to enjoy a nice night with your favorite company, this place is absolutely worth a try.

Good place to taste some whisky with friends or partner. Friendly service who are happy to share their knowledge and love for whisky and gin with you. With every round a short story is told about what you are going to drink, this makes it very nice. With 500 whiskies and 120 gins there is something for everyone's taste and wallet. Nice charcuterie and cheeses that continue the theme of spirits. Will definitely come back!

Truly the best online service I've ever had. After asking whether my order had gone through correctly, I called with all the details and the order was shipped quickly and even arrived in Christmas wrapping paper. Definitely recommended to get a good whiskey here!

Gin & tonic tasting done was very good! Staff knows a lot about the (many) different drinks. They also provide extensive advice about the available snacks. Everything looked in tip top condition and super neat! It tasted good too!

Was offered a whiskey lunch and enjoyed it. There were two of us and we received very good explanations about all the dishes and whiskeys in the very attractive bar area. To start we were offered a mild whisky. Add one pipette of water and, after the first sip, add about 3 to 4 drops to the whiskey to allow the aroma and taste to develop in the glass. A number of drops of smoked whiskey from another pipette could be dripped onto the smoked salmon to enhance the salmon's flavour. Which was indeed delicious. There was an extensive choice of delicious sandwiches. Delicious toppings, such as cheese and pepper pate, delicious orange marmalade with whisky. Mustard with whisky. Salad, fruits. The second glass of whiskey was medium class. To conclude, the cappuccino, which we chose, was offered a choice of four whiskey liqueurs, which also combined wonderfully with the cappuccino. A whiskey lunch is highly recommended. The bar is within walking distance of the station. Worth repeating

Had the Gin-Tonic tasting here with friends. With around 150 types of gin, we got really cool combinations on the table that sometimes we did not immediately see as a GT. During the tasting we received 4 glasses, each completely different. There were also good drinks boards, often with a nod or taste of gin. The staff spoke passionately about the gin and were very kind!

Whiskey TASTING with whiskey and Gin was great. Scotch whiskeys were top notch.

Super beautiful and atmospheric bar! A really nice, unique offer in Breda. Great building, friendly owners, extremely extensive menu (in a positive sense), tasty cocktails, tasty snacks. And... not unimportant: good music (quite a bit of Shazam'd ;)

Had a great experience here. The four of us went here and had lunch and a tasting. Both are highly recommended. At lunch you get some nice whiskeys to try and they serve some tasty snacks next to it. The snacks are partly themed and also contain whiskey or are simply delicious to have with whiskey. During the tasting we were allowed to sit in front of the fireplace and select 4 whiskies. Or you can have them sorted out by the owner (also recommended). It has a very nice atmosphere and you can sit there and enjoy your whisky. You will also receive a tasty snack board with the tasting. They have a beautiful selection of whiskey that they have categorized in a clear way so that it is clear what kind of whiskey you choose. If you ask for advice on a good whiskey, they are very attentive and try to choose the right whiskey by asking what your preferences are. All in all a wonderful and fun experience!

Nice place to enjoy Whiskey and Gin as it was meant to be. Received nice explanation and relevant selection during a whiskey tasting. We have been here several times and never disappointed. Great place to have a drink with good company. Very satisfied with the entire experience, good service with always a story with your drink and a great collection to choose from. Highly recommended!

Nice place for nice Gins, Whiskey and other high alcohol drinks

Yesterday I had a very successful whiskey tasting with my father-in-law. The knowledge and service were top notch.

Enjoyed an extensive whiskey package together with three other whiskey enthusiasts. Thursday afternoon a beautiful and well-decorated drinks board with a whiskey cocktail and a tasting in the evening. The next day we ended this with an excellent "whiskey" lunch. We were received very hospitably by Pauline and Mark in their stately building. The tasting included an extensive choice of whiskeys in different categories. Mark has a lot of knowledge of the whiskeys and was able to advise us well and exchange ideas about this. The lunch was also excellent, very nice cheeses, salmon, marmalade, fruit and tasty sandwiches. Everything is offered in abundance and accompanied by two whiskeys and finally a coffee with whiskey liqueur. If you like whiskey and you are in Breda then you should definitely go here. If you are not in Breda, Whiskey and Gin is a very good reason to visit Breda.

Wonderful experience, personal attention and advice.

Waren uitgenodigd door vrienden voor een lunch gecombineerd met een whisky en gt proeverij. Heerlijke lunch, ruim voldoende en met o.a. bijzondere kazen en heerlijke zoetigheden. En een leuke variatie qua smaken in de proeverijen.

