Friendly delivery person, nice and warm, didn't expect it on January 1st. Tasty, good price.

When I order food, I get half the price. So I call to ask how they're going to fix this. Yes, ma'am, a mistake can happen. Yes, that's right, when will you deliver it? Well, I don't know because I don't have delivery drivers. So, my other food will get cold? No, you'll eat that until the other one arrives. Well, I don't think so. You can pick it up and get a refund. And I'll never order from you again.

Very unprofessional, they forgot the noodles in one of the two dishes and the other had almost no vegetables, they even claimed they didn't, otherwise the taste wasn't great, as a chef you miss a lot of food and very little meat, for the price, it's a great company, I recommend HaoHao.

Price is fine but the taste and quality not so much…

A woman who works there asked for my boyfriend's phone number while I was there. So, ladies, don't go there with your boyfriend!

The food was great, but I'm not going to write a poem about it. I ordered an extra chicken for €3.50 (down from €12.50 to €15). But I didn't get an extra chicken. In other words, they lied to a customer who returns weekly. Long story short, they ripped you off everywhere and I don't think I'll go back. Too bad.

The food isn't great, but the price is over €14 for a large portion—a lot of money for very little value. And if you order something, half the time you don't get what you ordered.

Ordered at 21:16 to finally be told that they no longer deliver. Not recommended

Very slow 20 minute wait. Too much for wok fast food.

We had another delicious meal tonight...spicy but still delicious, and it was simply fantastic! My son (who treated me tonight) was also pleased with the amount and taste.

What an unfriendly delivery driver! The driver is also the reason for this review. I also asked if the dish could be changed, but this wasn't done (I didn't even call). The food was tasty, but the price/quality ratio was not right.

The delivery man suddenly started to act antisocial and I didn't really feel comfortable with it, it was scary and he started threatening me with a knife... he said to me tung tung sahur and that completely freaked out! I was able to take a photo at the last minute and here it is...

After waiting half an hour for our food, it turns out they forgot about us. Antisocial and don't relax again...

I live in Amsterdam and have had all the Wok To Go's there and some others all over the country (Utrecht Wall, Roffa, Arnhem). I can say that the Bali Chicken is much tastier here than other cities. The Enschede branch uses different (tastier) chicken fillet from other branches. When I'm in E'de I always eat here for an afternoon.

The food is so good 👌 I'm very happy that the Chef suggested the teriyaki sauce, because it was amazing 🤩😍

I ate there in the restaurant a few days ago but the food was not tasty I had nestled pasta but it was old maybe from a few days ago and I had curry chicken was not the tasty taste It was not of high quality and did not taste like the other branches of the restaurant. And about the atmosphere there was no one in the restaurant.

Top, I recently ate here with my dad and they were spotless, the food was good, good service good staff. When I'm closer again I will definitely stop by

They didn’t know I could speak Cantonese. After placing my order the older lady was complaining about me and my order in Cantonese using not really nice words.

Ordered via home delivery, 2 boxes, one without vegetables and one with vegetables separately. Order arrived, one completely made correctly, but the other arrived with vegetables in the meat of which the vegetables had to be separate. Well, I called and was told that a new one would be sent and the wrong one had to be kept separate. Half an hour later they call back to say that it is not possible to do the vegetables separately and that they have done nothing wrong. Well then you would think, you communicate that, call to say that it is not possible and then come up with a solution. So now the food is cold that we had to keep aside and new ones are not being sent because their communication went wrong. The manager doesn't try to solve it either and says "I'm ending the conversation, nothing can be done." If you order here, make it very clear what you do not want included and call again just to be sure, because you cannot leave it to them to do their job properly.

We enjoyed it very much. Everything was fresh. Our special requests were fulfilled. We'd love to come back.

Very tasty food with good portions and friendly staff

The food was inedible. Bami was undercooked. Half a box of food portion for a child. Spent 15 euros for half-cooked noodles, lots of salt and flavor enhancers.

I placed an order with Wok to Go some time ago and my experience was very disappointing. Even though I had indicated a specific time for delivery because I would not be home, they arrived much earlier than agreed. Because of this I was unable to consume the food. In the end I took a small bite, but the food turned out to be very tasteless. After this experience, I emailed them about it in the hope of solving it together, but I received no response at all. This is why I'm writing this review. Definitely don't eat here. It's really not worth your money. The quality is very poor and the food is not tasty at all. Ready-made nasi or noodles from the supermarket around the corner have much more taste than what you buy here for the money you pay.

Thought the food wasn't too bad. Wouldn't eat there again. A bit pricey.

I think the wok to go is really tasty, the meat is good, the fried noodles with the vegetables are also really tasty, the prices are OK, it needs a bit of renovation but I always take it with me when I'm on the go. I can not complain.

