Most reviews are negative—completely inconsistent with my experience. My girlfriend mentioned that it's reopened, so that might be the reason. We ordered food online and were able to pick it up within 10 minutes. Friendly staff, delicious food, and a great price.

Worthless. Had to wait 2 hours for an order that still hasn't arrived. Finally found a telephone number somewhere and when you call they just say that it is very busy and immediately hang up. Rude and stressed. And no food. I advise against this to everyone.

You place an order and with a bit of luck you have it 3 hours later. Cold and tasteless. And it is not a real Chinese or Wok restaurant. It is run by 3 Pakistanis

The last few times I've ordered wok, it's been disappointing. The quality has deteriorated. It was very watery, tasteless, and the Tokyo Teriyaki sauce was completely inedible. It's a shame because it's usually always good. I get the impression someone else is taking care of the wok these days.

A terrible deal. I placed an order, paid for it, and it never arrived. When I asked for a refund, they gave me all sorts of excuses. They're thieves! That's an easy way to make money in the Netherlands.

I had a very unpleasant experience here. We were a small group with a bill of €37 and asked to split the payment between two cards, but the staff refused. At first, we were told they only accepted cash, which was already frustrating since we didn’t have any. Then, we were asked to pay half in cash, half by card — a strange and inconvenient request. When we explained that we only had cards, the staff became visibly annoyed and quite rude. There was no attempt to explain the policy politely or accommodate us in any way. Once we finally managed to pay, the server walked off without a single “thank you” or even a basic apology for the inconvenience or attitude. The whole interaction left a really bad impression. I would not return or recommend this place based on the way we were treated. Don't recommend

I tried chicken curry today, because I hadn't liked the nasi chicken satay before. The first time, the food wasn't warm at all. After a short time, I got it back, and while it was warm, it had absolutely no flavor, and before I could finish it, it had cooled down again. The dry salad had no dressing at all. No more hot meals here, that much is clear to me.
