What nonsense all those negative stories are!!!!! Of course, something can go wrong once in a while (that can happen at any restaurant) or maybe you ate a bit too much and got sick because of it?? But to trash Wok Inn like that, they most certainly do NOT deserve that. I have eaten there dozens of times and EVERYTHING has ALWAYS been good. Very friendly, calm people work there. They get a solid TEN from me!

De Wok is a very varied restaurant with tasty food and friendly staff. It is always a pleasure to eat there. I am a fan.

My favorite restaurant ever. We have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The food is super tasty, the staff is incredibly sweet and works hard!! There is never a shortage of anything. I love Wok Inn❤️❤️❤️❤️

I completely agree with the Taste Police broadcast! The ice cream containers look used, with the last of the ice cream from one container placed on top of a new one. No running water in the small basin where the ice cream scoop is lying. The carpaccio looks meager, the chocolate fountain smells musty. Shrimp cooked too short on the griddle, and no atmosphere. The upside is that you can park for free right in front of the door, and if you mention Social Deal... you get a small discount. Ate here 4 weeks ago...... €65 for 2 people, I was so sick of it, Never ever again!!!!!!!! And an important part wasn't even shown in the broadcast; the preparation kitchen where the food placed in containers is made. That seems like a missed opportunity to me. Also strange that Rob is happy that the owner bought no less than 4!!!! new spatulas? And he, someone who has been running this business for years, has to learn how to use it?!? This is a lost cause. Take a look inside the big kitchen!!!!!!! And take a critical look at the waste management and whether this business handles pest control!

He followed the advice of De Smaakpolitie; a lot of respect for that! I went there with my family over the weekend. The food was great. Full is full, so I didn't eat any more.

I liked it, and this was the first time I was there. The staff was very friendly.

Disgusting! If a hygiene check had been done while we were there, they would never have passed! 🤢 Paid €76 for 2 people for 2.5 hours. We left after 20 minutes. Almost everything was cold (except the soup), the noodles and vermicelli tasted like they had been sitting in a plastic container for over a month, and even the bread served with the soup tasted stale. The ice cream scoop was impossible to clean, and the tap on the water container it was in wasn't turned on to rinse it off either. Hair in the food, flies on the Maggi and soy sauce bottles because it was a big sticky mess. Cutlery that wasn't clean. Simply DISGUSTING!

The food was reasonable but mediocre. A lot of MSG is used in the food, which is a shame. The atmosphere isn't very cozy; the furniture is outdated and it is located on an industrial estate. The staff is withdrawn and not really friendly. What a pity!

Many negative things have already been said about this restaurant; unfortunately, everything is true! We had booked it via a Social Deal offer. Our 7-year-old nephew was also present on the same day. We checked online for child-friendliness to see if there was anything for them to do. After all, children can't sit still; parents understand this phenomenon! We saw photos that there was something going on, so we brought him along in good spirits. Upon arrival, I was immediately disappointed: cash machines. Surely that's not right? Many parents also complained that there was no play area available for their children. With an all-you-can-eat concept, this is normally always possible! Anyway, the food was incredibly tasteless and the buffet wasn't warm enough. The fried fish was 100% from the day before; I spat it out immediately. The charcoal BBQ was good, though, nicely seasoned with a hint of charcoal flavor—delicious. The chef did his best. Overall, the restaurant gives an impression of faded glory; "unhygienic" is an understatement. After that day, the next day actually, I got a swollen lip! I think I had an allergic reaction to the food somewhere! It must have been the raw salmon. After 4 days it had shrunk somewhat, my lips... I also have something to report about the bar. There was a 1L pitcher under the beer tap and it was almost full of collected beer residue. It looked really disgusting! What are they going to do with it? If they keep this up, there is a good chance the Food Inspection Service will pay them a visit! I will never come here again, the worst all-you-can-eat concept I have ever experienced!

Delicious food. Everything was tasty. Plenty to choose from. Beer, house wine, and soft drinks are included in the all-inclusive package. Other spirits are also available at a reasonable price. It happened to be very hot that day, and unfortunately, you notice that inside as well. Definitely worth repeating!

It was unbelievable, the food wasn't good, only the frikandel and that was it. Our little Peter likes frikandel too, yum yum. We had to put on our own music. Jan Bigel for the fun and the service, they didn't say anything, just grabbed the plate and bye.

Considering you can enjoy a Chinese buffet in a foreign country, it's good value for money.