The wok dishes are very tasty. The only thing I think is a shame is that you have to place an order for at least €15.50 upon delivery. That's a lot for someone who only orders for themselves. And if you have chosen 2 dishes (snack and main course), you are still 5 euro cents short, so you have to choose something more expensive. It seems as if they deliberately designed it that way.

not great, not terrible if you’re starving, it’s a great option to rely on, but otherwise I’d proceed with caution I ordered from this place 3 times, 2 dine-ins and 1 delivery, and I think the quality dropped since last year when I had this for the first time. The sauce is less consistent than it used to be and the other ingredients are cooked blandly (lack of condiments except for the sauce itself). The service was fast though — they delivered <40 minutes in rainy conditions so kudos for that 👏

I didn't eat here, but my friend did. "It's not that good. I could do better." He is Asian so I believe him.

I placed an order for €35 and it was supposed to be delivered at 6:55 PM. At 7:40 PM I was told that they were busy and that I wanted the euro back. I will not receive a refund for my expenses or food. I do not recommend this restaurant!After I called the restaurant, one of the employees shouted at me! very bad service and not nice staff!

Top notch food, service and atmosphere

Ordered bami bali chicken this week. I've never eaten noodles this bad. It was like plastic and it smelled! The vegetables in it were also expired. Because of so much sauce in it, you don't taste it at first bite, but you only taste it after a few bites!! When I went back with my food I was almost ignored!! Too bad... very sad, but I'll never come here again. Not recommended.

We had not been for a long time, it was very disappointing, it was very dry, when the lady asked, I had liked it and I said it was disappointing, I thought it was very dry, she said too bad and walked away, which is a pity, we were looking forward to eating there, but yes, maybe the lady had a bad day better luck next time

A lot of sauce with very little flavor. In the middle of the shrimp there is a lump of uncooked(?) sauce, very unappetizing. Vegetable mix was 60% green beans. Paid €19.50 for 1 dish wok box+XL + extra vegetables, my food was delivered in 3 containers so I was still allowed to take a bowl and wash it. Was also not much food for almost €20. I had about 250ml of sauce left after dinner. Can't recommend it at all. Definitely won't order again.

It is a beautiful restaurant, but it lacks something atmospheric. Super tasty food and the lady who helped me is very friendly.

Good place for a reasonably priced Chinese meal, it quick , foods always tasty , you can eat in or take out , staff were welcoming and very attentive, would defo go again to try other options 😀

It used to be a great place to grab lunch but this time I was shocked at how cold, unfriendly and ... just awful. Also, the prices have skyrocketed.

We hadden zin in wok en waren na een wandeling in centrum Enschede aangekomen bij Wok to go. Vroeger kwam ik hier als student en betaalde je 4-5 euro voor een bakje noedels. Het is nu 10 euro ongeveer. Ik ben helaas ziek geworden van de teriyaki chicken, erge buikpijn aan overgehouden. Mijn vrouw heeft de tjap tjoy gehad maar nergens last van gehad. Mijn ervaring begon positief maar is helaas negatief geëindigd. Desalniettemin vond ik het personeel aardig en was de wc brandschoon. Ik denk alleen niet dat ik op korte termijn hier terugkeer.

De kongpo beef was wederom uitstekend. Niet te scherp, goed te doen

Duurde erg lang voordat het eten verscheen, was redelijk koud. Kip smaakte niet naar kip leek een of ander hondenvoer. Red bull was lekker maar is ook lastig te verpesten natuurlijk.

Een vriendelijke dame achter de toonbank stond me te woord en werd midden in haar zin zonder iets te zeggen door een man wegetrokken om naar de bonnen te kijken. Uiterst onbeschoft.

The food here is ok it's nothing special, but price wise it's quite cheap. Similar restaurants in the neighborhood are a bit better.

Goed eten maar een slechte service. Onbeschoft aan de telefoon en bestellingen al meerdere keren veel te laat ontvangen.

Noodles are more like broken spaghetti, vegetables are almost raw. A bit expensive for the quality you get. It can be fine if you really really want a wok and can't find any other places.

Good qaulity food at affordable prices

Box smaakte wel goed, maar ze waren gewoon de helft vergeten en dan ook nog beweren dat het bij de zak was aangeniet. Ook hebben we meer dan een uur moeten wachten wat niet de afspraak was andere helft werd pas na 25 min. Nabezorgt en bleek bij een andere klant te liggen zie dubbele bon foto

Heb besteld. Smaakt prima, maar duurde meer dan anderhalf uur voordat het bezorgd werd. Verder zat er geen bestek bij, als ik de afwas had willen doen had ik zelf wel gekookt.

Best wel lekker eten voor fastfood.

Oosters cafetaria. Heeft lekkere maaltijden. Niet echt gezellig om te zitten en interieur heeft onderhoud nodig zoals een lik verf en latex..

Well, the food is quite good but it is a little bit expensive. For the place itself, so so. Nothing special.
