Edit: Unfortunately, they only do takeout and delivery now, which is a real shame. There were four of us, all ordering different dishes; everything was very tasty. Especially the tie-pan dishes. Friendly service.

We get our food here almost every week... always good and very satisfied!

Yesterday, February 26th, I ordered food from you. It made me seriously ill. I puked all evening and night. The noodles were disgustingly sticky and slimy. It also smelled. I'm going to continue this and report it to the Food and Goods Department. I also want my money back, and you'll understand that I'll never come back. See photo.

I ordered delicious Chinese food from You Yi tonight. We used to get takeout here all the time, and this time it was just as good as always. Just pick it up yourself, no hassle! Highly recommended, I'll be back! 😋

The soup was nice and hot, perfect. The fried plantain was cold and undercooked. The rest of the food was lukewarm. Free drink: not included. Too bad.

December 29, 2025 Today at 5:30 PM, I ordered the monthly menu. At 6:16 PM, the delivery driver finally rang the doorbell. We had already called around 6:00 PM; the food was ready, but she was waiting for a delivery driver. The food had been ready for a while, but when we sat down to eat, it was all very lukewarm. The flavors were fine, but the temperature was disappointing. If they had communicated that it would be a bit late, if they had offered an apology, or if they had included a voucher, none of it would have bothered us. I've learned that working people make mistakes. Unfortunately, none of them do, so this is a one-time, never-again experience for us. Unfortunately, I've read from the previous comments that this is a pattern. So be aware of this if you do choose this company.

I just had to wait two hours for my food. I called the company twice. Meanwhile, they promised it wouldn't be cold and that it would be on its way. I can tell you, I've never had such cold food before. I advise everyone to get their Chinese food elsewhere. These are RUDES. Please don't charge for delivery if you can't even deliver properly and on time (you're given a time when they're supposed to be there). I'll never order from them again.

I've ordered a few times, and the food is always way, way late. You can expect it to take 45 to 60 minutes longer. They never let me know if it's going to take longer. When I confront the delivery driver at the door, they say they weren't aware of the delivery time. Very disappointing. The sushi is also disappointing, very cold, and falls apart completely.

Zeer teleurstellend. Niet bestellen! Voor ruim 160 euro aan eten besteld. Meerdere mensen uit verschillende gezinnen die er 's avonds klachten van hebben gekregen. Misselijk gevoel gekregen. De dag erna gebeld en in eerste instantie keurig te woord gestaan door een van de medewerkers. Het kon niet aan het eten hebben gelegen volgens de kok. Toch wilde ze in overleg met het management om te kijken of er een compensatie mogelijk was. Met de dame afgesproken dat ze hier later in de week hier op terug zou komen. Uiteindelijk zelf weer moeten bellen, maar je komt hierbij van een koude kermis thuis. Aangezien er verder niemand klachten heeft gehad, kan het volgens de keuken niet aan hun eten liggen. Daarbij dus geen compensatie. Het enige wat wij op die dag als familie met elkaar gemeen hadden, was het eten van You Yi. Heb mijns inziens een redelijke compensatie voorgesteld, 50/50. Zeer jammer dat er op deze manier gecommuniceerd wordt en uiteindelijk zo gehandeld wordt. Voor ons nooit weer!

The only thing we had in common as a family that day was You Yi's food. I suggested a reasonable compensation, in my opinion, a 50/50 split. It's a shame that they communicated this way and ultimately acted this way. Never again for us!

We ordered a rice table for 15 people on Christmas Day 2024. It was agreed to be delivered in Siddeburen at 5 p.m. At 2 minutes before 5 p.m. the delivery was at the door with the food. Still deliciously hot and large portions. We really enjoyed it!!! Thank you You Yi, because of you our Christmas Day became a very festive day. Nothing but praise for you.
