I got a super stroopwaffel and I was worried it would be like the last one I had, which was not crispy. I was wrong. It was one of the best stroopwaffels I had ever had.

You go to Paris and you want a fresh crêpe. You come to Amsterdam and you want a fresh stroopwafel! Surprisingly hard to find, this place makes FANTASTIC fresh stroopwafels, warm and soft and perfect. We devoured ours.

We tried a stroopwaffel for the first time in our lives here, and man!!! We kept obsessing over just how perfect it is the whole week! It has come to a point that whenever we go to the market we seek this place out and have a waffel first!!! It's absolutely delicious! A must have!