Vorige maand waren wij 30 jaar getrouwd en dat hebben wij gevierd met een lunch en een whisky-gin proeverij in de prachtige zaak van Mark en Pauline. De lunch bestond uit diverse soorten brood, rauwkost, bijzondere kazen, worst en marmelade met whisky en gin. De proeverij was ook erg lekker én leerzaam; echt een aanrader! Mark en Pauline, hartelijk dank voor het organiseren van deze feestelijke middag. Het was geweldig!

Great place for tasting multiple gins!

Ein toller Ort. Spontan eingekehrt, vorzügliche Spirituosen genossen, dabei sehr leckere Köstlichkeiten genascht. Und dann noch 2 Flaschen Genever mitgenommen.

Amazing atmosphere, had an amazing whisky tasting for me, and a great gin tasting for my girlfriend. It was such a great experience. They even would stay open on a day they normally would close early. Thanks for your service and hospitality and i would very much recommend this wonderful experience to each and every one who loves a good drink once in a while.

Hier is een enorme keuze aan sterke drank en er wordt met veel passie uitgelegd. Topzaak!

Prachtig pand. Prachtige selectie wiskeys gekregen voor de vrijgezellen van mijn broer. De eigenaar(s) hebben verstand van whiskey. Luisterde naar de voorkeuren van mijn broer. Wat ons een onvergetelijke ervaring bezorgde. Fantastisch! Wel reserveren op voorhand raad ik aan. En ook niet met de wagen komen of BoB voorzien :)

Great ambiance, nice selection of whiskey, cognac and other spirits. Excellent service and very decent prices. Don't forget to visit the shop next door 😉 Will definitely go back soon for a tasting session!

Leuke, relaxte plek. Een proeverij gedaan met 8 personen. Fijne en duidelijke uitleg over de whisky. 2,5 uur vlogen zo voorbij.

De professional whisky tasting gehad en wat een ervaring was dat! Enorm genoten van de verhalen bij de whisky’s die we zelf mochten uitzoeken uit het 500 tal assortiment en genoten van de gastvrijheid en de gemoedelijke sfeer. Enorme aanrader!

Great place to enjoy a drink with your friends and significant others

Afgelopen weekend hebben we genoten van een whisky arrangement bij Whisky&Gin in combinatie met een overnachting bij hotel de Keyser. Alles was perfect geregeld en we hebben kunnen genieten van de passie van Mark en Pauline over de overvloed van whiskys die ze presenteren en de overheerlijke whisky lunch. De gastvrijheid is top en ze zijn gevestigd in een supermooi pand. Verder was de overnachting in het hotel met diner en ontbijt geweldig. Kortom we hebben een super weekend gehad en zijn niets tekort gekomen, een dikke 10 dus. Mark en Pauline bedankt!

Het was heel gezellig. Een zeer goede uitleg en een vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Mooi locatie.

Leuke plek om verschillende likeuren kan bestellen. Ik heb er een whiskey lunch gereserveerd. De lunch was heerlijk en ze hebben verstand van whiskeys. Zeker het proberen waard Het is er leuk en rustig aangekleed, met op de achtergrond leuke muziek. Het volume staat niet hard waardoor je gewoon met elkaar een gesprek kan voeren. Voor de mensen die geen alcohol willen of kunnen drinken, ze hebben ook alcoholvrije opties op het menu. Ik zal hier nog vaker langskomen. Aanrader voor iedereen!

Wat een beleving! Mark en Pauline hartstikke bedankt voor de geweldige whisky € gin ervaring. Het arrangement met whiskycocktail en hapjes, diner in Hotel de Keyser met daarna bij jullie een whisky-gin proeverij en vandaag een zéér uitgebreide whisky-gin lunch ( inclusief likeurtjes) overtrof onze stoutste verwachtingen. Chapeau! Tot volgend jaar😊

Persoonlijke en vriendelijke bediening maar ook heel correct met heel veel kennis van Whisky, Gin en andere sterke dranken. Schitterende locatie waardoor het hele concept Whiskey & Gin helemaal klopt. Niet een plek voor een snel drankje maar de moeite waard om tijd voor uit te trekken.

One of my absolute favorites. It is a beautiful space with kind and extremely knowledgeable owners and the most extensive selection of whiskeys I have ever seen. Is perfect for a meet up for a drink, a tasting or for a gift for whiskey/gin (or other spirit) enthusiasts.

Supermooi pand met een geweldige gastheer en gastvrouw. Met zijn 4-tjes de whisky en Gin lunch gedaan, heerlijk. Speciale gerechten afgestemd op de drankjes met een heerlijke koffie en apperatief na. Als je een keer iets anders wilt ga dan hier naar toe. Neem er wel de tijd voor want je stapt bijna 3 uur later naar buiten. Top !!!!
