Did you order and a box of 16 euros and ordered something else, they call to say they don't have that sauce. First I said yes but that wok box has already been made I only call for a different sauce but with difficulty I could order something else but it was 5 euros cheaper, you still have to pay delivery costs and you don't get those 5 euros back or anything extra with it. They ring the doorbell and just put your food on the floor🥴. I will never order from here again. THEY ARE JUST THIEVES.

Company cannot be reached! I placed an order but did not receive it!!!

Very bad experience - never again! I've waited over 2 hours for my food and still nothing has been delivered. Tried calling several times, but it only goes to voicemail. No communication or update of any kind regarding my order. This is downright ridiculous and deeply unprofessional. If you can't deliver food, let us know or at least give your customers the opportunity to contact you. I don't know if I will get my food or my money back at all. For me this was the first and last time I order here. Outrageous service.

I had an order from Wokbox today and I'm really impressed. Delivery was super fast and the food was still warm when it arrived. The flavors were great! You can really tell that they work with care and fresh ingredients. Especially nice that they offer halal chicken, which makes it extra special. The delivery person was friendly and professional. In short, a great experience and I can definitely recommend Wokbox!

My colleagues and I regularly order from Wokbox for work. Really super tasty (and affordable) food! Have been ordering here for 4 months now, never had a problem or comment. Delivery person is also a nice guy!

I just ordered and the food arrived cold so I threw it away and called the restaurant but they didn't want to deliver new ones for us (and me and my family) and now my money is gone, never order again, bad experience.

Food is good but if they have to rush even though I chose the last delivery time is not so good. Was eating and found a stuck plastic in my food. the size of my little finger.

Mega bad salty food.... the past few times the food has become saltier and saltier.... what we ordered tonight was so salty that it just gives a stomach ache.... this was the last time we ordered from here!!

Ate for the first time and it was very tasty! Also quick and friendly.

Not a pleasant experience! I ordered a box with sesame seeds, not expecting to get a whole jar of sesame seeds all over my food. I called to ask if I could get a new box with an explanation why and a woman there responded very unfriendly. Customer unfriendly and quick to rush the food, especially when it is close to their closing time.

We received an incorrect order, which can of course happen sometimes. But when we called and indicated, the employee responded very briefly and bluntly, so we will no longer order from here.

Super tasty food and for the right price!

Very long delivery time (2 hours), when we tried to call the restaurant about this we immediately received a voicemail, so we were also unable to reach it. The tjap-tjoy wok box looked more like soup, there was so much sauce/liquid in it, the nasi was not tasty and contained almost only rice. The box nasi babi-pangang was 95% rice and four pieces of meat with a little bit of sauce. All in all, definitely not recommended.

Nice meal. Well taken care of. Delivered to your home within an hour. Recommended!