This was truly an amazing place. I loved the food and the staff were nice and helpful. The selection of food was plentiful and the restaurant was clean. My group all got stir fries, which were all perfect. The grill was also great, but the steak was a bit too chewy. The sushi was also great. The hot bar was also good, but some of it was a bit greasy. I also really enjoyed the desserts, but the cakes and eclairs weren’t as good. I loved the macarons and ice cream, but the chocolate fountain was the best among all. 30 euros for 3 hours was amazing! I would totally recommend this place for a fun family meal.

First and last time eating there; half lukewarm and stale. The light desserts were also old; you couldn't get the ice cream out, like it came straight from the baking sheet. The meat was tough. There was nothing wrong with the drinks bottles, only they were expensive bottles to drink when you keep throwing your food away. But it was really nothing; not a single thing that tasted good. I heard people complaining all around me, so I just drove to McDonald's.

The prices are great and the staff is very attentive. One small point: we ordered chicken skewers. A young man told us they would be ready in 10 minutes. But they weren't ready yet; he must have really forgotten. He could have just apologized and smiled. Apart from that, the food was fantastic.

For those living in Veghel and going during the week via Social Deal – fine, but otherwise, strongly discouraged. It is only a half-hour drive, but it really wasn't worth it. A very small restaurant; for the same price, you get much better food at many other places, and of higher quality too. The boy who walked us to the table was almost impossible to understand. Very limited choice of food, and it wasn't tasty either. We reserved for 3 pm, but after 2 hours we had seen enough. Unfortunately, I had to vomit during the night and had severe stomach pain until a day later.

The ice cream was especially delicious, but the rest was also great.

We ate here tonight with 6 people! We were very satisfied with the food and drinks; the price-quality ratio is great! The atmosphere is a bit lacking, but they have to create that themselves! We thought it was worth a repeat visit!

The food was mediocre to bad, and for an all-you-can-eat in this industry, there was little choice. Everything is fried in oil, soy sauce, garlic, and spring onions. The griddle they cook on is really in need of replacement; the thing is just black (nice and healthy), and fish sticks to it. A cook with a bit more cooking sense would also be handy. The prawns aren't prawns anymore but large cocktail shrimp. The containers with the ready-made buffet are filthy and unmaintained. It had been a while since I was here, but after my recent visit, things have really gone downhill. The atmosphere is gone, and the restaurant is in dire need of a refresh, especially regarding hygiene in the restaurant, the kitchen, and particularly the restrooms. It is a shame that the passion has disappeared from this restaurant; the concept is fine, but you have to offer your customers what they are entitled to. I wish them a speedy recovery in this business, but for us, this was the last time. I felt it was a waste of money, especially since everything is already so expensive.

Food was not really warm. Little choice for children as well. Toilets not properly clean, yellow streaks in the bowls. Dust under tables. Need to clear the tables more often to mop. Extractor hood had more grease on it than what is in your deep fryer, lots of dust on it. Staff just stood there as if to say, "Does it have to be done?" Fish and meat fried against each other.

Things have really deteriorated. The tent is filthy, and half the lights don't even work. The chef was just wokking in the dark.

It was filthy, absolutely not clean inside. Raw chicken was scattered across the bins and hung over another bin. It all looked sour. I had a piece of watermelon, which was sour and soft, so it was spoiled. The toilet was extremely dirty, the bowl was filthy, the seat cracked, the faucet broken, and the sink filthy. I sat on a chair that was very rickety; the legs could move. The fork needed a retainer; the tines were all over the place. All in all, the first and last time. Brrr, kvw, definitely go check it out sometime.

The food was incredibly lukewarm, the meat from the wok was very tough, like chewing gum. The restaurant was very outdated! Many things need replacing! I was there for 10 minutes and got my money back. I'll definitely be back! I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here.

The food itself is good, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. After an hour, the sushi was gone and they didn't refill it, which is a real shame if that's what you're here for. At the grill, people just take your food while you're waiting. You also have to wait about 10 minutes for someone to pour your beer. There's absolutely no atmosphere in the restaurant. Unfortunately, that's not a reason for us to return.

The two of us came here for dinner for the first time through Social Deal. We drove almost 200 km each way, and we were a little hesitant after reading some bad reviews. But this place is definitely worth a visit! The staff was friendly and polite, tables were cleared quickly, and empty plates and bottles were always cleared promptly. There's a much wider selection of drinks here than in other AYCE restaurants, so that's great! The food was delicious and always well-stocked. There was a large selection of meat and fish from the grill, and they were delicious too! The only downside was the cold appetizer buffet; there wasn't much choice and it was right next to the dessert buffet, so I didn't notice it until I was already full and about to start dessert. I did think it was a shame that it was so limited that I didn't even notice it. But otherwise, we were able to fill our bellies.

Friendly service, nice meal, lots of choice

We had an excellent meal at Wok Inn Veghel. The service is truly excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The selection is enormous! Lots of delicious wok and grill options. All beers and wines are included. We're from Oisterwijk and will definitely be back.

Cozy atmosphere and the food was excellent

While the staff is friendly, they're often overly friendly. Hygiene-wise, it's a particularly poor restaurant. Cooking utensils are "cleaned" with dirty cloths that may have been sitting there for days. The extractor hoods are grimy, and after being placed on the stovetop, raw meat is quickly touched with the same utensils used for cooking, and the same utensils are also used for "cleaning." Cold dishes aren't kept cold enough, and preheated dishes aren't kept warm enough. Plates are dried very poorly, resulting in them being served half-wet. Drinking glasses aren't always washed properly either; I had a few whose water tasted like dish soap. And I haven't even seen the kitchen yet. Hygiene is clearly lacking there. The cooks are all covered in burns, so stir-frying isn't exactly safe. Incidentally, in these times of social distancing, that was practically impossible. Everything you wanted from the wok, grill, and griddle had to be handed over or placed there and waited until it was ready. This meant you'd be standing in a large group huddled against the trays containing all the pre-cooked food, stir-fries, or desserts (depending on where you were standing). The staff also had to walk past them, making it impossible to maintain social distancing in the already overcrowded restaurant. I'm giving this restaurant one star solely because of the "friendly" waitstaff (and the fact that 0 stars isn't possible). They'll never see me again. Update 5 years later (sadly, my family wants to come here for Christmas). The place is still filthy, and little has improved. In fact, it's gotten worse. I don't understand how such a filthy place can get a high rating, or maybe people are just blinders on.

Just an all you can eat nothing special

Cold buffet was disappointing, soup & the wok & grill, & what was in the hot trays was excellent, may have been that it was a bit quiet that evening and the salad was a bit less.

The food remains delicious and there's plenty of choice. The soups are wonderful. The baguettes are super fresh. Fresh meat and fish are also available in abundance. The sushi is a bit smaller, but definitely tastier. Desserts range from fresh fruit, cakes, tarts, etc. to various ice cream flavors. The range of flavors is extensive, and the ice cream tastes better too. Chocolate from the chocolate fountain on your ice cream is highly recommended. You can't leave hungry. All soft drinks are self-service. Alcoholic drinks can be requested at the bar. Various hot drinks are also available at the bar. There's a play area inside near the coat check. Highchairs are available. There's room for both small and large groups. Reservations are recommended for larger numbers. They serve a fantastic cappuccino, and the latte is also delicious. Coffee has probably changed brands and isn't as good anymore. The restaurant area is divided into several larger, interconnected rooms. Groups sit at large round tables. Of course, there are constantly people walking around to get their food.

I go to Wokinn Veghel every year for my birthday. The food is always delicious, and my family is happy too. The food, the welcome, and the owners are all great 👍🏼 only one minor complaint: there's an older man at the wok/grill who is incredibly unfriendly, grumpy, and almost angry. I'd rather not have him in the restaurant. Otherwise, the staff is great! Another customer wrote this, and I experienced it too. (The older man behind the wok and grill could also be a bit friendlier; he was really grumpy.)

Very bad that was the bad buy of the month

The food is all the same, with little flavor. The atmosphere isn't great either, and you don't even get a thank you when you get home. It's really better to just drive past.

Yesterday I visited this wok with a Social Deal. And it was actually a great place for a delicious meal. The concept is all you can eat + drink; you could help yourself to everything. The staff was friendly. The selection was diverse and delicious, from the wok section to the grill, and the other dishes. Nothing to complain about. I enjoyed everything. There is ample free parking. The interior isn't very atmospheric, but that's the only minor drawback I can find. An extra bonus: there was already a spoon on the cutlery on the table. As a true Indo, I'm very happy about that. 😉 So: a great wok to visit!

We come here regularly. We're very satisfied. Delicious food. Always friendly staff. I'd tell those who say the food is inedible to stay home. It's always packed. And we often see the same people. If it were bad, they wouldn't come back. Anyway, there are always customers with a splash of vinegar on them, and yes, it's self-service, both drinks and food, so no, the long wait is your own fault.

We ate here for three hours with a family of six. The food was delicious, especially the wok and grill! One of us has a gluten allergy; when we asked, we received the allergy chart, which was very clear. Enjoyed it, but the atmosphere/freshness was a bit lacking.

Six of us had a wonderful meal. Very cozy and a wide selection. Friendly service. We will definitely be back. Two of us went for dinner again tonight. It was delicious again, I don't understand where the bad reviews come from.

Really been to eat out in many places but this is the outlier when it comes to dirty restaurants really so terribly filthy is this place. None of the food is edible the meat is so incredibly tough, badly cooked & full of fat and muscles that it is simply not edible the whole place only full of dirty fat camp people there is simply nothing more to be found and then you have the toilets and the kitchen now really extremely filthy see photos really I will never come back the market in China is cleaner

Disappointing experience – not recommended I did not like the atmosphere and the restaurant made a dirty impression. Many dishes were missing from the menu and the food that was served was poor. The staff behind the bar also seemed to pay little attention to the customers. For me, this was the last time I visited this restaurant.

I read a lot of bad reviews about wok inn veghel but I think it's all okay. Food is just normal as in other all in restaurants. Personal was friendly and looked clean on a busy saturday night. so don't let that scare you off

The food itself was tasty, but not the Capacio, which came from the freezer. The toilets were really dirty, as well as the tiles and sinks and the doors🤮 the plates were all chipped. Men behind the grill were very friendly.

There could be better and neater cleaning, such as the tiles behind the Wok and Baking plate and the toilets.

Ate here for the first time yesterday. There was plenty of choice of meat dishes, fish dishes, grill and wok dishes. The cook at the plate made little to no eye contact. Meat and the like were well prepared. Only as the evening followed the refilling was very poor. What was also a shame was that they already started cleaning and cleaning around half past 9.30. This gave us the feeling that we were being forced out of the tent. The bar was well organised. Enough choice of alcoholic drinks, wine and coffee. The coffee was neatly brought to the table. The desserts: we thought the selection was limited for a wok. There were no extra additives for your ice cream. Such as: disco dip, chocolate chips, etc. In our opinion, the ice cream was not properly maintained. There was an ice scoop in the water that had been there all day. This was without running water. We believe this is mandatory. This was an absolute negative. After the restaurant was almost completely cleaned, we decided to go to the toilet. These were dirty, with spots in the sink that did not really give a positive impression. All in all, for the price ratio we would come back, but we would rather eat dessert outside.

Very tasty food, good quality food and friendly staff! I don't agree with some of the reviews posted here at all. The food is very tasty and there is plenty of choice. Some people probably don't realize that only the food for the wok is on display and that you have to order the food for the grill yourself from the chef at the griddle (see the dishes on the board on the wall). There was plenty of food on display and it was replenished when it was running low. It also looks neat, the food was hot and the broken chairs - mentioned in some reviews - have been replaced. We had a lovely meal here and this wok is definitely worth repeating!

Rancid peace barn, it is dirty and there is little service anymore, everything is dumped there and you have to sort it out. Furthermore, there was a group of teenagers who were misbehaving considerably and nothing was done about it. You won't see me there again.

Vriendelijk en goed personeel, de bediening was ook erg goed. Kwamen de borden meteen ophalen zodat de tafel netjes schoon bleef. Het eten was allemaal warm en smaakte goed voor wat een all you can eat kan bieden. Wok en grill was goed en netjes verzorgd. Eten werd ook goed aangevuld.

Good and fun place with a nice play area for children and good food and service

Very little choice. You hadn't had the food down your throat yet, they immediately asked, can I take the plate with me? Even though people were away, the clearing staff kept walking past those dirty tables. And an older man behind the wok and grill could also be a bit friendlier, he was really grumpy and he just didn't throw my meat over the plate. Other staff members were really very friendly and nicely replenished. But it's not my tent. Been for the first time but also the last time

Great experience. The food was very varied. Enough choice for everyone. The staff is very nice and helpful and personal. The restaurant is spacious and cozy. Easily accessible for elderly people who are dependent on a walker or wheelchair. There is plenty of parking available. Wokk-Inn is definitely recommended for everyone.

Previously it was a fine restaurant. In the meantime it is quite worn out. At the entrance where you hang your coat and can therefore make the first impression, there are a lot of broken chairs stored. Broken items and boxes of storage everywhere in the play area. Showcases with broken lighting, clumsy printed papers showing what is in the bins. Etc etc… just worn out and nothing is kept up to date. Very unfortunate. The food is meh… it used to be much better. Lots of lukewarm food in the containers. Not much. We will no longer be visiting this restaurant for the time being

Bad food, unkempt kitchen: dirty, old. You pay €36.50 per person. It's really not worth the money. I also said this to the employee, but they could not deduct any of the money. We were inside for no less than 1 hour.

Enjoy a delicious meal via social deal. Tasty and varied food. Price-quality ratio is good. One point that should be taken into account when using a baking tray is that raw meat and chicken are not placed on the same plate.

It's a hell of a lot, if that's what you expect, that's great! Food is good and staff is nice. Drinks are unlimited, which is also nice. Allergen lists hang on the wall, ideal..
